Rioca Vienna Posto 2 Hotel

I stayed here for one night recently and it was amazing value. The room was clean and quite quirky - the swinging chair was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful. It is a short walk (<10 mins) to get the tram (71) into the city centre or you can walk to Schlachthausgasse to get the metro. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this hotel apartment. Every member of the team was so incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel apartment itself was of a very high standard. Rooms are warm, blackout curtains and it’s very quiet. We loved the little hangout space in the corner and a well equipped kitchen and microwave! But our favourite surprise was: the huge SPEAKER that you could connect your music to AND charge your phone! I particularly want to express my gratitude to the staff who allowed me a late check out. This was because check-out was at 11am but my flight wasn’t until 18:30 and I was SO incredibly ill on my last day (Flue ‘A’) i needed a few more hours before heading to the airport. I’m endlessly thankful to the kind and empathetic staff

We were welcomed at reception and helped at the desk to fill in the check in details. Room is super clean and cozy just a small issue being a couple that the quilts provided are singles. Small gym is perfect for getting that quick workout in too and they offer breakfast from next door but never ended up going to give it a go :)

The Brazilian themes hotel is apartment styled, so our room was generously sized and was perfect for a family of four staying in one room. It was equipped with everything we needed, fridge, coffee machine, oven and hob so be self sufficient on our break. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made one of the best caipirinha I've had in a long time! Location is good, close to tram & metro stops. Would stay again!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Rioca Vienna Posto 2 — comfortable, welcoming and in a great location. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole visit enjoyable. One small suggestion: a few appliances in the room weren’t fully operational or were a bit tricky to use. It would be really helpful if clear user instructions were posted next to those appliances or left in the room. A short how-to sheet would make things even more convenient for guests and ensure everyone gets the most out of the room facilities. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others — with that little tweak, it would be even better!

What a lovely stay at Hotel Rioca Vienna Posto 2! Everything was easy and clear from check-in to departure. The team is amazing and genuinely friendly — they handled everything smoothly and communicated confidently in at least four languages, which made everything effortless for us. I have to say that I didn’t notice any downsides during my stay. The service was excellent and always cheerful — especially Ms. Nathalia, who was very helpful and did her job wonderfully. The hotel has a waiting area, luggage storage, and guests can use the coffee machine or make tea free of charge until 4 pm. There is also the option of self check-in, which is very convenient. The room was very clean and modern. It had a TV, a small kitchenette, and the thing that impressed me the most was the mirror with Bluetooth — you could connect your phone and play music through it. There is also a tram stop nearby, which makes it easy to reach the city center. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively and I would be happy to come back in the future.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and everything else effortless. The location is convenient for exploring Vienna, and the price was excellent for the quality you get.
