Ringhotel Weisser Hirsch Wernigerode

We had our Christmas dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. The food was excellent, very well presented and cooked using ingredients from the region. Staff were very attentive despite it being very busy. The view from the restaurant over the market square is impossible to beat.

Great hotel right in the middle of Wernigerode. Rooms were very spacious and well equipped, cleanliness and furnishings are of a high standard. The food in the restaurant (traditional German cuisine) was very good. I was here for a conference and the conference room was very comfortable. Can only recommend.

A nice hotel in a very nice old city. Directly located in the middle of the old city. Parking was easy on the location. The hotel has an old part and a newer part, and we had a room in the newer part. The room was large, clean and had a not so good view over the parking space and not over the city. The room had room bar and wifi. Breakfast was good and with all options you wanted in the morning. In the evening the same area was a restaurant with very good food. The bar in the same area is open in the evenings and are a nice place to recap what you have seen during the day.

Clean and tidy room. Hotel in a middle age style town. Helpful staff. €13 for car park in hotel. Nice restaurant in town. Breakfast was served with various food. I had dinner here too. Decent service and food.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, there is a large parking, breakfasts are varied, rooms are clean, but there are also disadvantages that affect the overall assessment of the hotel and staff.

We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. Mr Billa gave us a good recommendation, everything was delicious and the best service in town.

Tourist trap for a schnitzel. A scam. Payed 26 euro for a tiny children portion which felt like I was chewing on stone. Personnel was extremely rigid and were not doing anything about it.

Superb location right in the middle of town. A historically significant building that is well-maintained. The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. It is a very, very quiet place as there is no vehicular traffic anywhere near. Occasionally there are sounds of people having fun and laughing outside, which is a really pleasant sound. There is much to see and do within easy reach.
