We stopped in for lunch just as the rain started coming down, and we were greeted by the owner, Dorian. (Yes just like Dorian Grey)! We settled in for a nice lunch, sharing some patatas bravas and steak tartare followed by a traditional Neapolitan cucine povere dish, egg cooked in tomato sauce. It was delicious, reportedly just like his Nonna made! Then we had gnocchi with pumpkin sauce and spaghetti with anchovies. All very tasty and an enjoyable diversion from the rain. And yes, Dorian looked younger when we left, see him and his cook in the photos!

A restaurant with a great atmosphere and very pleasant and fast service. My wife and I ordered the grilled calamari and the meal was one big taste buds concert. The prices fully correspond to the quality of the food served. I can only recommend the restaurant.

Very bad experience. I don’t recommend to any one. Please run away!! We were 4 of us, we took a table outside. In the meantime we went to the toilet. The waitress was looking at us so unfriendly and strange. We ordered spaghetti a vongole, but the pasta was less than 100g and of course overpriced. Not only, but the vongole were bad, not fresh, please see the picture. I told this to the waitress and she just told me “ ok” leafing on my face- neither apologies. The coperto 3 euros per person. The worse experience in my life. Run away!!! Don’t approach neither this restaurant. Neither a discount for the bad food, neither an apologies… I cannot reply to your comment directly. All the vongole were on the plate. I didn’t eat it. Actually, I was scared after eating the pasta. I eat first the pasta and after I wanted to eat the vongole. I cleaned it first. Of course I didn’t eat them, they were very bad, not fresh. I didn’t say I don’t want to pay, I say I don’t want tot pay the vongole because I sent it back, they were bad. You wanted to charge me more than I had to pay, you were so impolite, not us. All 4 we had a bad experience.

OMG WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS AMAZING PLACE.... My husband and I stumbled upon this place in our last night in Ischia and wow did it totally blow us away. The staff were all amazing. Carmen recommended us dishes of what to order and everything she recommended was absolutely incredible. We ordered the fusili mushroom and clam pasta, the red fish spaghetti, the tuna tartar for starters and the lemon cake for dessert. Every single one of these dishes was prepared and cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend this place enough and for us it really was the BEST food in Ischia. The service was amazing and the restaurant was such a cosy and warm atmosphere. Thank you to you all for an amazing last night and the delicious food. The Patels xxx

This restaurant is such a must, honestly beautiful food. Start off with the zucchini flower entré (believe me on this!). Atmosphere, staff, food, vegetarian/meat/fish options. Delicioussssss

Delicious food, great staff, the owner makes you feel at home while offering top food quality. Ive had the best octopus of my life, all the ingredients are fresh and the vegetables used come straight from the garden of the owner…what an experience

This remains one of my favourite restaurants, no doubt. I had amazing mixed grilled fish and very tasty friarelli as a side. All outstanding!

Yum. Yum. Yum. Really fantastic restaurant, prefect for something before or after walking around the castle. We stopped in having seen other reviews, and were not disappointed. The location is nice, and feels very comfortable. The menu is diverse and interesting. I opted for the veal in lemon sauce, with aubergine parmigiana, and was blown away. Simple but interesting dishes, cooked well.
