Ringøy Camping

We paid 330 NOK for two people, one vehicle, and one tent. The campsite is located in a beautiful area with stunning views. There was plenty of space available for tents and campers. It's also a great location if you're planning to hike Trolltunga, as it's relatively close by. However, the sanitary facilities were quite limited. There was only one toilet for women and one for men, and just two showers available for each. It’s possible to light a campfire and firewood is provided free of charge. There is a shared kitchen available on the campsite. You can also use a toilet dump station and refill fresh water.

Super camping site. Sehr clean and tidy. Personal were sehr friendly and compitent. Everything you need is there. The area is absolutely stunning. I really enjoyed my stay. I can recommend the site 100%.

One of our favourite camping sites on our Norway trip. No reservation needed, owner goes around in the late afternoon, card payment is possible, fair prices! Amazing view from each camping lot and you can take wood and use one of multiple fire places for free. Only downside is the lack of 'enough' toilets and showers.

We were assaulted by another guest which deemed we were pitching our tent too close to their spot (we weren't). Owner was made aware and refused to do anything. Not a great place if you wanna feel safe, would not recommend.

A nice place, with an excellent view. The service building is not good for the money. It might be possible to get a shower there, but we did not figure out how, the only staff we saw was the guy collecting money, he left when done. Stayed one night in a campervan.

Medium sized campsite. Turn up and set up and they will come round in the morning and evening to collect payment. You can pay by card. Pay extra 20NOK for showers. Excellent view of the fjord and free fire wood available. Showers aren't the most spacious, so you have the potential to get clothes a little wet. Places to wash up and there is a washer and dryer you pay extra for. Lots of water points around the campsite. Slightly lower rating to to the facilities. Only 2 toilets and 2 showers for the women and same for the men. So you can queue.

Beautiful camping with the worse sanitation ever. Capacity can be aroud 100 people or even more and it has only 2 female showers and 2 toilets. Showers work only with a special coin that you can buy from the owner of camping in the evening so if you travel with kids you have to wait until 9pm if you want to wash them. 30nok for 5 minutes of using shower and you CAN'T regulate warmness of water or stop it. We stayed for 2 nights and sanitation wasn't cleaned during our stay. It looks like the owner doesn't care. This camping is earning money so why should he invest to make it better. For us it was first and the last times

A beautiful spot in the Fjord next to the water. But only 3 toilets available (and 4 showers funny enough) for the many guest (150+) in the peak season. That's simply not enough.
