This is an old traditional no frills hotel. The room is the smallest I have ever stayed in. That said the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and with a bath and shower, the reception staff kind and friendly, the location good and the breakfast plentiful and varied. It has a small courtyard you can sit in too. Breakfast staff very grumpy!

Is it a 5 star hotel? No, however my experience in it made it feel like one. I stayed in this hotel for two nights. When I first arrived to the hotel, I was greeted by this lovely young lady at the reception who immediately asked about my trip and what I'm planning to do. I was made sure that I know the door code when the hotel is closed and when the breakfast will be in the morning. I was shown my way to the room and was told to let them know if there was anything I needed. The rooms were so much better than what I expected for a 3-star hotel. The bed was huge and super comfortable and there was a charging point right behind the bed on the wall which was super helpful. The room had an air conditioner as well, which was a life saver in july. The toilet also was a great size with a nice big shower. In the morning I went to the breakfast downstairs and the selection was great. No bacon but that was fine as they had yoghurt, cereal, juices, bread, cheese, different kinds of ham and turkey, dessert, coffee and they even had a menu you could order from! Let's just say that I did not expect there to be a menu and when a staff member came to my table and asked if I wanted something from the menu I was positively surprised. The menu had options such as scrambled eggs, omelette with cheese or ham, pancakes with apples or curd. I had the pancakes with apples for both of my breakfasts because it was so delicious. All in all, my stay here was definitely 5-star worthy for me. It might not be one room or breakfast wise but for me the most important thing is the hospitality of the staff. I'm surprised that it isn't even a 4-star hotel as the rooms and the breakfast were amazing and the staff was so lovely. Out of all the fancy hotels I've been to, this hotel has still had one of the best staff I've ever encountered. The lady at the reception small talked with me everyday I left and came back to the hotel and asked where I've been and what I bought. On the last day when it was very bad weather and I had already checked out she chatted with me for hours in the lobby as I was waiting for my flight which was really nice. The hotels location was great as well as it was a walking distance away from the old town, so a bit further away from the city's buzz and commotion. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone and will come again here when visiting Vilnius.

For a 3 star hotel, it offers spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. You can even ask for a breakfast dish like eggs, pancakes or so. If you have a tight budget, its a good call.

Young nice lady at the front desk was very helpful with the check-in and the room was nice. The bathtub was a nice touch that made my stay quite relaxing.

Slightly outdated room/furniture/bathroom, but it is only 3 stars hotel. Price and quality - balanced 👍 would definitely come back !

Big rooms, good showers, comfy beds. Rooms are little bit worn and its nothing posh, but a very good deal. The breakfast is really good and also offers some variation. I did not like the coffeemachine though. The old city is just across the road. I can recommend staying here.

I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel altogether - working with them has been by far one of the worst travel experiences. I had checked into the hotel a couple of weeks ago as a solo female traveler and was waiting to write this review based on the outcome I received from Expedia, which just arrived in my inbox. A few hours after I had checked in, I was leaving the hotel for dinner, when I was followed out (for an entire block) by a man who was very clearly a friend of the receptionist - I had left minutes prior, and he had run to catch up. He asked me if I was single and whether or not I was alone. I specifically told him that I was in Vilnius to celebrate a friend's birthday, to which his response was "I was asking whether or not you were alone in this hotel, not if you were single." When I said I was with someone in the hotel, his response was "but whom?" This man was incredibly creepy, and I felt incredibly unsafe. I promptly contacted Expedia to get my money back so that I could put it towards another hotel in the area, as I did not feel safe returning to the hotel where this man had 1) asked me on multiple occasions whether or not I was alone and 2) was friends with the receptionist, who knew I was alone. The hotel owner/manager refused to refund the money "under any circumstance." I would highly recommend staying at a hotel where the safety of the visitors is of paramount importance to the owners. There was no way I was going to stay there and put myself in danger, and I encourage you to do the same. There are also many hotels in the heart of Old Town that are marginally more expensive, but the staff genuinely cares about safety and the residents staying.
