What a hidden gem :) You guys... This place is an awesome little Cleveland secret. The cafe smells wonderful, of course, and the location is great. If you're a coffee snob, this place has amazing coffee & pastry. The atmosphere is old school, cozy vibes, comfortable seating, some fun classic decor, and a thoughtful touch, friendly service, quick wood turnaround of tables. The line moved quickly and efficiently. The staff work with a sense of urgency. The baristas that greeted me when I entered, even waved to me when I left. You feel valued and not like you're just 'another customer'. They could've been reciprocating my attitude, but either way, I enjoyed their spirit. Most definitely check it out. Again, this is an awesome place to get a drink with some friends and enjoy some great conversation!

A small coffee shop with just four tables and eight chairs but lovely friendly coffee service, a little limited in terms of supply (ran out of matcha when we visited) and just a few items to eat, but offering an amazing view to a 1890 shopping Arcade, where no more shops are left but which still retains the amazing feel of a bygone era.

My vanilla bean latte was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and smooth. What really stood out was the elegant latte artwork; it was such an unexpected and delightful touch. The cafe itself is small and quaint, adding to its charm, and it’s nestled right inside the entrance to The Arcade. Strolling through the beautiful and historic building while sipping on my latte was a highlight of my day. The staff was super friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Transformational coffee. More sugar syrup with straight up jam infusion than your typical coffee. Addicted on first sip and visited every day while in town. The best part? Super consistent- each day their coffee was exceptional. Stop by and experience it for self. Super friendly staff too!

Coffee was average at best. I ordered a Cortado which is equal parts espresso and steamed milk. Some places you can request it to be more customized ... not here. I would have liked turbinado sugar in the bottom of the cup first, then the expresso poured on top, then foam. It changes the taste completely. I also like a pinch of salt ... very common is Europe and Cuba (it cuts the bitterness, which was definitely needed with the roast and bean they use) afterall we copying a beverage from another country. The employee just said no, right after I tipped due to this place has a barista who is handmaking the drinks. The overall taste was very bitter ... for this style if drink, the hot foam should have cut the bitterness. I asked if they had any salt, got a look like I had 3 heads ... the station to add sugar used wooded spoons. I personally was disappointed due to the environmental impact of just my order. . (Paper cup, paper sugar packets, plastic lid, and wooden spoon.) I will give the credit the had a glass marked dirty spoon, but I watched most patrons toss theirs in the trash. I was never asked if this was a to go order, so I unsure if they even offer coffee in a washable cup with metal flatware and yes I would have preferred to sit down but they have very limited sitting space or tables inside. I'll be trying other locations for my next visit to Cleveland. The overall experience in the place also lacked friendliness ... no "thank you" was spoken ... I guess the request for salt still had them puzzled.

Excellent coffee shop with top-notch service. The cortado was outstanding — full-bodied and perfectly cr

Great pour over brew. Bought the Los Regalos beans for home. Looking forward to having. Friendly service and love to sit in the arcade with its Victorian era decor.

My favorite coffee shop downtown. Located inside the arcade...can be accessed from inside or outside. There 2 tables and a couple other seats inside, somewhat small. Coffee is excellent and they have good beans on sale as well. They have pastries but I have not tried. Service is always very nice and friendly.
