Rioca Vienna Posto 2 Hotel

The room was just as shown in the pictures –spacious, stylish and comfortable. The bed was great too, very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The staff were really friendly and helpful. When I checked in using self-check-in, I was initially given a room on the first floor, but they kindly moved me to one on the eleventh floor. Much better views and (probably) quieter too! The cleaning service was quite good (once every three days). The room had everything I needed, exactly as described. Even though the AC isn’t adjustable, the temperature stayed perfect throughout my stay (with summer temperatures between 12º and 30º). The sound isolation was also very good –I barely heard any noise from outside. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and grocery shops nearby. I’d definitely recommend it – good value for money.

Stayed for 4 nights at Level 9. During check in, Francisco was super friendly and helpful which made a really positive impression. Room was clean and spacious - though I can imagine it to be a little stuffy during summer time as there was very little air circulation in the room. Luckily for me it’s during late Sep where it’s raining & cool everyday when I was there. Was given a room with balcony but didn’t get to use it as it was a rainy week. Had a little trouble with the room door as it couldn’t shut properly from outside, a staff came up to help and I was told to slam it really hard, like REALLY slam it. Something to take note of. Thankful for the smart TV with YouTube & Netflix! Location was quiet, but the tram stops were about 5 mins walk away & super accessible to the city centre in about 6 stops, and an express train to Vienna Airport. Will be recommending this hotel to others!

Beautiful hotel with quirky decor. Room was very comfortable and clean, with a lovely shower. The staff cannot be faulted, professional and friendly. Good breakfast but more vegan options would be appreciated. Close to the underground and also walking distance to the city centre for the willing. Overall a really pleasant stay, I would come back!

Excellent stay. Crew are super nice gentle and very available. Rooms and areas are crystal clean. I strongly recommend and of course will come for my next stay in Vienna. Thanks for being so nice.

This hotel has a fantastic vibe! I loved the atmosphere and design! ALL STAFF IS SUPER KIND AND HELPFUL! Our room was fantastic. Comfortable bed and very well equipped. Extra points for free parking. Breakfast is quite basic but tasty and fresh! Thank you for a pleasant stay and hopefully we'll see each other again.

I paid €350per night for this hotel, but there were crumbs and trash left right in front of my room door. Inside the hotel, there was no heater or air conditioning. It also seemed like someone had already been in my room before me, as there were traces left behind. I’ve never experienced such a terrible stay despite paying so much money. This was by far the worst, and I would never want to come back. And located way far from city center and awful service at reception and overpriced and this is not a hotel but like a student dormitory

We stayed at Rioca Vienna Posto 2 , the Brazilian design hotel on Sept 14 - 17, 2025. The hotel is Centrally located with easy access to public transportations. The room is spacious & equipped with fridge, stove, microwave. The hotel also provides free coffees throughout the day. Staffs are nice with special mention to Marco, the receptionist who is pleasant , super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend 👍👍 Anita & Ray Leung

I really liked this hotel minus the fact that it has no air conditioning. Rooms were clean. Wifi was good. Easy to connect to your Netflix account. Nice shower and bathroom. The maid took our key but front desk was eager to help and replace it. Very friendly at reception. They brought us a fan because of how hot the room was. There’s a cute cafe next door for snacks and breakfast and coffee is free at the hotel. Parking was 19 euros a day but street parking is free on weekends.
