The staff is kind and the 2 chefs cook amazingly well. The quality of the products are amazing.
You should definitely try their “winning price” antipasto with polpo & cippolla rossa 😍
& the semifreddo al pistacchio, it’s an absolute must 🤩
With my gluten issues, they really paid attention with cross-contamination. They have gluten-free options and plates can be adapted.

Outside the crowded center of Tropea there is this incredible restaurant. The place is all but astonishing (a simple house courtyard), nonetheless, the overall result is truly cozy. The service is fast and caring. The food is simply incredible, all seafood (with few exceptions) is fresh and local. A wonderful discovery!

Sorry, not up to standards. Wine was good, octopus onion dish was mediocre and chefs suggestion of spaghetti was shrimp and truffle was horrible. First brought me the wrong dish and said the chef made a mistake and put it in front of me.
Had a horrible fishy smell from the shrimp, told him I couldn’t eat it. Then he brought back a spaghetti with the same shrimp and not fresh truffles. I didn’t even take a photo I was so disgusted. Beware if this place.
Shrimp appetizer was very good however.

Such an incredible experience!!!! Hands down the best meal my partner and I had in Tropea. We were saying I earlier in the day that we felt underwhelmed by the food in Tropea, until we had this meal. The service and transformation of the traditional Calabrian ingredients was perfect. Every dish was beautiful and delectable and I can’t recommend it enough. It was also the only restaurant our B and B host had told us was a must try and so glad we did.

This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal! Tropea is very proud of their onions, and da Nico e Lilly really transforms that onion into something greater. This was my favorite dinner in Tropea.
