Rincón de Yegen

In September 2011 we made a stopover at this place and we were very dissapointed; even before getting there: we've mailed the hotel 3 times but never received an answer. The fourth time we received a one-sentence answer... ||||When arrived they did not say anything to us, and just gave us the key. No information about parking the car, the rooms, the location of the pool, nice places to walk... And when we asked for it ourselves the answer was short and unfriendly (even though I asked everything in Spanish). ||||The rooms are nice, the bathroom was clean and the view was magnificent. (Ask a room with a view). We paid 45 euros/room in September. ||||The hotel has a pool, but when we were there, a lot of dirt was floating in it and the floor was green (instead of blue).||||Even if you are on a budget I would advice you to go somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I were here on holiday and found this place juat driving by. They not only were happy to greet us and our 2 dogs with a lovely seat in the terrace, but also went out of their way to find a Vegan alternative for me to eat!|Well worth the money and recommended to all visiting the area :)

We stopped here for a meal and were the only people in the dining area the one and only man waited on us really well so you have to know a little Spanish anyway the food was superb which was a swordfish steak and a lovely laguardo which is Sole and drinks for under 20 euros

We arrived here after a long walk through the hillside and stopped for a cooling drink the place was very nice and the tapas was excellent and we were glad that we stopped here as the staff were very helpful and made us welcome we will be going back here next time we are in this part of Spain

Muy buena comida, buena elaboración y servicio esmerado. Un oasis en la Alpujarra granadina. Muy recomendable. El gazpacho muy rico, y el plato alpujarreño, de lo mejor que puedes encontrar por aquí. Tranquila terraza, para relajarse con las vistas. La pareja que atiende el restaurante, encantadora.

Nos sentamos en la terraza exterior a tomar una cerveza, un sábado, con pensamiento de comer. No salían a atendernos, tanto que tuvimos que entrar a pedir, luego nos trajeron la tapa y la carta ya casi cuando habíamos acabado la cerveza, por lo que viendo cómo iban los tiempos , decidimos pagar e irnos sin comer ( con su correspondiente espera para poder pagar también). |Eso si, ella terraza tenía encanto, la tapa estaba buena, y la carta no era muy amplia y precios medios, más no puedo decir.

El Rincon de Yegen, capitaneados por Alberto y Lara, es así: Es cómo una casa muy bien cuidada recubierta de flores y parras con vistas maravillosas del valle de Alpujarra.|El restaurante es fresco y ofrece delicias cómo las Tiras de Bacalao estilo Almadrava, el Gazpacho del Chef, la Berenjena con miel o la ensalada con frutas tropicales son algunos ejemplos de lo que puedes disfrutar. |Los postres cómo la Panna Cotta o el Arroz con leche son imperdibles!|Hay también habitaciones y piscina para una experiencia completa.|¿Te lo vas a perder?|¡Nosotros volveremos seguro!|

nous avons trouvé par hasard ce restaurant et ces chambres d'hôtes dans les Alpujarras et nous avons été enchantés. Ce restaurant propose des plats typiques de la région et ce fut délicieux.||Côté chambres, n'attendez pas le grand luxe mais elles sont propres et agréables. Une étape très sympa pour une nuit ou deux.
