Ristorante Tullio a Montebeni

Excellent food, excellent service. A gem outside of town, you’ll definitely only hear Italian in the dining room. Worth the taxi ride out here from the city center.

I wanted a restaurant out of Florence city center. Unfortunately, for 2 days in Florence, i was completely disappointed in the food and service. Generally, food was under expectations, service is not good and prices were high. But this is not true with Tullio. Firstly, the road up to the restaurant was interesting and allowed us to explore more of Florence than we normally would. Although we dropped on them without reservation on a Friday night, we were seated. People were very friendly. We had their classic starters which were massive and delicious. We thought we ordered one but 2 were served, probably a miscommunication. We had a classic steak and a spaghetti with red sauce which were very good. Cheese cake was delicious. Now i know that the restaurants in the city center are mostly overrated and only made for tourists.

We had a really good experience coming here, the food was really good, from the starters to the steak and the desserts. The service was great and the selection of wines was varied. I definitely recommend getting the steak if you happen to visit. I will definitely be coming back at some point

A true Tuscany delight. Had a wonderful Tuscan experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were very kind and helpful. Had a tasty and sumptuous meal italiano style.

Very big positions. You kan order one portions of all the courses for two people and share. It is very good quality of meat dashes.

I have been coming to this restaurant for more than 30 years. The food is amazing and the staff also amazing. A gem in the hills outside Firenze.

Delicious, it’s a pity that the T bone steak cannot be ordered by one but they recommend me others , pretty delicious as well( the minimum is 500g
