Rido Hotel 台北麗都飯店

We absolutely adored our stay! Quaint rooms with lots of character. Incredibly clean and beautiful quality. The staff were all really helpful and kind. The location is fantastic. Right next to an MRT station and opposite Daan park. Really fun and nice touch that they deliver snacks in the afternoon. Highly recommend if you appreciate the finer things but want fantastic value. We’ll be coming back and sending our friends here. Thanks Rido!

I had a wonderful stay at Rido Hotel. I stayed in a deluxe room on the 7th floor, which included a king-sized bed, a jetted tub, a shower that had both a standard mounted/handheld shower and a rainfall shower. The room was very spacious, modern, and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The room had a flat screen tv, a mini fridge, and a cabinet. One negative was the shower door. It doesn't close tight so water leaks on the floor, into the other drain. I had to use towels to soak up excess water to prevent from slipping. Amazing customer service . On the first day, they brought a basket of snacks and drinks. Everyday they brought a plate with a banana, orange, and cookie. The hotel offers free snacks in the middle of the day in the basement. I was also given free breakfast vouchers every morning,. The breakfast options were okay. While not in the craziness of the city, the hotel is located near the Daan Park metro, which is a quick metro ride to Taipei 101 and Elephant mountain. There is also a Ding Tai Fung nearby.

The staff were relatively friendly. The room was not very clean, dusty and missing items like the bathmat. The carpet was dirty and I found trash in certain corners of the room. My coupon of breakfast went missing for the second day. The breakfast buffet selcetion was decent. Also the staff enter your room multiple times to 'clean' and leave food. Conveniently located close to everything.

excellent location and value! Right by the red line subway station and across the street from the Daan Forest Park. Within walking distance to Yong Kung street, Donmen traditional market. A few subway stops away from Chiang Kai-shek Memorial and Taipei 101. Very good quality hotel. Be sure to book the rooms with the view of the park! Highly recommended!

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved the little oasis of  Rido Hotel. The staff were amazing. Friendly and always there and happy to help. The location in the Daan Park area was excellent as it was close to great spots like Yongkang st and very close to the MRT. Our room was a good size, quiet and with comfortable beds. We were very sad to leave.

As I gave the scores, Rido hotel was a very good hotel providing more values than the price in overall. The double bed room was neat and clean, and the bathroom was good too. The reservation page said 'breakfast is not provided', but actually a simple breakfast (toast and fruits) and milk, and coffee were provided at the place on the B1 floor. Location is very near the MRT station and not far from central Taipei.

Hotel room is clean as always- their housekeeping staff is doing a great job!Usu late check-out is not permitted- esp if you are not their VIP. Their front desk staff chose to call at 11:38 am, just to remind that I have to check out by noon. But just one min ago i talked to the lady next to him, asking for 12:30 check out & was granted an extra 15 min (12:15 pm check-out). Turned out I left by 12:03 pm. Noted that their housekeeper would not clean my room right away, I just hope they could consider greater flexibility in late check-out policy.View from the park is superb as always.This time found that sound insulation is so-so. It stops after mid-night tho.

Convenient location for moving around in the city, very close to the MRT station. You can get off the plane and transit via airport line and MRT then 2 minutes walk before reaching the hotel. No breakfast however many places and 7-11 near by for food options. Joggers could just cross the road and enjoy the Daan park 24 hours daily!
