Ristorante Il Paguro

We stayed here for 3 nights and had dinner at the restaurant on two of those nights. The atmosphere is elegant, romantic, and overall very enjoyable. The staff and service are top-notch—always helpful and friendly. If there’s ever a mistake, they fix it right away. We especially loved our waitress. The manager man was really good at his job too. The fresh bread for starters is amazing. The oysters are local, fresh, and delicious. The red prawns were amazing, and the steak was one of the best I’ve ever had—tender and full of flavor. The lemon and passion fruit sorbet was incredible. Overall, a fantastic place for the price. Great food and great people!

My fiancé and I had our engagement dinner here and the staff were so lovely. The most incredible venue on a private beach, such beautiful views and atmosphere is great. My fiancé is gluten free and the menu was perfect for him they even had GF pasta!! Also valet parking which was a huge win as there isn’t arnt too many places to park around. Grilled Octopus was the stand out dish Bellissimo ❤️❤️❤️

every dish was tasteless, on the plate I was eating I found hair in the pasta, they didn't even bother to apologize but brought someone out as a chef and said there was no hair. terrible experience, very high prices that were not deserved. atmosphere 0. so be careful. We pay more than 400 for 2 persons only 2 pasta and salad .

The lobster pasta was the best pasta i have ever eaten!! The shrimps were perfect! The service the atmosphere best restaurant for our honeymoon! Recommend it for sure, will come again :)

My wife and I stayed at Capo d'Orso for 5 nights and ate at Il Paguro three times. The food was excellent but the staff was even better Angelo and his staff (Sandro and Federica) were very knowledgable but more importantly treated us like family. We ate here one time for the food and two additional times to hang out with our friends, the employees.

This is a very smart, large restaurant with prices to match! However, with such good service, the food was at best average. And a small glass of ordinary white wine was €14! Why?? I could have had a much better meal for at least half the price or less. The spaghetti was good but too oily and there was a strange mix of vegetables with my turbot that could have been reheated as many were soft and overcooked. I'm happy to pay top dollar for quailty food in great restaurants but this isn't one of them so my advice is definitely to give it a miss.

We had two great experiences dining at Il Paguro while we stayed. The food was fantastic, although the portions were large. The staff were friendly and were incredibly accommodating for our smallest little birthday girl. Thank you for all your help making the day special.

Perfection. An exquisite lunch next to the water with a beautiful view. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and superb. Parking is a bit difficult, but this restaurant is definitely worth that minor distraction. We could not have asked for a better experience. Definitely more expensive than the area generally, but the food, service and setting made it all more than worthwhile. Highly recommended.

Lovely lunch at Il Paguro. Mostly seafood offerings .. we started with a fabulous caprese; he has the tuna, I had the spaghetti with clams. His tuna was the winner; it was succulent and cooked to perfection, while my pasta was missing some zing. Service was impeccable -- lovely setting.
