"Design Supermarket at La Rinascente, Milan Visiting the home goods shop on the lower level of the department store La Rinascente is like going to a friend’s dinner party and wishing you could copy her fabulous taste. More than 100 international designers, including Driade (pictured), are represented in the selection of vases, glasses, and dishes. The stock changes weekly, but everything—a tin tray with an image of a cat dressed in 16th-century garb, or perhaps a cake stand that looks like a cherry-topped cupcake—is a guaranteed standout in any home. Headed straight to the 7th floor food hall to look for pistachio cream. Ended up spending €180 on chocolates, truffle salsa and balsamic vinegar. Global blue is on the 6th floor corner and you can get a rebate once you hit €71 in a single receipt.

Great shopping mall with many high end famous d signers but also with cool Italian not so famous ones to get to know. Their perfumery department is quite special . They also do detax upstairs for foreign tourists. They also have nice restaurant and lounge on top floor with amazing view of the duomo

This place is every shoppers dream come true. Lots of different brands, accessories, fashion, fragrances with a coffeeshop, bar and food restaurant on top with a balcony. Can't go wrong here.

Rinascente is a great shopping destination with plenty of sales and a wide variety of brands. It’s worth signing up for their loyalty card — you’ll get a 10% discount on the entire assortment. After shopping, you can enjoy a nice meal on the rooftop with a beautiful view. Highly recommended for both shopping and dining!

La Rinascente in Milan is a shopping gem! The store is beautifully designed, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a personal touch without being overbearing. The selection of global luxury brands for both men and women is top-notch, making it the perfect spot to find something special. If you're in Milan, I highly recommend it over the crowded Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II for a more pleasant and refined shopping experience. Definitely worth a visit!

A pretty big department store/mall! It has many floors and a great view of the church next to it.
Went here with relatives on a tour and was able to get some good souvenirs to bring home.

If you’re looking for a luxury shopping experience, keep looking. Rinascente Milano is a chaotic mess disguised as a high-end department store. It feels more like a bazaar on discount day than a curated luxury destination. Flashy sales signs everywhere, but not a trace of real service.
Motivated staff? Non-existent. Actually, any staff at all would have been a surprise. I wandered through floors of confusion without being acknowledged once. No greeting, no assistance – nothing. You’d have better luck finding a mirage in the desert than an employee willing to help.
Whoever is running this place clearly missed the memo on how to deliver even basic customer service, let alone a premium experience. Maybe consider a different career – something far away from retail.
Luxury? More like laughable.
