We stayed in one of the beach apartments at Rincón of the Seas, and it was perfect for our family of four. The spacious balcony and easy access to the beach made it a relaxing and convenient spot to unwind. The pool was also great—clean, inviting, and a hit with the whole family.||The location is excellent—just a short walk to Rincón square, where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and local spots to explore. If you're there on a Thursday night, be sure to check out the market in the plaza—it’s full of energy and a fun local experience.||What really set this place apart, though, was the care and service. When my son accidentally left his iPad behind, the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to us. Their kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out, and we’re so grateful.||Highly recommend this resort for its beautiful setting, great location, and exceptional service.

Ocean front with great views! You really feel like you stepped into a luxury resort but for half the price. The pool bar was awesome! It was pretty empty when we went and the city was too since it was during the week. Rooms were clean. Good for a romantic getaway.

Great location for pool and enjoying beach. However, the hotel restaurants are way overpriced. They should offer more value for the price. There are plenty of good and varied restaurants near the hotel with great culinary offers.

I booked this property then looked at some reviews that had me nervous due to mentions of bugs and lack of cleanliness. I have to say I wasn’t expecting much as I arrived, but I was pleasantly surprised. The entrance is all open to the air and gives a very island type vibe. They were painting when we checked in so the lobby was pretty empty but after a day or two it was beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and well kept. There were not many towels, but getting extras was not a problem the whole time. My only complaint is that there was no microwave in the room (but there was a fridge so that’s good) and the door needed to be pulled hard to ensure it closed. Basic showering supplies and bottles water are provided in the room. The pool and pool bar were beautiful and located central to most rooms. We had room 423 with a great ocean view. All of the food and drinks were priced well, and the swim up bar was unique and fun. Met so many nice people staying there and overall felt it was a great value. I would stay again for sure!!

Google
The place itself was great, it was clean but I'm very confused about the service, when we checked-in they told us we had room service but when calling they wanted us to go get the food. In the pool they told us the same but we saw employees getting food and drinks to people in the pool chairs so it seems they bring food to people they know but not all patrons and that seem disrespectful. The breakfast was alright but pretty expensive for a normal "free breakfast buffet" style hotel breakfast and they had no night restaurant for us to dress up and have a fine evening so you need to drive around to see what's available.

This place is a little taste of heaven. Secluded but not too far a walk from downtown Rincón and gorgeous grounds. The beach is pristine and private but not cut off like so many other resorts. We felt right at home. The room was comfortable and the bed was firm. Would definitely go back!

Google
Positive: It wasn't busy!! I loved staying in Rincon! And this hotel was great. It didn't break the bank. There wasn't a ton of kids running around so nice and relaxing! The pool and swim up bar was great and steps away from the beach. Negative: Some minor things.... 1. We woke up to our dehumidifier leaking all over the floor and I wasn't expecting that so I slipped and fell. 2. Not enough umbrellas by the pool. We had to make in the hot sun or stay in the pool to keep cool.

Google
We had a great stay at Rincon of the Seas. It’s right on the water with an almost private beach, very few people were on it. The pool is nice and there are enough amenities to stay on property or walk one property over for music and coconut drinks. The pool has its own bar which is nice. We stayed in the beach apartment which gave us a decent amount of space, especially when sitting outside. The bathroom was a little small. Great staff!

Yelp
We came to Rincon of the Seas for a family vacation. It's not the easiest to get to - we took a late flight into Aquadilla and it's about 45 minutes away but then we flew out from San Juan which is 2.5 hours away. That said Rincon is a lovely town that's nicely kept up and it's known as a surfing destination. Everyone at the hotel spoke great English. We stayed in the apartment area in room 38. The room had a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, a fridge and pots pans and plates. There was also a coffee maker and toaster. It's close to a huge super market (Econo) and a bakery (Ricomini) and a series of food carts across the street. There is a poolside resuataranr (Green Flash) and an indoor one for breakfast (Royale Cafe). The prices are very reasonable - a margarita is like 6.50 at the poolside bar. The resort sits right on the beach. The water was warm in August with mild waves. The beach has no life guards and is private. The pool is huge and at its deepest four feet - no lifeguards there either. There are security guards on watch. The swim up bars drinks are cheap but take time to make. You need to use a guest pass card to order to your room. The rooms are chilly because the air conditioners are on blast to limit humidity. The apartments are stingy with towels and shampoo and conditioner tubes and they do not come daily to refresh or clean in the apartments. The floors weren't particularly clean in the apartment either. There are insufficient places to put things in the bathroom - not enough hooks or places for shampoo and soap in the shower. The restaurants were "ok" but the main pull is that they are reasonably priced. I probably won't be back to this place but for those coming to Rincon the location was good, the beach and pool were solid and the prices for drinks and food are reasonable. Don't expect fancy rooms or superior service - but it's adequate.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel for four nights in late December, for which we spent over $1400. Definitely not worth it at even half that amount. When you pull up to a hotel and are greeted at the reception desk by a plexiglass partition between you and the reception attendant, odds are pretty high you're in for a crappy experience. The property shows its age, though they seemed to have made some upgrades in the rooms. The room we were given had a large dehumidifier, and we should have wondered why. We were given room #260 on the left side of property next to parking lot. Our balcony door was broken and open allowing easy access for any outdoor mosquitoes to come in and feast on us. To their credit they did send maintenance to fix it by placing something to wedge the door so it would close. When I had asked to see if we could be moved elsewhere, was told that the property was completely full and they couldn't give us anything else. The next day a family was checking in and we spied them going up and getting a room upstairs on the right side of the resort. The hotel, while busy, did not seem "fully booked". I also noticed there was a certain demographic in the better rooms on the right side of property and on higher floors. Yes, pity to say but the Caucasian/or Caucasian-presenting guests were given better rooms and folks of color like myself were relegated to the second floor level on the parking lot side rooms. To make matters worse, we were directly above the laundry facilities area, so you could literally hear the machines when they would start and stop through the day as well as parking lot activity, this might have been why the huge dehumidifier was there. After a change of front desk staff two days later, my Caucasian husband (without myself being present as I was at check in) was immediately given a far more comfortable room on the left side of property, seemingly confirming my earlier suspicions about profiling. We had done our research and knew it was not going to be a top-notch experience but to be racially profiled while on what was supposed to be a fun vacation was a bridge too far. To anyone thinking of staying here, there are better options nearby. Don't make the mistake of staying at this mediocre "resort", especially at the exorbitant prices they have the audacity to charge.

Yelp
I recently stayed at Rincon Of The Seas Grand Caribbean Hotel, and my experience was a mix of stunning views and convenient location with a few minor drawbacks. I opted for a King Oceanview room, which offered an incredible view of the ocean and sunset for around $200 a night. The sight was absolutely breathtaking and made for a perfect backdrop to my stay. I also have to mention that everyone on staff was incredible and kind. In my research, I compared this hotel to Villa Cofresi. While the reviews suggested that Rincon Of The Seas had better rooms, Villa Cofresi was noted for its superior amenities. Fortunately, Villa Cofresi is just a two-minute drive away, and I was able to enjoy an amazing sunset dinner there, making the most of both worlds. One downside was the noise level in my room, with the pool right outside the balcony and very thin walls. I could clearly hear my next-door neighbors' conversations, which was a bit distracting. However, since I spent most of my day exploring the local landmarks and beautiful beaches, it wasn't a major issue for me. The room itself was very clean but slightly dated, and the TV didn't work. Again, these were minor inconveniences as I was barely in the room. The swim up bar near the pool was such a cool feature of the resort. A tip for future guests: if you experience issues with the water not being hot, check if the hot and cold are reversed in the shower, as I figured out on the second night of my stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, with many cool landmarks and beautiful beaches nearby. I never had to drive more than 30 minutes to get to any of my desired destinations, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Overall, Rincon Of The Seas Grand Caribbean Hotel is a great choice if you value stunning ocean views and a prime location. Despite a few minor issues, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Rincon.

Yelp
Very expensive for a mediocre room. The hotel needs updating. The bathrooms are a disaster..do not visit!!!

Yelp
The room was a nice size and was clean. It took a little bit to get hot water going in the shower. The air conditioner was set to freezing and we couldn't figure out how to change it so it wouldn't be quite so cold. Due to the humidity, you have to keep it cold so that the floors and your furniture don't become damp. We ate dinner at the restaurant there on site. No complaints about that. Staff was very friendly and cheerful.

Yelp
I regret to say that my experience with Rincon of The Seas was far from satisfactory. Despite assurances over the phone regarding reimbursement for cancellations, the reality was starkly different. Upon discovering the room did not meet our expectations, we promptly sought to cancel our reservation, as per the agreement made with hotel staff over the phone. However, while one member of our group received a refund after canceling, our request for reimbursement was met with resistance and contradictory statements from management. Our friend received a refund and we were told we would get a refund as well if we wanted to cancel so we went ahead and cancelled and after we cancelled the staff changed the story and said that we needed to checkin first to then cancel for a refund. If we would have been told that we would have done that since we flew into Aguadilla and could have easily gone to the hotel which we ended up doing anyways since we weren't getting any response over the phone. The hotel kept about $400. Despite numerous attempts to communicate our concerns, both via phone and email to upper management, we were met with silence until I continued to leave messages and emails for management and I was told there was nothing they could do. This lack of responsiveness speaks volumes about the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction within the organization. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such disregard for customer care and accountability. I urge potential guests to reconsider patronizing Rincon of the Seas, as there are undoubtedly numerous other accommodations in Rincon that value and respect their customers far more than this establishment. In summary, my experience with Rincon of the Seas was marred by unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a blatant lack of respect for customers. Save yourself the trouble and seek accommodations elsewhere.

Yelp
For a long time I had wanted to stay there. This past August 2024 we finally did. We told them months in advance that we were bringing our service dog. They said service dogs are welcomed. We get there late at night and as we are checking in a worker, who was not checking us in, stated myservice dog was not allowed in the restaurant, pool area, lobby, alone in the room(which I would never leave her alone anywhere)... I told her service dogs go in restaurants and anywhere the handler goes. I understand not in the pool which I would not do anyway, however, she will sit y the beach chair quietly and I will be near. The other worker stated my dog may enter the restaurant if she's wearing her harness, but I'd still need to ask the waitress at the restaurant. These demands already violated my dogs service dog rights. Service dogs don't have to wear a harness and I'd does not need to be provided, however, I still complied being that I saw the ignorance of the staff. The restaurant clearly had a sign on the door that dogs were not allowed, however, service dogs are welcomed. The waitress then made ignorant comments that she had 4 dogs at home and she understands how I feel!! I said lady, you have pets. Service dogs are not considered pets. Besides, Did you see the sign on your door? She just continue to say stupid comments, so we left. Glad we did cause we found great food in great restaurants with educated staff that were shocked at the ignorance of this hotel. People staying there were not happy with the over priced mediocre food and complained about the dirty rooms and pool. Our room floors were grimmy. The grout was suppose to be whote, however, it was black and thick of dirt. There was a really bright blue light in the ceiling that blinked late at night. Later we found out it was the wifi. We had to put a sock over it. The pool had black mold on the concrete steps that lead into the pool. All in all it was a major disappointment. We stayed in the town in airbnbs. They are much better, nicer, cleaner, more comfortable and cheaper. There is no one at the airbnb to discriminate or come at you with you can't do this or that as soon as you get there, setting off your vacation annoyed at stupidity and then going to a dated, grimmy over priced room. Don't waste your money.

Yelp
We stayed here in early April. Staff was very polite and did their best to accommodate requests. Room was comfortable - we stayed in one facing the central courtyard. Really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at night. Restaurant was good. Very relaxing stay!

Yelp
Worst bar service ever. Bartenders will look straight at you and walk on by as if you weren't waiting for service. Aaron seemed to be the only one working. Terrible service.

Yelp
Ruido todo el día de música. Piscina sucia y poco mantenimiento. Lamentablemente tan hermosa propiedad pero está abandonada. Para cambiar el aire acondicionado no puedes tienen que venir del front desk para hacerlo por ti .

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!! My family and I stayed here recently for 8 days, 7 nights! During our stay, we were placed in a dirty room, with rust, mildew, peeling paint and rusted lamps and dirty ironing boards, the glass of the balcony was also broken. On day 1 of our stay we experienced a leak in the ceiling right above of our beds. We woke up to puddles on the ground. Wet beds. Our electronics were wet and our clothing in the closet was also wet. We went to the front desk to report this concern and were offered another room which had similar issues. When we informed the front desk staff about our wet clothing and shoes, they told me that I could place the clothing in a garbage bag and they would dry it for us but not wash it, I explained it would likely have a musty smell If it was only dried and not washed. They said they'd offer a discount but never followed up. 5 days later I had to go back to the front desk and ask again about my complaints. They promised 50% discount and never honored it. By the way I also have a video of this being said!! But still they are now refusing to respond to any of my messages I've emailed Arnaldo Ruiz a bunch of times and no response No hot water for a few days of our stay. People smoking by the pool. Poop floating in the pool. Bugs in the room. Mildew in the room. Peeling paint. Broken glass. Leaks above the beds. Stay very far from this hotel I do not recommend it and I think they should really be shut down!!! This is horrible! They have no customer service and do not care about their guests if not they'd start addressing some of the many repairs that are needed !!!

Yelp
This place is dirty and overpriced. The setting is very nice, however our room was gross and there was trash on the ground in the common areas.

Yelp
The website is deceiving. And just to preface this review, I am not expecting glitz and glam. Puerto Rico is humble and I'm fully aware of this. However, the hotel is not clean. The water in the shower never got warm (I wasn't looking for a steamy hot shower, just a little warmth). We ordered from the restaurant, the pizza was pretty good, all the other food was trash. The icing on the cake was when we returned after a long day of being out, our door was not fully closed (the housekeepers to our knowledge were the last people in our room). Thankfully none of our items were taken. The best parts of the hotel, 1) the pool & 2) the beach. The pool is nice and shallow and great for kids. The beach is clean, however there's no shady spots and that Caribbean sun gets HOT during the day. All in all, we won't be back to this hotel. When you're in Rincon, stick with smaller, boutique hotels. Highly recommend Casa Isleña.

Yelp
Attended a wedding and the service, food and drinks were great. The pool bar looked lovely and it's advertised as a bar. Came back and was told the property is locked down and only guests are allowed beyond the security gate. It wasn't that lux, maybe they have security problems.

Kim U.

Yelp
We loved staying here. It was my husband's 2nd visit. If you're looking for scheduled activities and "Hot, Hot, Hot" blaring from the speakers all day this is not the place for you. It's a small resort with a small family friendly bar/pool area. There is plenty of shade by the pool and a wonderful sandy beach with tons of lovely bits of sea-glass. There's surprisingly good food for a hotel. The hotel is older but they are renovating. And really Puerto Rico needs to be given a break. They've been through numerous hurricanes! Chill out folks. It's clean and comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful. The area is wonderful. If you come, make sure to attend the Thursday night street fair downtown.

Yelp
What a beautiful little hotel nestled ocean front in rincon. Rincon is definitely off the beaten track in Puerto Rico but well worth it because the beaches are not crowded and the place is completely chill. My visit has been over the Labor Day weekend which is considered the rainy season. So ya it does rain but everyday had tons of sunshine and we were able to explore the beauty of the area and get tons of beach time doing yoga and getting some sun. I've been told that dec through march is the time to go so definitely next time. The hotel is adorable with spectacular views of the water and the beach. Staff was super friendly as well. Rooms were also nice and super clean, and lots of local yummies in the restaurant. If rincon is on your list of vacation destinations, I'd definitely recommend rincon of the seas!

Yelp
I stayed here to be close to my family that lives in Añasco for a couple of days. So far the sheets are stained, the room floor is dirty, there is no water in the room. I definitely do not feel comfortable here so far. The pool closes at 9:00 pm, there is NO bellboy. Hopefully the beach or pool will make up for their lack of customer services and accommodations.

Yelp
I really liked this hotel, the staff was kind and attentive. My room was at pool side and the hotel is right on the water. I didnt have a fridge in my room but my coworker did. Theres a bar right in the pool as well as a nice restaurant right next to said bar. Id definitely come here again. Its in walking distance of a few restaurants and a convenience store.

Yelp
My family and I have been coming to this hotel for 7 years now. Usually it is a very good experience, modest, but excellent environment/treatment. The last two years it has not been the same. I am staying in one of their apartment units as I type this and currently there has been electricity outages throughout the Island, which is understandable, but our apartment unit is currently in the dark with no lamps or anything to see with. We spoke to the front desk and an electrician came in for a few minutes in the afternoon. Turns out the transfer switch for the power generator that covers our apartment is bad. We asked if there was another electrician for night shift or any emergency contacts. They said there was no one other personnel other than the one guy at front desk and the security guy. There wasn't even housekeeping personnel so we could have the option to transfer to another room with a functional transfer switch. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, housekeeping and cleanliness is a must. Not to mention the risk of a short circuit happening while we are inside this apartment with the outages going on. Out of options, we sit here waiting for the general manager tomorrow morning so we can talk to them about the situation and leave the hotel without completing our planned stay. Sad situation, since the place has gorgeous nature, front desk on night shift did everything within their power to help us but sadly the situation was just unsafe.

Yelp
Unfortunately like a lot of the infrastructure in Puerto Rico, this hotel is kind of falling apart. It probably looks much like it was when it was built 30 or 40 years ago. The location on the beach is beautiful, the natural surroundings exotic and amazing, the staff helpful and professional. But for the first time EVER I was in a hotel without running water this morning. Our call downstairs to the front desk was met with surprise that it was all the water not just the hot water (which honestly is kind of intermittent). And no call back. The water returned a couple of hours later. No big deal... It's just sad to see beautiful Puerto Rico decaying so rapidly. Never mind that at the university in Mayagüez there was no running water in our building for two days this week

Yelp
The rooms are humid, bad smell, The shower curtain had hair from previous visitor. The phone did not work. The bed sheet were old, and felt wet due to the humidity. Hotel needs an update!! For fee charged it is not good at all!

Yelp
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this place a thousand negative stars, I would. After a long drive from San Juan, we checked into our reservation at Las Villas at Rincon of the Seas. Check in for The Villas is in an old "wine bar" that smells like mold. I feel horrible for the agent that has to work in those conditions. We drove over to The Villas, which looks like an old falling apart apartment complex. The room we were assigned was room 39. Upon walking into the room, you can't help but notice how run down, weird, and depressing the place is. We were starving and went to grab dinner but agreed to check with the front desk if we could change rooms to the main resort area in hopes that there would be nicer and more livable accommodations. After dinner, we stopped by the front desk to request a room change. After fifteen minutes of doing something with the computer (not sure what but there was a lot of clicking), we finally got reassigned a room with a balcony in the main resort. Yay! We grabbed all of our belongings and made our way over to the resort to grab our new set of keys. We head up to our new room and unlock the door to find it was occupied by a family. Well that's pretty annoying! We go back downstairs to change rooms, again. They assign us to another room that you guessed it... had people in it. I even heard someone coming out of the shower! HOW do you assign rooms TWICE that already have people in them? Mind boggling to me. We decide to cancel our reservation and stay somewhere else. I called the third party booking company, Tingo (an affiliate of Trip Advisor), to make sure I am reimbursed. The agent placed me on hold to call the hotel to begin processing the cancellation and they blatantly did not answer the phone!! How do you run a hotel and not answer the phone!? Extremely unprofessional. Not well maintained. DO NOT STAY HERE. Go to La Casa Verde or Serenity. This place will ruin your time in Rincon and trust me, that's not worth it!

Yelp
Been coming here since 2012 for the dinners and lunches while on vacation its beautiful!! The staff are always friendly! The sights are amazing! The food is fabulous. We still talk about the Moroccan chicken we had back in 2012 lol we fell in love with this place so much so that my boyfriend and I are planning our future wedding here soon! That's how great this place is!

Yelp
Good location, close to town, free parking and the lobby space is clean. However, there is mold in the bathroom, curtains and bed skirt are stained and carpet is dirty. Not worth the money. Didn't eat at the hotel.

Yelp
Lovely resort style oceanfront hotel in Rincon. It's close to town, local bars, and the best beaches. If you are in Rincon to surf, though, be aware that you will have to take a quick drive to get to those spots. Rooms are standard, not luxurious, but the amenities are very nice and feature a large pool with swim-up bar and live music on Saturdays. We paid $165 per night just before "season," in late November, which is a fair price. Friendly staff, for the most part, but the restaurant left a lot to be desired and they ran out of pool/beach towels more than once.

Aria M.

Yelp
Beautiful pool and beach and resort. They just aren't very accommodating- won't bring anything to room, no early or late check outs or ins, don't bring lotion when we ask etc. otherwise lit

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!! I went to this place 2 weekends in a row for two different weddings and the experience was very bad. This first weekend, I got in before check in time and just waited around until a room became available. I noticed that people who arrived after me were getting into their rooms, so I asked what was going on. I was told that the other guests had an ocean view room, which was a different type of room and different rate, and that is why I was still waiting. This simply was not true. I went back to the counter to complain and the staff was very rude. I had to wait a while until a garden style room opened up. The next weekend I arrived with my two other friends to check into a room and they told me there could not be 3 adults in the same room because "I had requested a single room". The hotel staff claimed that they had that written in their notes, but they never showed me the notes. To make matters worse, there was nothing available for 3 guests, since the hotel "was full". I requested then to have my reservation cancelled and they refused since it was beyond the cancellation timeframe. Once again, very hostile as though I was making up the 3 adult reservation story. In addition to that the hotel was super filthy. The tub had mildew in it and and the ceiling in the rooms had cracked paint. There was no hot water in the entire hotel neither of those two weekends and they refused to give one of the brides a suite. In addition, they did not hand out the welcome bags one of the brides had put together because most of the guests had made their reservation through a third party. They even made one of the brides cry and when she asked for a discount, they gave her a $20 discount out of thousands of dollars (I was a witness to this argument). Oh!! And one of the staff's name was Kimberly, FYI.

Yelp
I stayed in this hotel on December 10th and checked out on December 13th. I paid a very reasonable price through Orbitz.com ahead of time. 1st thought arriving there was "wow it looks beautiful". The outside is super cute! Now, this was a stay for myself, my fiance and our 18 month old daughter. We were given room 419 and I was pretty satisfied. I had initially asked the front desk girl (blond hair and glasses) if the rooms contained what usual hotels have such as a kitchonette and coffee (I mean, come on, it's Puerto Rico! known for coffee!!!). She said the rooms had nothing but the norm. Okay. Our room in 419 had a fridge and a balcony with the pool view plus the usual bathroom with bathtub and whatnot. We started unpacking and instantly hopped in the shower. We heard our room phone ring but obviously we were busy. When we got out we received another ring and it was the front desk girl apologizing. She had to move us to another room because the one we were in apparently had to have a change of light bulbs. Really? The light bulbs worked perfectly fine but whatever, she had promised us a better room. MAJOR PROBLEM was that we had to repack everything and struggle AGAIN with our 18 month old going downstairs to go back up to the new room. We received room 334. I was beyond upset but I had already respectfully asked for some sort of convenience for the inconvenience caused. Apparently the manager was another young girl (long brunette hair with glasses) who couldn't even speak to me herself nor look me in the eye when I kindly asked for the convenience. They were very snotty after my request. The manager whispered something to the blond girl and the blond girl gave me a voucher for 2 free drinks (rum punch which a lot of people already had as free drinks with their stay and I found this out later on). So the room 334 - no bathtub and no fridge. What an upgrade, huh? I decided not to "complain" again because they were not so pleasant in that sort of situation. I am starting to now believe that the young girl was NOT a manager. The room was fairly moldy in the ceiling and smelled of it. It was filled with humidity that only a dehumidifier can fix. THE POOL was marvelous! That was the one thing I loved about this stay. The pool bar was super cool and my daughter enjoyed her time in the water. That is my 2 stars. I sure hope they can improve in staff. I see that I am not the only one who feels this way and has experienced such things. Hire older people because young people are obviously very ignorant and immature. Sorry for this but had to be brutally honest. What can I say, my motto is how I roll! (I yelp to help) P.S. - their WIFI is terrible too!!! P.P.S - there was one older lady there who was SUPER nice and an older guy also. They helped me a lot and never treated me different. The other 2 young girls didn't even look at me or say hi when I would walk past them and I would make eye contact to say good morning. Also, we didn't try their buffets but that little restaurant is super cute and nice.

Yelp
Overall horrible. We got sick on the food, the bed was dented in the middle, only one nightstand and not very clean. Would NEVER come here again.

Yelp
The only bar closed at 11pm and our group of over 30 was left looking around for more drinks with none to be found. There largest revenue stream closed.... The bar staff was not looking to serve. They stayed talking while everyone had to constantly call their attention to get service. No smiles. The room: it's outdated. I had to let the water run for a LONG time to get it warm, not hot. My brother had the same problem and he went to the lobby at 1am to get help. He found no one at the front desk and when he yelled out a HELLOOOOO, a sleepy eyed girl came out from the back room but said there was nothing she could do because they had no staff at that time . I also saw a roach crawling on the wall in my room as well. Food: breakfast buffet was not bad, only $12.00 until 10:30am. Lunch: had a Cob salad with grilled chicken and vinaigrette. It was good except for the fact that they forgot the vinaigrette. I ate it anyway. Check out: upon check out with only a half hearted good morning salutation I was asked to hand over the towel card. Now this card is made out of a thin card board but she wanted it so I went back but found that the maids had already cleaned the room and they naturally threw it away. I asked them if I really needed it but she said just tell the front desk that the maid threw it away. I went back, told her, got one of those "you're kidding me" looks and she said, "excuse me", she went into the back room and noticed she came back out from the side, walked past me in the direction of my room..... She went to my room to verify! Did she need that towel card? Did she not believe me? I don't know because she never took an extra 5 seconds to let me know it was important. She came back and wrote that the maid threw it away and made me sign it. She never explained anything. Mean while my brother checked out and the person he dealt with never asked him for the room keys or towel card, he had them in his pocket when we left. Beach: excellent access to the beach Price: I think the price I paid was not a bad price but then that "you get what you pay for" saying pops into my head. Overall: if you're on a budget and don't mind not having the absolute best service well then it's ok. I gave them one star based more on their lack of customer service

Yelp
Overall experience was ok, the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was perfect, the beach was right outside our window. Unfortunately due to hurricane Maria we were not able to enjoy the beach. The room needs to be updated. The bar area was a plus.

Yelp
Terrible Service! We booked a hotel for the Valentine's + President's Day Holiday weekend over the phone -- with a certain Stephanie. Three days later the hotel decides to cancel our booking with no notice. Of course, being a busy weekend, there's no other rooms available (except a double room! perfectly unromantic for Valentine's weekend of course!) The hotel's reservations manager, Wilhemina, refused to do anything to resolve the issue, despite acknowledging that it was hotel's error. Will certainly never stay here, nor recommend it to anyone else.

Yelp
We visited Rincon of the Seas during February 2012. Great place, right on the beach, close to grocery stores, breakfast buffet was a little over priced, pool was nice with a swim up bar. The beach grounds were well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and kept the room tidy. Rincon is a cool quaint town, a diverse community with great waves.

Yelp
Barely one star for this hotel.... So if you looking for crappy rooms at high price, then this will be the place to go. My wife and I came on vacation to island and we decided to do a road trip and do Rincon of the Seas as one of our stops. Wrong choice. We booked a suite and they gave us a dirty handicap room for $190 per night on a Tuesday. That is just crazy. The best part was when I went to the front desk to make sure theu gave us the right room and the lady told me that it doesn't matter that is that a handicap room those were they suites. So I'm wondering, if those are their suites, I wondered how their standard rooms would look like. My best guess is that they would like straight crap. The staff barely speaks English and they take forever to even pour you a beer. No pool towels in the pool area. If you towels, you gotta go to the front desk and ask for them. Do not stay here, unless you want very over priced services.

Yelp
It's old, dark and not much to do. The drinks and food are a little over priced. Oh and for some reason the floor in the room gets sweating. I called to get it dried because I didn't want my kids to fall, but no one showed up so I used their towels and called for new ones....

Yelp
Stopped in for drinks which were okay. The music was very loud all day especially since we stayed near by the hotel.

Yelp
Negatives: 1. The customer service was horrible. Not only did most workers not speak english, the ones who did were not helpful and had the worst attitudes. From the moment we checked in I had problems with the woman at the front desks attitude and unwillingness to help. No one was nice and definitely did not make us feel welcome. 2. Bathroom in room was quite gross. Shower was rusty and on the third night I woke up in the middle of the night to find a HUGE living bug. 3. Bar and restaurants closed SO early. 4. The connivence shop.. is not convenient. After you get an annoyed employee to open the door for you, its a room full of costume jewelry and clothing. They did not even have sun screen or body lotion for my bad sun burn, had to walk 15 min to the grocery store down the road. Positives: -Amazing pool/swim up bar -our king suite. If it was not for the great view and pool and nice room, I would have left after day one. -Buffet was fair price and food was moderate ** I'd highly recommend staying at "Villa Confessi" a couple hotels down instead. Great night life, great bartenders and better food. Even though I did not sleep here, we came here almost every day to escape the Rincon of the Seas. Also GREAT taxi service if needed, Call Dario 787-318-9546. He is amazing and will hook you up for your entire stay. Used his service at least once a day while on our trip.

Yelp
Dirty room, stained sheets, holes in blanket, mold on bathroom tub tiles, peeling paint in tub partially covered by bath mat. Door stuck to open & close, needed to tackle it. Asked for an extra pillow & blanket at front desk (no housekeeping in the evening) received a pillow without a pillow case, no blanket and an attitude from the front desk girl. Lots of fun guest in lobby with their laptops because there's no Wifi in rooms. Hotel appears to be going out of business. Buyer beware! Not worth any amount!!

Yelp
Pictures from the internet and Facebook were very deceiving, the swimming pool look like motel pool not the standard of the very expensive place. This is a tourist trap.

Yelp
This hotel is probably the best you're going to get Aguadilla a Puerto Rican standards. Puerto Rico is not much different than a border town in Mexico. The restaurant at this hotel is disgusting. The breakfast should be free because the buffet is stale and old.

Yelp
My husband and I went for dinner under the stars for our anniversary. It was a beautiful evening and the food was very good. Marcello was very attentive and made our night special.

Yelp
Went for breakfast buffet. Great food, great price, excellent and attentive service. In an area where American breakfasts are not readily available, was a pleasant surprise.

Yelp
Food was heavy, fried and not really much to offer for a light lunch. Drinks were good and the premises very nice, since we weren't guests we weren't welcome in the pool, but went in anyways and also enjoyed the nice swimming beach. Suggest going for drinks and a swim at the beach. The kiddo liked the little playground.
