Super kind staff and an amazing view! The rooms are clean and so are all the facilities. We came during low season and enjoyed the pool almost all to ourselves. The place is far away from busy cities but there are plenty of local restaurants, nice hikes, and beautiful nature around. The breakfast and food at the hotel is simple but you can choose both Indonesian and western options. I would definitely come back for a luxurious stay in the mountains!

I stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Great location near the start point for Rinjani hike. Staff are friendly and helpful. WiFi was only good in the restaurant but not in the rooms. Very quiet and nice views. I got food poisoning on the climb up, and it can only have been from this hotel. Many flies in the restaurant during the day. A bit expensive for what it is.

Really good layout on a steep terrace over a valley. Views of rice terrace, stunning views in early morning to Mt Rinjani, amazing infinity pools. Staff are lovely and food very sound without being stunning. Really nice rooms with plenty of space. We stayed on a friends recommendation and it lived up to expectations. One small criticism: the WiFi is a little variable, especially at the end away from reception. But maybe that’s a good thing on holiday 😂

I have only ate here. But the service at the restaurant is pretty terrible. Wanna be high end, but the orders were missed repeatedly. 4 servers siting around, on their phone. 3 people in the restaurant waiting for 15 minutes. Food is okay, but twice the price and same quality then the places around.

Beautiful setting and very comfortable rooms. Spectacular views to the east and the gorge where the waterfalls are (although you can’t see them from here, but you can see paddyfields), with spectacular views of Mount Rinjani particularly early morning before the cloud sets in. We booked a deluxe bungalow which was very spacious with partial outside bathroom, set in beautiful gardens with lots of viewing platforms (not particularly suitable for children given the low safety rails). TV and fridge in the room and coffee making facilities. The property has lovely infinity swimming pools (including one open to the public if you dine or drink at the lodge). Very friendly and helpful staff (which we have found all over Lombok) and very good local evening food, with beer available at eateries but also at some of the local stores. Breakfast was tasty, although note that coffee choice is either Nescafe or Lombok coffee, the latter being very strong! The lodge is very close to one of the entrances to the waterfalls and the walk down and up is not too strenuous. We did the panorama walk with the waterfalls with a local company called “Rinjani Women Adventure” who I would strongly recommend as they support the local community and ensuring females are in the workplace. Would definitely return to Rinjani Lodge if we returned to Senaru.

The whole experience was wonderful, the staff is super nice, smiled and helpful. We had an excellent trip around the area with a guide named Karni. She told us interesting stories, showed us the traditional village, rice fields, waterfalls and we recommend the trip to everyone.

Do not miss a chance to stay here! We wanted to prolong our stay, but (unfortunately for us) everything was sold out. This little gem is amazing! The views are magnificent, the food is great, the pool is unbelievable and the cottages spacious, clean and with beautiful outdoor bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Tiu Kelep is right up the hill the trip takes about 2 hours and can be done easily without a guide. We will be returning to this paradise.

Advised by a local their restaurant was no miss. Ventured for the grilled section and margaritas and all was delicious. 🤤 Dear owner: turning down clients 20min to 9pm is probably not in your interests, so, maybe the kitchen can work till 9pm after all. Would have spent another 700k at your place.
