A beautifully appointed restaurant in Spoleto with some great regional dishes. If you’re here during asparagus season, be sure to try the pasta dishes with the asparagus. Otherwise, as this is a region known for their truffles and meat, you cannot go wrong with pasta dishes with truffle, beef carpaccio or beef tartare (though the meat likely comes from Piemonte because this is where the best meat for tartare comes from in Italy).
Be sure to reserve in the garden, weather permitting.
The vegetable sides are fantastic and definitely worth a shot.
One thing I didn’t try but would highly recommend trying is the prosciutto as it is a local prosciutto.
This is a must try when in the area.
