Beautiful Italian restaurant. Gorgeous view, great menu, interesting wine list. Real Italian cuisine. We had ceviche, salads. Especially liked seafood pasta, risotto, octopus, ossobuco. Stunning desserts. Service of the highest level. Not cheap, but worth the money.

We had a wonderful dinner here. They suggested a wine and it was very good. We ordered pasta and it was cooked to perfection and the sauces were very good. The waiters were attentive and the service was excellent. We also ordered an appetizer of gnocchi and it had a mushroom sauce and it was very good as well. Will definitely come back to this restaurant. It is a bit of a drive from 7 mile beach through local neighborhoods.

With Brunch being a big thing on the island; Pappagallo with its unique vibe of an exotic setting coupled with food with an Italian twist makes it a serious contender for one of the best Sunday Brunch on the island. The restaurant overlooks a nice pond with ducks and has some parrots on big display windows around the back, all of which makes it very pleasant to dine in with such beautiful settings. The seafood, salad and cold-cuts section was my personal favorite, followed by the roast meat section and the dessert counters. There were many tables celebrating birthdays and special occasions making the restaurant quite lively and somewhat noisy, so it’s not for those who is after a quieter settings for a posh brunch. The improvement suggestion I would make for the food would be to make the oyster more fresh as we have had fresher / nicer ones in other (cheaper) brunches. Also the salmon sashimi was good (not commonly found in local brunches), although the presentation / cutting can be improved. Lastly, it would be perfect to add some sorbet / gelato / ice-cream to the dessert section.

Amazing attention, amazing atmosphere, great food, their Sunday brunch is awesome. Plenty parking space. Vegetarian options available. Beautiful place to make private parties. If you are a tourist, just follow Google Maps. Fully recommended!

Absolutely exceptional experience✨ I have never had such a magical and fulfilling birthday dinner like the one I had here. I am not one to write reviews but I couldn’t help give the place the credit it deserves! Upon arrival, I asked to be seated away from the crowd as I was traveling solo and wanted a little peace & I was accommodated right away. Every single staff member went out of their way to make me feel special/welcome and comfortable. There is a large wine selection to choose from and the bartender makes exceptional cocktails! Even the mocktail served high class :) I had the special for that night and I took over an hour to finish because I truly wanted to savor every single bite. The menu is well thought out and flavored exceptionally well! I’m a foodie so this is big for me :) After dinner I was suprised by the entire staff as they came to sing me Happy Birthday 💜 I have never felt so seen and blessed by the kindness of strangers like this. Even the Parrots joined in to make my experience that much worthwhile. 1000/10 experience and I will for sure return to the restaurant one day! Fine dinning experience all around and I didn’t have to break the bank to experience all of this 💜 Pappagallo will always be a core memory for me now!

Amazing Italian restaurant in west bay. Amazing service, I was never thirsty and good food. Atmosphere was great too.

Outstanding service with a friendly, fun approach. Willing to accommodate special meal requests. Main courses and desserts were excellent. Do not skip the desserts! Also, you can observe a jungle-like area outside including caged birds. Fun for kids.

Have eaten here several times and have always had good food and enjoyed the atmosphere. However on our last trip although the food was still up to par they seem to have fallen into the same habit as a lot of restaurants, they play horrible music. A thumping baseline does not seem appropriate for fine dining and is not conducive to having a conversation.
