For being in the desert, this place raises the bar compared to other spots in town. We’ve dined several times, but had a group event there recently, and was blown away by the service and speed. Pizzas came out hot and fresh, drinks were smooth orders inside, water was always available outside, and the views are stunning. Plus they have bands, fun events, horseshoes to play, and much more. Fun place for small or large groups. Always a hit!

Google
Service was outstanding. We came for dinner, went out to see the sunset at the park and then came back for dessert. Dinner consisted of a sausage pizza with an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Both were excellent. For dessert we had the bundt cake and brownie both with ice cream. Well worth the second trip back. No pictures of the dessert because by the time i got my phone out they were almost gone and i had to fight to get some for myself.

Google
Cool place with a decent vibe and great views. The employees that I dealt with were also nice. But I'm afraid that's where this review starts to turn. We purchased two large pizzas (over $50) for takeout and I have to say that it is some of the worst pizza I've ever had. The toppings were sparse, and there was hardly any sauce at all. My pizza was supposed to have barbecue sauce and ranch and I could barely taste the barbecue sauce but could absolutely not taste the ranch. My wife's pizza was supposed to have a pesto sauce and neither of us could taste it at all. The crust was also very thick and doughy, which is especially bad when there's no sauce. Judging from some of the other reviews I'm wondering if this place is under new ownership, or maybe the person that made our pizzas was very new and did not know what they were doing. As well, our pizza did not look anything like some of the pizzas in the pictures I saw in other reviews. If we hadn't been so tired from hiking all day, we would have taken the pizzas back and politely asked to have them remade properly. I'm just going to assume something was very wrong, but you may want to proceed with caution.

Google
Casual restaurant with great views of the mountains from its patio seating. We came during a less busy time intentionally to better enjoy our experience. The wait staff was very attentive and our food was made well and tasted great. I only gave it 4 stars for food because it was good, but nothing I haven't already had in terms of quality and taste. There was indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the patio seating though. They had a small stage for entertainment, shaded and unshaded seating, yard games and disc golf available for use outdoors.

Google
Pizza was good. The medium is big. Wife ordered tamales and they never came. Server forgot to put them in with the cook. She never came back to table to check after the food was dropped off. Another couple waited for over an hour for 1 pizza they got as they were leaving. They also asked for a discount since they did not get to eat and were told no. Service is terrible. But food is decent.

Google
The pizza was very good! Sloppy Joe was not anything ordinary. We would skip it if you're thinking about getting it. The meat ball sub was very good! There is seats inside or outside. Beers are available and music. It is family friendly.

Google
We had the sloppy joe sliders and pizza. The sliders were great, and the pizza was okay. The crust on the pizza we ordered looked different from other pizzas we saw at other tables. Our crust was flat while others looked airy and full. It almost seemed as if they ran out of one dough and substituted it for something else. Not sure. Otherwise the outdoor patio had a nice relaxing vibe.

Google
When we got here, the place was super busy and quite hectic. The one server at the restaurant slayed it. She got to everyone so quickly and had a great attitude. We enjoyed a medium pizza and it was really good! For a super small town place, the food and service were exceptional.

Yelp
Service was horrible. It took about an hour to get our food and then we didn't get what we ordered. Ordered Hawaiian but got meat lovers. Fortunately, the pizza was good. The baked spaghetti was marginal at best. The view from the patio you can't beat. But if food and service are on your list, go elsewhere.

Yelp
We liked it so much we dined two nights in a row! The pizza is absolutely delicious and the view can't be beat. Servers are efficient and friendly. First night I had the climate denier pizza and it was wonderful. second night I got the BBQ chicken sandwich which was good, but not as the pizza! They offer gluten free pizza crust. You can eat inside or out in their large patio that has several yard games.

Yelp
Husband and I dined here since it was conveniently/walking distance from our cabin at the Rim Rock Inn. Service was adequate and food was exceptional. I ordered a beef brisket sandwich with a side salad. Sandwich was flavorful and had a good amount of meat. Husband ordered a meatball sub. He enjoyed it. On another day we tried their pizza. We ordered the combo pizza that had pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, green peppers, onion, mushrooms, and olives but we asked for no olives. Pizza was not out of this world but it was fine and did the job of filling us up after a day of hiking.

Yelp
Rim Rock Patio was a great choice after a long day of hiking in Capital Reef. One of the locals recommended and we were happy with the recommendations. We had the Climate Denier and Devil's Garden pizzas. The flavor was great, paired with an ice cold, draught Uinta Hefeweizen. The patio has a great view of the red rock. The staff was friendly and added to a great experience. Great vibe for our low-key, adventure trip. Will come again on our next visit!

Yelp
Stopped in for drinks. The place was hopping. Lots of pizza being served. It smelled great. I heard other customers raving about it. There was cornhole and horse shoes to keep kids busy. Great view of surrounding National park. Our drinks were refreshing.

Yelp
We started with the sloppy joe sliders and the jalapeño bottle caps. These were very good and very spicy, served with ranch. Youngest had sloppy joe sliders. The flavor was great, but they were cold. Too bad. :( the pizza was just ok. We had a combo and a pep. The service was great. We were seated quickly and we had drinks right away. Awesome job! Staff was attentive and personable! Ambience is amazing!!! Honestly the food is a two and a half stars, but the service and the patio are amazing and really lift this restaurant!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was here. We got a pizza and salad both of which were way above average. The salad had mixed greens and fresh mushrooms. The pizza crust was awesome. Not thick but not thin either. The bottom was a bit crispy with a nice crunch. The topping were good too. We ate on the patio and enjoyed the view. Our waitress was excellent as well.

Yelp
I am sad to say this was one of the worst meals we have ever had. Our server was very nice, but we made the mistake of not ordering pizza (which looked and smelled great). We ordered the BBQ sandwich (1 with chicken & 1 with brisket) and they were almost inedible. The brisket were shredded and very dry even though it was covered in sauce and cheese. The chicken was slightly better but the homemade salsa served with the chips tasted like canned marinara sauce. This is not the place for BBQ.

Yelp
Very memorable food in a spectacular setting. The Server, Scott was incredibly polite & helpful. All of the staff members were c polite & caring and seemed to enjoy their work.

Yelp
The place was starting to get busy upon our arrival. We sat ourselves outside on the patio with the most amazing view. Once our order was placed it took a long time to get our pizza. We ordered poppers but they were mistakenly delivered to the wrong table. If you are drinking water it was serve yourself. Once our pizzas arrived we devoured them. The crust was fabulous but the toppings were nothing spectacular.

Yelp
Figured out this was not the Rim Rock restaurant, which was fine because this is the kind of place we were looking for. Settled in on the patio with a pitcher of beer and took in the views of the beautiful red rock cliffs, ordered an appetizer of caliente bottle caps, and a hang 'em high pizza. The waitress was funny and had a comment for everyone while taking care of customers, and making sure everyone had what they needed. The pizza was good, the beer was cold, and if need be, there was some BBQ to be had. Lots of games (corn hole, horseshoes, thought we saw a frisbee golf basket too?) on the patio, cold beer, great views, fine pizza. This is a little slice of Americana here in Torrey UT.

Yelp
Rude "greeting" by a millennial-ish employee "Jenna" who could barely be bothered to look away from her phone. When she did she barked answers to simple questions and scolded us for having a dog on a leash, which they allow outside (which is where we were headed when we stopped to ask 2 questions). Before going there, we called to check that the menu at the patio is the same as the restaurant and we're told "yes it is." Well, it ain't. "Who told you THAT?!?" She asked, laughing. We left immediately and complained to the manager (or whomever it was staffing the hotel front desk). Also we will tell our local hotel to not recommend this place anymore to future guests. Abominable experience. Go elsewhere. Can't review the food, obviously. Several good spots in the small town area to enjoy friendly, well trained, customer-centric service.

Yelp
This hidden gem just outside the National Park is a perfect place after a day of hiking! Service was quick and friendly. We ordered a pizza and salad for take out. What a delicious surprise for both! All the ingredients in the salad were fresh. The pizza was hot and truly delicious. Like other reviewers pointed out - the crust is perfect - not too thin, not too thick and very tasty. The toppings were generous, yet the crust was still crisp. Highly recommend and looking forward to enjoying the patio and views next time!

Yelp
Great little place before or after a trip into Capital Reef NP. My wife enjoyed her pizza. I loved the tamales, preferably the green hatch chili ones. This is definitely a must during non peak season when most places are closed.

Joshua M.

Yelp
This was some of the best pizza I have ever had. The Climate Denier is literally the best BBQ Chicken Pizza I have ever had. The crust was truly amazing and the views of sitting outside were breathtaking. I would suggest going if you are near Capital Reef National Park.

Beth B.

Yelp
Very small, crammed tight indoor seating. Very busy at dinner time, but quick service. Pizza and beer.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed this little place. Sat outside to continue enjoying the beautiful scenery and weather after a day in Capitol Reef Park. We had a couple beers, a salad, and the Bicknell Bottoms pizza, which had been recommended by the young man at the desk of our hotel. The server was friendly and energetic. She highly recommended the bundt cake for dessert and she was right - it was delicious. If we are ever back in Torrey again, we would definitely come back here for some more pizza!

Jake N.

Yelp
Ordered pizza to go. Was decent but not bangin. Thick crust toppings were sparse and inconsistent

Yelp
Hungry after a full day of hiking, walked here from our cabin at Rim Rock inn. Great service, great pizza during a very busy "eclipse" weekend

Yelp
We have been going to the Rim Rock Patio for many years, having our family origins in Torrey. We visit Torrey at least three times each summer and it's our tradition to have pizza and spaghetti at Rim Rock Patio on each visit. We visited Sunday night (there were 13 of us) and the bands were playing. When we got there the speakers were so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk. Literally. Our son had his baby twins and left because it was so loud and they went to Subway. We asked the waitress if the speakers could turned down a little and she said, "Absolutely not." We said that we couldn't hear each other talk and she said, "It is what it is." We had ordered spaghetti for one of our group who left because of the noise five minutes before and asked if the order could be removed from the other. "Absolutely not!" was the response. It was a miserable experience and we have decided it will no longer be part of our tradition. We have celebrated birthdays there for years and will now find somewhere else where the customer is valued. We were all so disappointed.

Yelp
This place is great! Good food, fantastic view, unpretentious, friendly, and a good value. Young server "Janah" was lovely to us, even after being unfairly and unjustly scolded by some pushy humorless people with a dog. "Tai" is another standout employee who is always wearing a great outfit (we like the cowboy hat and pink cowboy boots) who has served us for years. Great attitude and a fun place. This is a casual place with good pizza, pasta, incredible and vast red rock view (come here at sunset - wow!) a fun ambience and reasonable prices. A real gem.

Rob G.

Yelp
This place has NO BUSINESS being as tasty as it is. From the outside it looks, well, kinda sketchy. But the service is excellent, the prices are actually pretty good, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended if you're visiting the park and need a good meal.

Jacqueline B.

Yelp
Pizza would have good if it wasn't over cooked. Our server was great! Close to Bryce National Park.

Kieran C.

Yelp
We sat outside for a beautiful view of the Utah landscape. The waitstaff was very friendly and helpful, preventing me from ordering bad beer. The pizza was great, as was the gluten-free crust option for my daughter.

Angie G.

Yelp
Great views. Service was good. We sat outside and there are outdoor games like cornhole, disc golf, and horseshoes. Pizza was good. Would recommend for dinner if you are in the area.

Dave K.

Yelp
Fantastic place, with lovely outdoor seating overlooking the red rocks. Have outdoor games like Cornhole. Pizza was extremely fresh and delicious, one of the best crusts I've eaten. We had a little fiasco/snaffu which is the reason to take one star away but they were very apologetic and corrected their mistake.

Nick H.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious food! And at affordable prices. The service is also exceptional. There's a pit fire and outdoor seating.
