Headed straight to the 7th floor food hall to look for pistachio cream. Ended up spending €180 on chocolates, truffle salsa and balsamic vinegar. Global blue is on the 6th floor corner and you can get a rebate once you hit €71 in a single receipt.

This place is every shoppers dream come true. Lots of different brands, accessories, fashion, fragrances with a coffeeshop, bar and food restaurant on top with a balcony. Can't go wrong here.

Great shopping mall with many high end famous d signers but also with cool Italian not so famous ones to get to know. Their perfumery department is quite special . They also do detax upstairs for foreign tourists. They also have nice restaurant and lounge on top floor with amazing view of the duomo

I passed by to see an employee friend but then when it comes for Christmas holiday. IT was fantastic

Rinascente is a great shopping destination with plenty of sales and a wide variety of brands. It’s worth signing up for their loyalty card — you’ll get a 10% discount on the entire assortment. After shopping, you can enjoy a nice meal on the rooftop with a beautiful view. Highly recommended for both shopping and dining!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to the LV shop in Rinascente was truly shocking and far from what anyone would expect from a luxury brand. From the moment I entered, there was no service at all. The staff appeared uninterested, unprofessional, and carried an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. The worst part, however, happened during payment. I specifically needed to select EUR as the currency on the POS machine because my credit card has very high markup fees when charged in another currency. While I was trying to choose the correct option, the staff suddenly and rudely pressed the “OK” button without my consent. When I told her I needed to choose the currency myself—since my card is multi-currency and the wrong choice could cost me over US$100+ in exchange lost for the EUR2000+ spending, she simply said, “It’s all the same.” I explained that I’ve been using this card for years and on previous trips, and I know exactly how my bank charges me. The difference can easily be over USD 100 due to exchange rate and markup fees. Instead of helping, she told me to “contact my bank and ask them not to charge me.” That’s simply not how it works, and I told her so. I asked again if she could correct the currency selection, and she coldly replied it was already done and couldn’t be reversed. I was completely speechless. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a luxury store—rude behavior, zero professionalism, and no respect for the customer. If you expect proper service, transparency, and basic courtesy, I strongly advise thinking twice before visiting this location.

We absolutely love this place, went for some shopping first. Then headed straight to 7th floor. I recommend to book in advance as this is a popular place and seats get full in a bar quite fast. 7-9 pm is a peak time. We had cocktails with finger food and paid around 59 EUR. It can easily get double if you eat in here. Awesome view and great service.

Christmas Market in Milan was a lot of fun. Tons of variety. The tea selections were amazing. Pastries delicious. The little 'nun boob' cakes filled were cream were great.
