Beautiful Hotel Ruined by Disorganized Management
While the physical hotel itself is nice, clean, and in a great location, my stay was overshadowed by a series of exhausting service failures and broken promises.
The Main Issues:
Communication Breakdown: There is a massive disconnect between the reservation department and the front desk. They do not share the same information, which meant I had to explain my situation from scratch every single time. It was incredibly time-consuming and stressful.
EV Charging Misleading: I specifically confirmed E-car charging in my reservation, yet upon arrival, I was told it was not included. This is a significant issue for travelers who rely on these amenities. Very hard to plan your trip in this situation.
Inconsistent Promises: To make up for the reservation errors, I was offered a complimentary breakfast. However, the next day, a different staff member told me "no." You simply cannot plan a trip here because the rules and offers change depending on which staff member you happen to be talking to.
Verdict:
A hotel can be as clean and well-located as it wants, but if the service is this disorganized, the experience is ruined. It felt like nobody was in charge or knew what was going on. I would not recommend staying here if you value your time and peace of mind.
