Exceptional service!! I’ve gone into this store couple times and 2x for service repair. Both times i have had amazing service! I recently went in to get my locks replaced. It was an off day for the technician so i had to drop it off and pick up the next day. Whitney went above and beyond! There were other 2 male team members the day i went in to pickup. They were very helpful and friendly. I had also brought in a luggage tag that i bought from another rimowa location where their stamping machine was down. They all were trying to help me! No time was wasted! Awesome service and teamwork!

I’ve always had great experiences with this particular Rimowa store compared to others. This time in particular, Justice, went out of his way to make sure my (out of warranty) damaged suitcase was taken care of the suitcase and explain the repair options (to clarify, I still had to pay a repair and parts fee, but it’s reasonable). Additionally he checked my other suitcases for issues as well as made sure my questions about some of the new product line was answered. Super patient and stellar service. Highly recommended!

Be weary of sending your suitcase here for their repair service. I inquired about a repair on Sept 26, and sent in several photos of damage. I was assured that my bag could be repaired, but that some scarring might occur--I was okay with this. I then shipped my bag (at my own expense) to Rimowa. It arrived on October 4th. After not hearing back for 2 weeks, I followed up. And then I followed up again. And then I followed up for a 3rd time. After not hearing anything, I then called, and was told that my bag could not be repaired, although I was originally told it could be (and after I paid to ship my bag there). I am not entirely sure what would have happened had I not harassed them to get my bag back. I was assured it would be shipped back (at their expense, though that is the least that could do). Disappointing experience from a luxury brand. Will hesitate to purchase another bag, as the warranty isn't as great as promised.

If you need a Rimowa, talk to Noe. I needed a new carry on suitcase for my upcoming trips and walked into Rimowa to see what they had. I immediately was greeted by Noe and he quickly walked me through all the available options and variants. I told him my specific needs and ended up getting the Original Cabin. The store itself was very well kept and seemed to have a sizable inventory for purchase. Definitely will come back again as a client.

Super awesome customer service from Chi and Angelo. Totally cool guys and got the job done. I brought in my 3 year old essentials trunk plus with some zipper damage maybe beyond repair and a slight crack on the side. I was thinking maybe they would give me some credit and I'll just buy a new one, I love Rimowa even though I felt it should have that crack from the first two months of use. But don't blame Rimowa, blame the airlines, they don't care even if you're the top status and worst because they allow me 70lbs per luggage and I fill it up, so too heavy perhaps. But anyways, Chi surprised me and said they are just going to replace it. Wow beautiful and an early birthday present for me 2/21! Angelo gave us a chinese new year gift as well, such another great surprise, and I'm the year of the snake! I work often in Dallas and will be back shortly. Now I will make it a point to buy at this store even though I live in Phoenix. Love these guys! Didn't get the gal's name, but she was very knowledgeable and professional as well! Be back soon!

I've had a couple repairs done here, and I've always been very happy with the service. The associates are kind, attentive, and helpful. They made my 8-year old dented suitcase look like new again! The store is very nicely appointed, too, with a nice selection of their new items and a showcase of their vintage products.

Came in to purchase 2 sets of luggage with my boyfriend and we were immediately met with side eye from the employees... then were continued to be spoke to like we were idiots who didn't know how airlines or luggage worked. One of the employees asked us if we had ever been on a plane before because we asked if they got a lot of damage complaints on their luggage Pale woman with bushy dark eyebrows and adult braces was an absolute passive aggressive pretentious nightmare to speak with. Beware of the staff, probably better ordering online.
