We had a very average to poor experience here on a Sunday evening. The Caprese salad was disappointing as the tomatoes were rather green (not ripe) and tasteless & the basil had large, bitter leaves. Costing €12.50 I had expected much much better.
The grilled red chicory was rather good.
One pizza was good, the other poor. I had the mixed mushroom with buffalo mozzarella. The pizza came out with a layer of liquid on top that made the undercooked base very soggy. I suspect the mushrooms were frozen and they didn’t cook it long enough but if they did then the mozzarella would burn. Really poor cooking here or they don’t care as the tourists normally only come once to the restaurant. Go for the standard pizza.
We didn’t have the pasta but at the table next door the portion sizes looked small.
Overall it wasn’t good value.
The place is busy, so I suggest you make a reservation. We didn’t and luckily we got the last table for 2 at 7.10pm, just after they opened. There is inside seating but there is no air conditioning, therefore it seemed hot when we went to pay.
