Rinaldos exceeded our expectations for a dining experience on the way down from Sydney to Melbourne. We got out of Sydney late so it put our usual arrangements out of timing. But what a winner. We made a booking - let's say in 10 minutes, no problem, we have space for you. The greeting, the waitstaff, the menu, the food. Now I train hospitality students in a secondary school and if they could make a customer experience like this one, they would get a pretty high study score. Attention to detail, taking notice of what the dynamic of the room is, assisting without being obvious, attentive but not nosy, working positively with team members to meet customer expectations.The team leader supportive, the chef amazing. Give them a medal, all of them, they are stars. Five stars.
