Came to Rome with my fiance (from Canada) looking for a very special piece as a wedding present. We looked at the front display for a few minutes, saw some pieces that stylistically we were interested in (yellow gold, with diamonds and pearls) and decided to go in and ask about them and if they had anything else that may interest us. However after explaining what we were interested in (yellow gold and pearls) the worker told us "that's too expensive for you" and his coworker said nothing. So we left immediately. Luckily there is another jewellery shop a couple stores down towards the bridge that also had a lovely selection and we are happily in possession of the perfect wedding gift, with pearls, yellow gold and diamonds. I couldn't be more excited!!!!

Really unique pieces! can't wait to go back

Great choice of antique jewellery but the customer service is very lacking. We were poorly greeted by a guy wearing a tracksuit and left standing outside in January. We would have glady spent more than our initial budget but decided to go elsewhere given the lackadaisical attitude of the assistant.

I researched and went to this shop based on the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. I found a lovely pendant that was exactly what I was looking for; elegant and unique. At the time I didn't have enough money to purchase the pendant. When I went back the store, it had already closed for the day. My husband and I were leaving Rome early the next morning, and I felt heartbroken. However I was able to get in touch with the seller. He set up a PayPal transaction and immediately shipped it to me in Hawaii via FedEx. Beautiful unique heirlooms from a trustworthy seller.

we traveled 40min specifically to this store and the man turned off the lights after 3 minutes of us being there. it was 6:43 and he closes at 7:00 so it was extremely rude.
