Nice spot by the sea for lunch or dinner. We came for dinner and had pizza. There is plenty of seating outside (the day we went, the weather wasn't great but still warm enough to sit outside). The beach is right in front of the place so you can take a walk before or after your meal. The staff are friendly, price vs quality is good. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Excellent Italian restaurant especially fresh seafoods. It is a really busy restaurant, you are better to come early. Excellent ocean view!! All managers and services are really friendly and nice. My family stayed at resort 2 days next to restaurant and we were been there for 2 nights. Highly recommend for all people!!!

Flavourful, authentic, fresh, well priced. Nice vibes, and great view! Only gripe is the chairs (wooden and very upright, traditional I suppose) are uncomfortable. But what a great spot.

We have been to Enrico's numerous times since April 2022 up till recently in 2024, for both lunch and dinner, because of fantastic ocean views and walking distance to our accommodation. It is a good place for a very casual meal on the beachfront, with bustling holiday atmosphere. We tried many dishes on the menu. Our favourites are calamari heads and kudu&avo antipasti, linguine scoglio seafood pasta, rump Enrico and lamb shank. The last one is really delicious without Napoletana sauce, rather ask for roast lamb sauce, if any available. Frittura mista and calamari fritti are good deep fried options. Oysters were fresh and tasty, although small. Pizzas are nice, we enjoyed particularlly Oceano and Enrico special. Good wine list, both local and italian. Unfortunately, the quality of food is not consistent. We had king prawns various times and they were not the same high standard. One plate could have succulent and tasty prawns, while on other plates prawns were thin with a little meat stuck to the shells. Even our favourite linguine scoglio was not the same: sometimes too much sauce, sometimes merely no sauce and spice. Giant Mozambique prawns looked impressive but were dissapointing: not so tasty, quite tough meat and the parts close to the heads were undercooked. Rock lobsters were average, although advertised by waiter as 'the best on the coast'. Red roman fish and sole andrea were bland, missing spices. Veal artisti, kingklip gamberi and ravioli ruffiana were swimming in overpowering sauces, difficult to taste the main ingredients. In general, the food is overpriced in terms of taste and inconsistency of quality. Tables need proper cleaning. Quality of service depends on the waiter, we had both awesome and pathetic service on different occasions. But the view is mesmerizing and atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. In respect of the ANSWER FROM THE OWNER: Enrico, thank you for taking your time for yet another snotty and arrogant response to reviews of your restaurant and childish remarks. I'm not surprised. You are very touchy and irritable to any kind of criticism, even constructive one. So much so that you completely missed the positive part of my review. Sufficient details were communicated in case you really mean to better yourself. The time frame of overall review is clearly stated in the first sentence and it is not a very very long time ago, as you claim. Some photos attached for your convenience. Hopefully, you will not fail to recognize the view from your restaurant and the labels on water bottles/olive oil. It was indeed a great business decision, if you really discontinued trying to cook upmarket seafood. I will repeat: it was a disappointment. Anyone would expect a perfect meal for that excessive price. If COMMUNICATION on the spot was really the most important for you, then it's your job to come to every table to inquire whether everything is good (since you don't have a manager). It is definitely not for customers to run behind you. Since you never cared to do it, do not blame on customers your failure to get communication. Lastly, life is indeed beautiful. And your 'La vita e bella' is paid by the customers of your restaurant. Respectful treatment of the customers, both happy and unhappy, is a worldwide principle of service providers. If you yourself is not genuine and honest, do not hurry to put such labels on everyone, who did not put "excellent" mark on everything you brought to the table. What you are missing is treating people with respect and dignity. At least saying 'thanks' for visiting your restaurant numerous times. You should at least try, it is not that difficult. Until than: restaurant 3*, after inclusion of rude attitude of the owner 1*.

Enricos is our favourite restaurant in South Africa. We always have the Garlic Bomba to start with followed by Freshly caught fish cooked to perfection on the braii & delicious pizza. There is a great selection of local wine.
