Ripley’s Illusion Lab

For a week day it was not too busy, Took my wife and daughter to the river center mall but we weren’t ready to head home yet, saw ripely’s and said why not, They have 4 attractions you can pick or u could do them all in one day ! Unfortunately we only made it in time to do 1 of them but will definitely be returning to do the rest ! (This is part of the illusion lab, a lot more to do and see, we recommend stopping by !)

This place is fun for the kids and the entire family. I don’t recommend purchasing online unless you’re getting a bundle deal because they sometimes have bundle deals in person.

The Ripleys illusion lab is definitely a great activity to do if you have kids and you are visiting the river walk in San Antonio , if you need a break from the sun and heat go spend some time and walk through it was cool the kids had a blast and it was cool for the adults too!!

This was soooo much fun! Definitely a lot of photo ops, a lot of laughs and overall great family time!

This was a fun activity. I think of all of the attractions in this building we liked this one the best! There were some illusions that were fairly thought provoking along with some things that were just fun like the photo walls.

I went here with the kid as part of combo package. We had a discount coupon so that helped a bit. The attraction has a lot of stuff going on, half of which we could not figure out what we were supposed to see or do. Some of the things seemed to do nothing and some just fell flat in terms of impact. The other half was fun and (I guess) compensated. There was a lot of interactive activity that she liked. I would give it 3.5 stars, rounding up to 4 for reasons I don't know but it sounds reasonable at this writing. I guess I am employing the kid-fun-factor (KFF) and on that score it is justifiable to round up. It was a good way to spend 30-45 minutes.

It was cool. It lasted quite awhile and it was cool seeing all the illusions. It's something I wanted to do for a while so I couldn't pass up the opportunity and it did not disappoint. Me and my family did this while we were killing time and we are glad we did. If you have kids or just want to do something fun this is the thing to do.

We had a fun time, zipping through the museum, and wish we would've taken our time to really go through everything, but overall it was fun for our small group! Ridley's Illusion Lab is a cute little museum, stacked full of optical and mental illusions that keep your mind curiously occupied. It's fun for groups of all ages and sizes, but seems like it would be best for slightly larger groups so you can capture the fun, optical illusions... Or just bring a selfie stick! We truly enjoyed taking the pictures where it was a true optical illusion, of which there are many! Overall, this is a fun stop for a rainy day or a day, where you're not enjoying the rich history San Antonio, Texas!
