Excellent dinner venue. Quiet, intimate and away from lakeside restaurants but still close to lake. Attractive setting under vine covered pergola. Staff attentive and friendly. Food excellent. 100% satisfied.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Ascona Jazz Festival at the end of June. Our room was perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Furnished in old antique style with a small shower room and fridge/mini bar it was perfect for a 2 night stay. There is no parking here but spaces were available opposite next to the lake for about £20 a day. Breakfast was nice with croissants, cold meats, cheeses and even cooked ham and eggs if required. Some fresh fruit would have been nice. The coffee was very good, espresso or cappuccino and an extra cup was offered. The hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Fantastic evening with good food, service and ambience. The service was attentive, kind and we were pleased with everything on our plates.

Charming place with good food. No fancy food but good home made Ticino food. Minestrone, Ossobucco with polenta, Tiramisu soooo delicious. Enjoy the friendly and cosy ambiente.
