We really enjoyed our stay at Rimping Village. The location is ideal – just across the river from the old city, so you can walk to the night market and the centre in around 10 minutes, but the hotel itself feels quiet and relaxed when you get back. It’s a nice balance between being close to everything and not being in the middle of the noise.||The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was a real highlight for us – great for cooling off after a day exploring Chiang Mai. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice, including local dishes and things our teenagers were happy with, which is always a bonus.||What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to help with little things, from arranging transport to offering tips on what to see and do. It gave the hotel a personal feel that you don’t get in bigger places.||Overall, it’s a really comfortable, friendly hotel in a great spot. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Beautiful hotel and good size pool. Big family room with optional slide doors for separation between kids and adults. Staff was very kind and helpful. Snakes and fruits for T-time. We will surely come back.

This was a great hotel. Facilities were fantastic, clean. The pool is great. There are a reasonable amount of restaurants/7-Eleven close by. We were able to walk to pretty much everything we did. The wall is about 25 to 30 minutes away, but you get to walk through interesting parts of town to get there. We felt safe the whole time. Staff was wonderful.

Just finished 5 nights here with my 14 year old son. Twin room, 1st floor. |The Hotel oozes relaxation, its low season however the set up creates privacy. |There is a restaurant for breakfast, afternoon snacks (free) and evening dinner but it doesn’t push you to go there and have a beer, they close it early. We liked this, it again created privacy and suited us perfectly than options for a hotel bar. |Tons of shops, restaurants , supermarket all within a few mins walk. |Location is excellent, 10 mins walk to the centre of everything. |Bedroom was a twin, very clean, walk in shower and beds were super comfy. |Toiletries provided and very high standard. |Branded towels and pillows. |The pool was our highlight, so clean, the beds are of very high quality and never many people around. It was heaven. |The staff are just amazing, always smiling , always willing to help. |All reception staff were made come outside to wave us off this morning. |I would book here again for sure.|20 mins from airport.

We stayed here for 5 nights, it is a beautiful oasis of calm and quiet, but only a short walk across the Iron bridge to the main hustle and bustle of Chiang Mia. The room was lovely and staff couldn’t do enough for us. They helped us order a red bus and were always very helpful with any queries we had. The pool and pool area were immaculate with towels placed next to each sunbed. Great variety of food for breakfast whether it be from the buffet or the breakfast menu.

Rimping Village is a tranquil oasis of a hotel. The bedrooms were lovely, beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable!||Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.||The pool is lovely and rarely busy.||We got the impression that this hotel is very much used by tourists who are out on day trips for most of the time as the hotel is super quiet in the daytime and pretty quiet in the evening.||The location is great for exploring Chiang Mai with a night market and busy street just a 10 min walk away across the iron bridge.||There is a 711 near the bridge too which is handy.||There are tonnes of restaurants nearby - you have to try the local delicacy - Khao Soi - it's incredble!

Very good small hotel. It looked like everything is new or just renovatie. Nice pool with enough places to sit. It is a cosy hotel. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. A small minus point is the limited menue card for lunch or dinner.

Fantastic hotel, room (222) was spacious clean and overlooking the pool, aircon always worked well and water pressure from shower was good and always hot water, all staff were friendly and always happy to help, pool was great and never busy, never had dinner at hotel but breakfast was very good with plenty of food and options. Hotel is in a quiet location away from main roads but only a 10 to 15 minute cycle ride on free to use bicycles to the town centre and an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants and night market. I would 100% recommend staying at Rimping village.
