Ristorante Trattoria Antonio al Pantheon

So many viral places in Rome, I am absolutely shocked that this isn't one of them. This is a beautiful setting with top tier food - some of the best I ate across the whole trip. The tiramisu wasn't my favourite, in my opinion, as it's made just before you get it, so it hasn't had enough time to set, but visually it was lovely. I will definitely go there again, next time. The amatriciana was the best I had, and the saltimbocca was deliciously tender. One of my favourite amoretto sour also.

Potentially, our best meal in Rome. Located on one of the side streets off the Pantheon, it can be slightly hectic and overwhelming when looking to get some lunch but luckily we booked a reservation in advance. The staff were superb and offered insight on the dishes. The food itself was outstanding and all conducted in a beautiful little restaurant amidst a great atmosphere. Also, fantastic value.

Our first meal in Rome and the best. The lobster linguine was amazing, steak cooked to perfection and the cocktails the best we had all of the holiday. The service was great from all, again the best we had our whole stay. We sat outside with blankets and warm heaters provided, not that it was needed with glorious Rome! A special memory forever. On a wonderful street that’s alive and vibrant yet still romantic. Such a small walk to the pantheon also. You must book or go to this place. Thank you for not just the meal but the experience. Incredible food - especially the carbonara which was flavourful, creamy and perfectly balanced. Special mention to Giovanni for THE BEST SERVICE. His warmth, charm and passion made us feel SO welcome. He chose the perfect Brunello di Montalcino and presented it with such care that it was a joy to watch. He even surprised us with roses, a gesture that instantly elevated the evening. Our meal concluded with a cannoli he personally made - the sweetest finish! Thank you Giovanni, for such a memorable and romantic evening in Rome!! 🥰

Great place with great food! A beautiful restaurant for that important date, that’s what it is! It’s located in a touristy alley lined with other restaurants but no need to look further. We had a delicious meal here!

We have a pleasant evening dinner here. Foods are without alcohol. We have seafood and some vegetarian option for Muslim friends. The waitress is really friendly, attentive and helpful. Didnt expect such service and good quality. Good to make reservation after 8pm . They do have free WiFi here.

Trattoria Antonio is such a gem in the centre of Rome, it was one of the best meals I’ve had. Everything we tried wad exquisite, starting with the home baked bread which just melted in your mouth. Moving on to the burrata which was delicious and paired with some cherry tomatoes bursting with flavour. The stars of the show were the mains, we got the truffle carbonara and the chateaubriand. Highly recommend them both as they are absolutely amazing. The chateaubriand itself, simply melts in your mouth. We couldnt leave without having the tiramisu, which like wise did not disappoint, and was definitely a dish to remember. To top it all off, the two staff members are absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend your visit here but make sure to reserve in advance.

One of the best experiences I had in Rome. Amazing food, Super friendly staff and great vibes. Dont miss the frito misto , fish fillet, zuchini blossom and pomodoro pasta. Not a huge fan of their saffron risotto.
