What a great experience! The dishes were remarkably flavorful, and I couldn't even finish everything because the portions were so large. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff were top-notch in every way. I was really impressed with the meal—it’s much tastier than before and very filling. The setting is beautiful and the waiters are so professional. A perfect 10/10 experience for our group!

From the first bite, I could tell the quality has risen. The portions are huge and the flavors are deep and complex. The staff is incredibly professional and the interior design creates a very welcoming vibe. I am leaving feeling satisfied and full. The improvements in the kitchen are obvious. This is now my favorite spot for a weekend treat. The service is fast, the food is hot, and the taste is legendary.

It can be difficult to find street parking in the area, and there is a $5 charge even for very short stops. More flexibility for quick pick-ups would be appreciated. Additionally, the parking lot is often full and could benefit from better maintenance.

Ridge hill Mall is a very nice place to shop for clothing and food and much more. There are new stores opening for business that will appeal to shoppers. There’s the Movie theater and there’s activities for the children to indulge and summer time concerts every Friday. It’s well maintained clean and orderly with adequate parking space.

This put door mall is easy to get to and has great dining options. There is an abundance of parking and plenty of walking areas. The dog park is a nice touch and is very roomy. They always do such a beautiful job decorating for the holidays and the live entertainment is so much fun! There's no shortage of activities and plenty of shopping. The people are warm, pleasant and definitely courteous. I would definitely recommend for date night, movie night or just some plan good Ole family time. They even have a nice large movie theater. Love it there!!

The parking at this location is extremely inconvenient. Street parking is very limited, and there are cones placed in many areas, which makes it even harder to find a spot for a quick visit. I understand using the garage if you plan to be there for more than 10–20 minutes. However, for customers who are only running in for a short time, there are very few options available. It’s especially frustrating when the limited spots are occupied for several hours at a time. There should be some type of enforcement or designated short-term parking for shoppers who only need to be in the store briefly. That would make the experience much more convenient for everyone.

Great outdoor shopping and entertainment space. Ample parking garages and a wide variety of shopping options at different price points. As an open air mall this is a great day out for families. So many great restaurant options for dining as well. You could easily spend the day here!

I am not a big fan of the 'soon-to-be-extinct' species of the Mall Shopping genre being a New York City girl. So, whenever we're out in Westchester to shop, I prefer Ridge Hill, the outdoor mall. The setting seems to mimic a small town vibe with streets and sidewalks for an outdoor shopping experience with piped in muzak playing everywhere. Like being in an elevator. They have a few popular shops: Apple, Sephora, Uniqlo, Banana Republic, the GAP, Old Navy, L.L. Bean, TJMaxx, Legoland, Cheesecake Factory, Pandora, The Container Store, Starbucks, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc. However, we very rarely buy anything. Perhaps supplies are limited or it is just plain boring. Well at least, it's an excuse to get outside and walk around, right? We do like Whole Foods, but it's not the same as the ones in Manhattan. - - - "Okay Yelp. I did my due diligence here." Like you asked me to. - - - Thank you so much for reading.

I usually don't like to come to Ridge Hill because of the awful parking situation. Paying to shop is ridiculous. I ordered an item for pickup because you are "supposed" to get the first 30 minutes free and I knew that I would be in and out. I parked in the garage closest to the store and set a timer when I entered the garage. I was back in my car under 20 minutes. When I was exiting, the machine said that I owed $5. I pressed the help button and explained to the agent that I had not even been in the garage for 20 minutes. She asked for my plate number and after that the gate just magically opened - because I was right. The company that owns this garage is disgusting. Clearly they are ripping people off. This is stealing. I will NEVER come back to Ridge Hill again until this parking situation is resolved. So greedy.

Parking situation can be slightly obnoxious, but there are some decent stores here. RIP Lord and Taylor The LA Fitness is decent. TJMaxx is TJmaxx Movie theater is one of the last ones around. H&M, Uniqlo Cheesecake Factory Texas De Brazil - yessssss

We used to go every week during Covid. Shops and landscape is really nice. But as other commentators have noted - the Parking is EXPENSIVE and CONFUSING . Why would I pay $5 for 31minutes? Stops me going to this mall. Too many other choices of malls with free parking.

Although Ridge Hill has a limited amount of shops and dining experiences (compared to other malls) it was once a fav due to the relaxed environment. However be aware of the new parking rules, although the parking garage gates are open you are still required to pay (signage isn't obvious). The day that I visited there were tons of cars with the dreaded little orange envelope on the windshield (although it's not a citation). The fine is $10 with a $3.75 processing fee. It feels deceptive, simply charge $10 for parking, lower the gate, or have bold signage.

Ridge hill is a nice mall with a decent selection of stores. But the parking system was changed for the worse after the Covid shut down. They have a new system in place that requires you to pay for parking but it doesn't always work correctly. The minimum parking time is 3 hours for $5.00 but most people like me don't require that much time. Seriously, I have never once stayed at ridge hill long enough to exhaust the parking time I'm forced to pay for because there is no much to do and not that many stores. I also have friends that have gotten tickets and towed at ridge hill garages even when they have paid. For example, I paid for parking one day but when I exited and the scanner read my plate I was asked to pay. The system responded as if I never paid even though I had a receipt and text on my phone proving I paid. Sometimes "improvements and upgrades" make things worse like ridge hills parking system!

The mall is pretty limited. Would love to see more stores like Forever 21, Marshalls, Victoria Secrets. The new parking system is obnoxious. You have to scan and pay on your phone, the least amount you can add is 4 hours. Theres no way you can spend 4 hours here unless you're going to dinner and a movie or your kids are playing here. I honestly only come here for the restaurants but am now aiming more towards going to the Palisades mall where parking is free, way better stores and more food choices.

Love the shops but the parking is terrible and every time I need to go one of the stores I go somewhere else instead because can't face the parking at Ridge Hill. The parking system, and the expense of it, is destroying this mall.

This place would have been the go to place in Westchester if it weren't for the parking problem. The rates are exorbitant, so everyone I know frequents these same stores in places where the parking is free. I have friends who are willing to drive to the other side of the county just to avoid the parking costs. Stores and restaurants have closed and will continue to close until they wise up and do something about the parking.

Such a cute area with the best stores. A few have closed down due to Covid but I'm sure they will be picked up once the economy starts picking up. So many places to eat such as Cheesecake Factory and great date night ideas such a paint night at Muse or a movies at the theater.

Place is a freaking rip off. Force you to park in the lots which advertise a cheap fee of 1-4 hrs for $4. Except when you return to the lot and go to pay as you leave you find a violation notice on your car because you are supposed to pay before parking. When you call you're told "The signage says you must pay first". The smaller print on the sign as you pull in with a line of cars behind you actually says "Pay in advance". To me that means if you pre booked. Many people take it to mean that and think they can pay when they leave as most parking lots work that way. They are deliberately being misleading. The sign could just as easily say "Must pay before shopping", "Pay after leaving car before entering stores" or something similar. The fine is a minimum on $10. Then to add insult to injury, when you pay online it adds a $3.75 fee. It's a freaking rip. Many of these stores are located in other malls in the area, most of those have free parking. Avoid this place unless you are looking to get ripped off.

We went after 7pm and not crowded or crazy. It was seamless and all worked out great!

There should be a remembrance of Abraham Lincoln here. it's so sad there is absolutely nothing about him here!

the only reason i came here was to see the ella fitzgerald mural by public pizza. i'm a big fan of hers and it was beautiful to see in person. its a very interesting layout of this mall. i have never been to anything like this. lots of parking but also lots of walking. i might return in the future but at least i saw what i wanted to see.

When in Yonkers, Ridge Hill is a cute picturesque outdoor mall. This mall has something to offer for everyone. Ridge Hill is also home to the Legoland Discovery Center, and has an LL Bean store. That's not something you see everywhere. My favorite store was the Collective Cave. Brings back a sense of nostalgia. Ridge Hill Mall sets up a cute family oriented event for the kids. For instance, during Halloween, almost every store participates and hands out candy during their day time trick or treating. Seems safe, super crowded, but manageable. Make sure to bring a pen to mark off the stores on the "scavenger hunt" map they give you in the concierge table. That's a good two hours of chaos fun. Another cute holiday event they offered was the Egg Hunt in the spring. When given the chance, what kid doesn't like an egg hunt? During the winter, they offer ice skating in the plaza. While this mall was enjoyable, there was some hiccups that can easily deter you off. First, the parking that isn't done in a traditional way. You have to pay to enter this mall if you spend longer than 30 mins. There is a new system they implement that remembers your information upon registration, via QR code. I understand how it can be invasive for most, and a determining factor from coming back. Lastly, we encountered some rudeness during our time there. It was a bit off putting that early in the morning for our first time. Personally, not a deal breaker for me, but stay ready friends, stay ready for the environment for which you traverse.

It's the worst mall in the area. Go to cross country, go the W, drive up to the Palisades - I hate when I have to come to this terrible mall and have to pay $4 when parking for more than 30 mins. And the parking app is horrendous.

I like this mall. They have decent restaurants, some good shopping stores such as Old Navy, Gap, Lord and Taylor, Sephora etc. They also had some great boutiques, with some pretty jewelry for sale. I saw that they had some empty stores not open yet, or still waiting to be rented. They have a Whole Foods super market if you wanna take some food home to cook, rather than dine. They have plenty of entertaining things to do such as Legoland, Rockin Jump, iFly, Comedy Club, and a Movie Theater. They have some outdoor entertainment in the winter time as well, even a play area for small children. My kids had a really pleasant time when we stop for Macaroons and Gelato. They wanted to eat at The Cheesecake factory but I told them we will do that in another visit. Its not my first visit here and it won't be my last, it's a really nice mall to visit.

I have been going to Ridge hill almost a decade now, and still no complaints from me, I go every 3 months to WestMed, best decision, I'm the kid that grew up in Bklyn. After my visit , straight I go to Sandy's cafe for breakfast. They are The Only Breakfast Spot in RidgeHill! You have Star Bucks and their prices. We are living in an inflation period; Expect high prices, even Doctors can't retire right now, I have seen many stores that opened up for business and closed permanently in a few years. So far monster golf is doing well! I'm addicted to winning prices , I addicted to Monster Golf on the 2nd Floor. H&M buys old and used items, even curtains , any stuff you don't want or need sell it to H&M , Little Budda and Cheese Factory outlasted the competitions, Still there. Texas Brazil is the weekend LimeLight to mingle. The weekdays are for family quiet atmospheres. It's a technology world now; if you lack practice with technology and softwares then you are forgotten. All my communication with WestMed is through the app from: meditation/appointments/Dr. chat /cancellation/ facility locations, they are all through the app. Parking: 4 dollars before pandemic, Pandemic and there after were Free Parking. Now, back to reality, still 4 dollars plus an App, select the max 3-4 hrs stay and it's still 4 dollars, if u select 4-5 hrs stay then it's 6 dollars. After watching a movie, they validate your ticket and you get reimbursed . There are staff members in disguised hiding In Their vehicles waiting to give a ticket. Yes ! you get 30 min free but you can't really do much in 30 mins, just walk down the stairs and across the street then walk back to the car and that 30 mins are up. We are characters in their video games so we have to beat them at their own turf. As for Lowe's and Whole Foods ; they are on a planet on their own.

It is a nice mall. Pros: 1) The fountains at the mall is really nice. 2) The sidewalks are well maintained. 3) There is Texas De Brazil and Cheesecake Factory. Cons: Parking, parking, parking: they charge you to park there. It is really annoying. Even though you can pay by phone, it does get annoying to keep renewing for 3.50 USD every hour.

There's a lot to like about Ridge Hill. It's actually pretty, and you can bring children here. There are a lot of great restaurants, stores, even medical offices and a movie theatre. But I cannot give Ridge Hill 5 stars because of the overpriced parking. Sometimes the meters don't even work and you're stuck behind a line of people trying to figure out how to pay and get out of the garage.

Very nice mall. Lots of parking available in two (maybe 3) parking garages. Many different stores including but not limited to, Lord and Taylor, Whole Foods, Container Store, Movie Theater, Apple, Verizon, REI and many more. Plus there is a great overlook from the parking garage overlooking the valley below

I've been generally hard on this place, but upon the last few visits, I have warmed up a little more to this outdoor "mall". They have made some changes since I was here last and the overall general property is visually appeasing and it's a nice walk when the weather is nice. The one thing I'm still not a fan of is the parking lots and the paying for parking. Yes, most places validate here and although the cost won't break the bank, it IS annoying if you just want to come here to walk around. Leaving the lot due to the insertion of the tickets is very annoying and at times I've had to wait several minutes for the IQ challenged to understand how to put the ticket in (if they previously paid) when it would be nice to just leave. Some of the lots have valet, but thankfully I never needed that. The lot near Whole Foods is more spacious than the badly constructed one in the middle of the mall. Overall the parking is just annoying and I'd probably consider coming here if it was just free without validations or tickets. Some newer businesses have opened here more recently, but the mall does have a lot of "higher end" brands still (could care less about those places). There's no food courts, but some decent selection of eating from Subway to Elevation Burger. It's not the best place to go shopping, but you could do worse as well. There's still room for improvement here and hopefully they will in due time.

While I used to occasionally stop at Ridge Hill on my way home from work, I went there yesterday with my wife and realized that given the restrictions and anxieties over the Coronavirus, shopping at this lovely outdoor mall provides a great deal of health benefits. If you are concerned about shopping in an enclosed mall, you can enjoy breathing the fresh air whike window shopping. All the stores we entered had ample hand sanitizers and virtually all the people shopping were wearing masks. Parking is now free, which is another reason to take a ride to Ridge Hill.. we were also pleased by all the sales at LL Bean and Old Navy. The only two businesses that had people waiting on lines to enter was the Apple store and Whole Foods.

This mall has an identity crisis! It would seem the development team and the management team had very conflicting visions over how this space would be used and whom their clientele would be. Or perhaps this mall was originally intended to be high-end, but they had to pivot to accommodate the changing economy. The mall itself is beautifully done and thoughtfully designed! It has speakers along the sidewalks and lit-up trees which makes walking around enjoyable, there is an abundance of inexpensive, convenient parking, and some lovely stores including, Whole Foods, a nice theater, Lego Land Discovery Center, and some others to include wellness stores. Conversely, there are low-end fast fashion and discount stores: Forever 21, TJ Maxx, H&M, Old Navy... Unfortunately the facilities are not well-maintained. There are frequent out-of-service signage and roped off stairs- and some of the stores are clearly not held to high standards in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, it's unclear which type of clientele they are trying to serve: people who prioritize low prices over the condition of the facilities or families that are happy to pay more for an elevated experience. If they are going for the former then clearly I'm not the target customer and this review shouldn't matter much anyway, but if it's the latter, it was a missed opportunity not to include a high-end anchor store such as Nordstrom or Bloomingdale's (the closest location being White Plains) and things must be better maintained!

Went to Ridge Hill yesterday for the first time in a long time. The parking fee seemed confusing. They had signs to pay in advance, since I did not know how long we would be there I did not pay in advance. (note, there is no ticket option when you pull in anymore) We were there for a few hours and I received a bright orange envelope on my windshield. When I arrived at home, I saw that there was a $10 charge for the few hours that I was there. I was also advise that if I did not pay it within 24 hours, I would incur a $10 dollar late penalty fee. I went online and notice that there was a section for "booted" vehicles. I guess if you don't pay the fee and return, there is a possibility your care will be booted. I paid the fee online only to be given a more than $3 surcharge to check out, which brought my total to more than $13. I WILL NOT RETURN. Ridge Hill seems to be suffering for consumers, yet they impose this asinine parking fee arrangement, which will only drive away consumers. Many stores are empty and this is only going to exacerbate the situation. I will be heading to the Westchester or other stores for my in person shopping needs and I can find another theater to use in the future. Bad planning Ridge Hill!

I have been to this outdoor mall several times and don't have many complaints. I love coming here with family to enjoy the outdoors and stop by at some of the local stores. They have a lot of popular stores such as H&M, Uniqlo, REI, and Lord and Taylor just to name a few. On a warm beautiful day this is a wonderful place to go on a walk for shopping and dining. You can easily get lost wandering around as most of the stores are spread out. There are several dining options here as well. There is a Cheesecake Factory, P.F Changs, Yard House, Public Pizza, etc. There are not many options for low cost dining except for a Subways or Starbucks. The couple of times I have eaten at the restaurants here were great and the service was excellent. This place is great for date night or going out with friends. You can shop, catch a movie, or enjoy happy hour at a restaurant. As many reviewers have stated, the one major complaint is the parking. It is annoying to have to go into a garage and park to visit an outdoor mall. This is one of the main factors that prevents me from going to Ridge Hill more than once every couple of months. Most places in the mall do validate but it is a hassle if you just wanted to come for a short time and enjoy the location. Leaving is always tricky due to the backup of cars trying to leave the parking lot while inserting their parking ticket in the machine. Overall, the mall is great but I don't see myself coming here more than I need to.

The new QR- based parking system is terrible. There is no way to pay by cash or credit card on the premises, so a customer has to risk getting their smartphone hacked by scanning a QR code, and then give up their phone number, home address and credit card information in order to park at this mall. The old system was much better and did not discriminate against people without smartphones. The cost is also too high for the location, it really should be free. Paying $6 to park for three hours in suburban Yonkers is not good value, and is greedy on the part of the owners as the mall is so out-of-the-way that the only people parking there are customers who have come to spend money in the mall. I used to come to Ridge Hill for the movie theater, but I have switched to other local options with free parking. As to factors other than parking, the music they play constantly is overly loud and detracts from the ability to relax and enjoy the outdoor areas. The stores are basic, common chains and the restaurants are nothing special, and also mostly chains.

Something for everyone! Walked around with my six year old niece and husband, did a little Monster mini-golf, with the arcade and some bowling, she loved it! Walked around the fountains - made some wishes with pennies ...walked through the Lego store, had a little snack/coffee at Sandy's café. Nice way to spend the afternoon.

Typical shopping mall, however the new parking system is horrible. Paying to park to shop is already a horrible concept, but adding an app to pay does not make it worth the trip. I personally, do not want to enter my credit card into a random app to park my car.

This mall keeps growing and getting better. There is something for everyone here. Plenty of places to eat (Cheesecake Factory, Subway, Lefertis and a lot more) and play (Lego Discovery Center, iFly, theater). Tons of stores and even a Whole Foods. Lowes is currently being built. There's also a cool little play area for kids. If you're looking for a specific store it can be confusing to figure out which garage to park in. Parking is paid but very reasonable. Most of the places discount or cover parking so bring your ticket with you. I love the outdoor shopping in the warm weather but wouldn't shop here much in the winter. The DreamWorks Santa experience is great if you're in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. If you're in the Christmas spirit take an early walk through to avoid the lines as it gets closer to Christmas. It's about 10 minutes to go through and completely free. They will try to sell you pics and other stuff as you walk out.

I love coming here especially during the holidays. There's so many little Shops, and stuff to do. There's also parking available. Many restaurants to choose from.

Parking is terrible. They charge way too much. A lot of stores are closed down or don't open till later. There are a few good stores here but even if you want to shop at them the parking prices make you second think it.

Parking is terrible, the spaces are too small... I guess they don't care if shoppers' cars all get door dings... AND you have to pay with an app. The app is not at all intuitive and is a pain in the neck to use, in my opinion. It's not worth the aggravation to shop here... Bye Bye...

No more free parking for 30min is the worst decision ever made. Congrats on taking away the one positive thing that parking over there had. Granted sometimes it wouldn't event matter because you are waiting 15 min to just exist the garage.

Parking is inconvenient and all the signs suggest you have to pay by​ credit card using a text messaging system, where in fact you don't have to do that. Paying for parking to shop seems ridiculous in the first place. The public restrooms for a mall this big are also minimal, the ones at the North end have a single toilet and no urinals for men.

Worst experience customer service wise at an Apple store godbless their branding power. The sales rep felt annoyed that I wanted more accessories and told me I need another sales rep to take care of me just to look at plugs that her shift was over! I didn't know walking across the room to look at charges required another sales rep. Will not be returning to this store. I guess she's right I should've just got it online.

Pay for parking at an out of the way destination Mall? What the holy hell? Didn't bother shopping. Made my returns to one store. Got " validated" and left. Found out my validation was for $1. Yuck. Infuriating. Go support your favorite local village.

Very nice and chill mall.... good for shopping, running quick errands, entertainment, going out with friends or family, arts and crafts and has good restaurant options.. Only con is the parking lot prices which begin at 6 bucks but other than that, one of my favorite malls in Yonkers by far...

It's okay but the parking is pricey for what is offered. There's a lot to do though. For the area it's one of the best places to spend time but compared to other malls in driving distance it's relatively average.

Ridge Hill is a nice addition to the area. They have loads of places to eat and lots to do. It gets a little annoying when there are hoards of unsupervised kids, walking about. Yard House, Lefteris, Texas de Brazil and Buddha are my faves. Whole Foods is on the premises and offered parking validation. If you're going to the movies, take your parking card with you for a discount off of concessions. Ridge Hill is a welcomed distraction that's close to home.

I love ridge hill! The stores are great but I would like to see the following Target Some more cute boutiques Classes like art, music,etc Interactive restaurants And a cool artsy store

Love this Mall! Took my Puerto Rican Beauty Queen to Eat @ Havana Restaurant! Highly recommend! Waitress by the name of Brittany was on point with Service & Politeness! After we ate, we walked around and shopped took pictures and had a pleasant evening :)

Ridge Hill got some nerve to only have 10 minutes of free parking when it used to be 30. It takes a minimum of 5 mins to find a spot and 5 to get to your destination. So if we are running in to do quick pick up for take out we have to pay 3 or 4 dollars to get out of the garage. Whoever came up with that bright idea should really be ashamed of themselves but you know what can't be surprised with corporate greed. Way to look out for your community.

I had the best experience at LL Bean at Ridge Hill in Yonkers, NY. Our salesperson, Raymond Vincent. took care of my husband and I with such professionalism, patience, passion and efficiency! Customer service at this level is rare! Raymond took the time to make sure my husband's jeans were the right fit! It is imperative that you have a solid understanding of your company's products which Raymond did! He crushed it! The only person that gave me an attitude in this store was a woman cashier (didn't get her name) She was unimportant. She could learn a thing or two from Raymond!

LOL at the people complaining about paying 3-4$ for parking. If $3-$4 for parking is going to give you heart failure, what are you doing SHOPPING???

Are you kidding me?!?!!! You have to pay for parking? I am sure they took big grants to develop this place in nowhere land Yonkers and they charge for parking? It's not the amount they charge it's the principal. There is plenty of land which I am sure the town government gave you, why not use it for FREE parking. I know corporate America, built it and they will come. This is what Greta was talking about, addressing the UN, when she said about corporations and their infinite profits. Outrages!

the miroza is a there is marijuana joints in the elevator most of the time from the tenants or their guests smoking marijuana in the building and a poor managed building. I have never lived in a place like this so close luxury is more like broken down building. no wonder nobody is renting the apartment and they are vacant they even drop the rent on a two bedroom from 5000 to 3800 that just goes to show you that people do not want to live here. The first day I moved in things were already broken in the building and it took forever for them to fix it. somebody moved upstairs for me and I hear every footstep is poorly insulated. There is marijuana joints in the elevator most of the time from the tenants or their guest smoking marijuana in the building. I honestly think there should be a security guard on deck because this building is very threatening the people that are guest here are not nice people or friendly. The funny thing is is that tenants that live here paying for amenities but half the time the tenants cannot use any other amenities because of non-residence using it. and to think that they're making a building right next-door to this place just makes me laugh if nobody wants to live in this building why would they wanna live next-door?! lol it's one big joke here.

This place is turning into a complete dump. Walk around, not one elevator or escalator in the entire place works. Try being a mom with a stroller trying to bring your daughter to a party at the cinema. God help anyone with a disability. It's almost like they don't have any maintenance crew or have decided to stop investing in the upkeep. No thanks. I will go to cross county, Scarsdale or the Westchester. Hey and here's a tip--- Why don't you take the $4 you are charging people to park for 10 minutes and start to fix ANY of your escalators or elevators??? Such a disgrace.
