Ristorante Capodimonte Pisa

Finally got to try the gigantic Italian cow Chianina. All the steaks they served had been dry-aged for over 25 days. Wanted to try the regional dish bistecca alla fiorentina at first but at the end we ordered costata and filet. Filet was tender and sweet. Costata had a more significant dry-aged taste with rich umami and an intense beefy flavor with a hint of blue cheese

I was here in the first day of my trip in Tuscany. After a week travelling around, I decided to come back to here again. Everything is so nice, the food is really amazing. It is a little difficult to get a table on Saturday night, but it is worth to wait for a while. I will definitely come again if i have chance.

We were served by a very pleasant waitress who, along with delicious food, managed to create a festive atmosphere. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and all our wishes were met. We spent a wonderful evening. Thanks again

We have been there for New Year's Eve in 2024. They were amazing, very well-design tables, cosy environment, lovely musics. The most attentive staff in the world, without stopping to be interested for even a minute, they always asked about us and our satisfaction. We have nothing to say about the plates, the first appetizer plate was magnificent with very well-beaten meats. The steak was the best meat we have ever tasted and the ragu noodle was very fresh. The bitter taste of the chocolate pear dessert that came at the end was magnificent. The spumante they gave as a New Year's gift was a complete example of elegance. Thank you very much.

Ate here tonight with my wife and our two grown daughters. It was wonderful! Wife and I had the peposo, a Tuscan beef stew, and it was amazing. Daughters both had pasta dishes that they loved. I ordered a couple of the black angus tacos, as well. We're from San Antonio, Texas, and I have to say I've never had tacos like the ones I had at Capodimonte but they were fabulous, because of the amazing beef. Excellent drinks, too, and desserts. Our young server did a very good job. I'm sorry we have to leave tomorrow for Florence in part because we'll miss a chance to come back to this restaurant.

We visited this establishment twice during our seven night stay in Pisa. A nice restaurant on the south bank of the Arno. Comprehensive menu with good selection of Italian food at a reasonable price as was the wine.. Always busy but closed on a Monday. Friendly & helpful staff. Recommended. I suggest booking a table at weekends.

We really enjoyed our dinner. The outdoors sitting was very pleasant. The staff was attentive and the food was excellent. Had lasagne, pinse (Sclue sclue) and cheese cake. .

Beautiful authentic ambience, really good food, we had anti pasti plate, pepper steak and t bone steak served on hot plate just perfect. Services of the finest, simply perfect. If we are in Pisa again, we will definitely come back!
