The two wraps took a long time to arrive. 👨‍🍳 Service: The staff were friendly and available. 🏠 Atmosphere: The ambiance was modern and clean. The outside part is particularly nice in warm weather. The location is very nice as it’s in the center of Lugano and in summer time a lot of events happen. 💸 Price: The value for money is not the best, but not too bad either. ⸻ ⭐ Overall: Good spot for a casual lunch, not ideal for large groups. It seems to be very touristic, so if you’re looking for something traditional this may not be the best choice.

Food: Came for my birthday brunch today and ordered the chicken savoury crepe and cappuccino. My meal and coffee were great and satisfactory. The crepe held together, chicken was juicy and not overcooked, not too much mayo and some salad in my crepe. My cappuccino was creamy and tasty. I also had their gelato - pistachio and dark chocolate. Their gelato is very creamy and delicious. Atmosphere: Cannot go wrong coming here on a sunny day and sitting outside with a view of the lake and the mountains. Staff: The waiter that served me my meal was friendly. However, I did notice that some of the other waiters did not have a friendly demeanour. The server when I got my gelato was not friendly. Price: Very reasonable.

One of the best cafes I've visited! The coffee was exceptional, with a unique flavor that reflects the high quality of the ingredients used. The service was just as impressive, with the staff being very professional, friendly, and helpful in offering recommendations based on my preferences. I can confidently say that this place is worth visiting again and again, and I’m always looking forward to trying more of their options. I highly recommend everyone to visit for an exceptional experience.

I went for an happy hour in the main square of Lugano. I was surprised, i took a beer and they added something for eating not only chips. Thanks

We had very good experience with Vanini Dolce e Caffe, we have ordered Strawberry Crepes with Vanilla Ice cream, Nutella Crepes with Vanilla Ice cream and Danimarca Shake. Service was very good, efficient and quick. Great place to stop for the ice cream, desert or pastry. Only bad think was with the open wi-fi, at the terrace in front of the restaurant was quite bad network signal. However, great place for a short break.

Lovely place to stop for a coffee and a pastry and watch the world go by. Only a literal stone's throw from the lake. The coffee was good, the pistachio brioche was delicious, the service was impeccable, quick and efficient. The sparrows are rather insistent but very cute!!

Wonderful experience at VANINI. The food was fabulous. We had crepes and waffles for breakfast. I ordered banana crepe with dark chocolate. We also ordered strawberry crepes with Nutella. Nutella waffles and banana waffles with chocolate drizzle. Every one of the dishes was outstanding. Will definitely come back if there was an opportunity.
