Rincón de Yegen

Rincon de Yegen was a beautiful hotel that my family and I stayed for a couple of days in April of 2024. The location of the hotel captured the beauty of the mountains and I was able to have the privilege to wake up to the beautiful sunrise everyday. - Fun activity to do: There is a trail that we took with the couple that owns this hotel that leads you to the city. In that walk you can see the mountains more and see fig trees, almonds trees and even brown asparagus growing from the ground. My family and I shared an apartment in the hotel. The moment we walked in, we all fell in love with how simple and comfy it was. It did not feel like a hotel, it felt like home. The owners provided us wood and matches to use while we stay at the apartment. Even set it up for us to use. The food and drinks were incredible. The food we had felt like I was eating at home and even had a pizza making class with the owners. Everything was local. On top on that every morning, I had freshly squeezed orange juice and my choice of coffee to go with my breakfast. Not only was the morning great, but at night, their Spanish wine and cocktails (Pina Colada and Mojito) were as equally delightful. I would definitely recommend anyone to come see this beautiful place in Spain. It may be not as big as Madrid or Barcelona, but the beauty and the richness of the community definitely out beat those city.

We came for the restaurant arriving at 1900 hrs and we were the only ones there for about an hour. The outdoor seating had a lovely view. We ordered the calamari, the house salad, and a pizza complete plus wine and beer. All in after tip was €52. (2 glasses wine and 3 beers). The food was delicious and the service over the top. More people came while we were finishing up. It’s in a remote place but the food was fresh and service was spot on. Would highly recommend.

If you are visiting Spain, you NEED to stay here! The owners, Loli and Tobyn, are wonderful, the rooms and scenery are gorgeous, and the food was amazing. I stayed for three nights and loved how authentic and comfortable my room was. We ate Tapas and had Cava outside during the day and at night they had activities like pizza making and a Flamenco show. They are fluent in English and Spanish and are very knowledgeable about Spain and the surrounding areas. I definitely recommend you stay here!

My family and friends had visited Rincón de Yegen and their village “Yegen”. The view was amazing. The food was delicious. The alcohol choices were amazing from the wine to their cocktails. I enjoyed my mojito and the Piña colada. The staff was very considerate and was welcoming. No complaints. Without a doubt, I will return to this hotel in the future.

Visited this lovely restaurant during a visit to see my auntie! The owners are lovely, the food was incredible and very good price and the drinks were flowing! Would recommend and will return when I see my auntie again!

It was very beautiful!!! I will definitely go again. The owners gave amazing service and it felt like a family!!! The Coffee and orange juice was one of my favorites plus the mojito!!!

If you like spicy food, which I do, you'll love Loli's patatas bravas tapa. The handmade authentic pizzas are a must. Tobyn always has a selection of good wines at the bar and it's one of the few places here that you'll be able to find a good single malt whisky.

New owners Loli and Antonio gave us a warm welcome with a blazing fire on a chilli afternoon. They are working hard to renovate, decorate and provide lovely local food and accommodation. Good luck to you both.
