You pay for a ticket, they take your money, and when you arrive at the cinema, there’s no ticket because of a TWINT issue. They say it’s a TWINT problem, but it’s also the company’s problem and now it’s mine too. They didn’t help or offer any solution. I even asked if I could sit on the stairs, but they denied that as well. I left with no ticket, no movie, and my money still blocked in their account.
