The honest review. I travel a lot in my job, top hotels, but this was a family trip. |Great but first….. Start with a problem (people want honesty here) We had an issue with one of our 3 rooms, just a technical, the unexpected can occur. We got a new upgraded room, instant help to move.|The manager met me in the morning and everything was resolved, 5 star solution. Top service. |The hotel, location tops, center of everything! Rooms super clean, ours fully modern, roof top is fantastic and the staff up there, again, charming and attentive, same with staff at the very nice breakfast, great outdoor option to eat as well. Parking takes time, 15-20 minutes, but you are in the center of the old town, with no parking so it’s to be expected. Plan, easy as that.|Summary, people here add to what is a great hotel. Stay here when in Lecce.

The resort boasts a prime location, nestled in an area surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. However, reaching it by car is quite challenging due to extensive construction nearby, which can lead to some frustration for travelers. The clean and well-maintained accommodations reflect a rustic charm that might appeal to those looking for a more authentic experience. However, they may not meet the expectations of guests seeking modern luxury. One of the hotel's standout features is its impressive spa, which offers a serene atmosphere and a variety of reasonably priced wellness services that invite relaxation and rejuvenation. The resort is housed within a magnificent palace-like structure, showcasing exquisite architecture and intricate interior design elements that add to its allure. However, our experience with the staff left something to be desired. At times, they appeared disorganized, and our attempts to secure restaurant reservations were met with confusion, resulting in some mix-ups. That said, I would like to thank the management for their prompt apology and thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary fruits as a token of goodwill. Despite these minor setbacks, I genuinely believe the resort's exceptional location and beautiful surroundings outweigh any inconveniences. After all, you hardly spend much time in your room when there’s so much to explore and enjoy outside your door.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Huge room, great bathroom. Staff are excellent. Bring your own bottle down to the comfy lounge before heading for dinner! Breakfast is to die for! Perfect location in the city! Great outdoor patio on the sidewalk.

While we did not stay at the hotel, we did have drinks on the roof garden and had the best time. The staff really shines here - many laughs were shared over my terrible Italian - and yet we felt so welcomed and complimented. Drinks and wine were delicious, but truly it was the companionship with our waiter that made the night special. Grazie

When I got home, I felt compelled to write a review on my stay in Lecce. One employee stood out as really being an asset, that made our stay extra special at this hotel. His name was Alese and was at the front desk. His greetings were sincere, and his ability to guide us though our 4 day stay was amazing. Nice Hotel, great breakfast, clean, safe, and shout out to all that work there. Thanks very much.

Lovely hotel in heart of historic center of Lecce. Spacious rooms and full buffet breakfast very reasonable price for the accommodations and all staff were very kind professional and polite.

We had a suite on the 4th floor. The good stuff:|1. Hotel is in a great location|2. The room was very large and it had a lovely big terrace|3. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean |4. Lovely big comfy bed|5. The valet parking service is very efficient |6. Welcoming staff|7. Water, fruit and sparking wine in the room||The stuff that could be better:|1. Very small bathroom considering the size of the room with weirdly a huge 2 person jacuzzi bath in a separate room which I couldn’t work out how to use. Would be better to have a decent size bathroom with an ordinary bath in it|2. Breakfast not included and was overpriced at 25 euros per person to add it on|3. No tea or coffee making facilities|4. There were so many light switches and lots of them didn’t make sense. It took ages to work out which switch turned on each light.||Overall I recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

Stayed for 6 nights in Presidential Suite . Lovely big bedroom / bed and fantastic lounge with huge TV. Terrace is fantastic to sit out on watching Lecce go by ! Super coffee machine . Ceilings are wonderfully high / so perfect. Bathroom decent with Jack and Jill sinks . Shower cubicle is quite small though . Hotel breakfasts are plentiful and very good quality with choice to eat outside if wanted. Reception staff very helpful and polite - hotel has a very relaxed calm feel. Location is fantastic for visiting by foot everything Lecce has to offer . Ate at rooftop restaurant 1 evening which was outstanding . Hotel organised our transfers to and from Brindisi airport which worked fine. Great base for us with our organised trips around Puglia.
