My wife and I visited this store a year ago and had a positive purchasing experience. The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. The store itself was aesthetically pleasing, well-organized, and impeccably clean. This marks our second purchase of two additional carry-on suitcases, as our previous ones were slightly too large for domestic flight overhead bins. We appreciate Rimowa products for their superior quality, durability, lifetime warranty, and in-house repair services, which were key factors in our decision to acquire them. I highly recommend both this store and Rimowa.

I had been thinking about purchasing a Rimowa suitcase for quite some time, so I decided to stop by and take a look. I was warmly welcomed by a kind gentleman named Noe, who truly made the experience exceptional. He took the time to show me several options and patiently walked me through the differences between each one. I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and above all, his kindness. It's rare to come across someone who not only excels at their job but also clearly enjoys helping customers. Thanks to Noe, making a decision was easy and enjoyable. My entire experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this location to anyone considering a Rimowa suitcase.

I purchased the Essential Sleeve Cabin suitcase in November 2024, and after only three trips, I have encountered serious quality issues: 1. FLEX DIVIDER Wire Breakage: On the very first trip, the adjustable divider’s wire broke. Even after multiple attempts to fix it, it keeps coming loose. 2. Adhesive Issue: The double-sided tape on a part of the suitcase is peeling off. I expected a premium product to be more durable, and I am disappointed with these defects after such limited use They have a terrible warranty, they sell the product in Mexico through the Palacio de Hierro store, but no one is responsible for the warranty of a product that has been used for 3 months and has a manufacturing defect, and they want the buyer to pay for the shipping of the suitcase to the USA for repair. IT IS A PITY WHAT THEY DO.

Exceptional service!! I’ve gone into this store couple times and 2x for service repair. Both times i have had amazing service! I recently went in to get my locks replaced. It was an off day for the technician so i had to drop it off and pick up the next day. Whitney went above and beyond! There were other 2 male team members the day i went in to pickup. They were very helpful and friendly. I had also brought in a luggage tag that i bought from another rimowa location where their stamping machine was down. They all were trying to help me! No time was wasted! Awesome service and teamwork!

SUPER helpful and friendly staff, with a tech on site most days to fix issues on the spot. My Rimowa wine carrier was busted courtesy of American Airlines (big surprise) and they fixed the broken latch in less then 10 minutes at no charge. You cannot find service like that anymore! Highly recommended

If I could put 0 stars I would! For a company that supposedly prides itself on quality travel gear, the in store experience was anything but professional. I will not be returning to this location. All three men were so rude basically yelling at us “thank you” 3 times, when they didn’t help… why would I thank someone for bad service.

Super awesome customer service from Chi and Angelo. Totally cool guys and got the job done. I brought in my 3 year old essentials trunk plus with some zipper damage maybe beyond repair and a slight crack on the side. I was thinking maybe they would give me some credit and I'll just buy a new one, I love Rimowa even though I felt it should have that crack from the first two months of use. But don't blame Rimowa, blame the airlines, they don't care even if you're the top status and worst because they allow me 70lbs per luggage and I fill it up, so too heavy perhaps. But anyways, Chi surprised me and said they are just going to replace it. Wow beautiful and an early birthday present for me 2/21! Angelo gave us a chinese new year gift as well, such another great surprise, and I'm the year of the snake! I work often in Dallas and will be back shortly. Now I will make it a point to buy at this store even though I live in Phoenix. Love these guys! Didn't get the gal's name, but she was very knowledgeable and professional as well! Be back soon!

I've had a couple repairs done here, and I've always been very happy with the service. The associates are kind, attentive, and helpful. They made my 8-year old dented suitcase look like new again! The store is very nicely appointed, too, with a nice selection of their new items and a showcase of their vintage products.

Came in to purchase 2 sets of luggage with my boyfriend and we were immediately met with side eye from the employees... then were continued to be spoke to like we were idiots who didn't know how airlines or luggage worked. One of the employees asked us if we had ever been on a plane before because we asked if they got a lot of damage complaints on their luggage Pale woman with bushy dark eyebrows and adult braces was an absolute passive aggressive pretentious nightmare to speak with. Beware of the staff, probably better ordering online.
