It's one of the best restaurants in Rome! I recommend making a reservation. The menu has a small selection, but the food makes up for it. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is ideal for it is not noisy, the tables have tablecloths that are impeccable, and the food is to die for. We started with the Antipasto Santa Cristina; it has prosciutto, salami, baked eggplant, grilled peppers, and burrata with salmon, which were all superb. We ordered the sword fish with a lemon sauce, and I was surprised by the mild, tasty balanced sauce that complemented the perfectly cooked fish. I tasted my partner's onions and grullere cheese lasagna and fell in love with the taste and by the fact that the pasta was not overcooked. For dessert, we had tiramisu and the panna cotta, which is now my new love.
