The food is good in these restaurants, the staff are nice and helpful. We served pizza. Made on an electric stove, quite good and tasty. On the day we ate, there was a bit of noise in the restaurant, but that is not the owner's fault. If you come to Ravello, you can eat well and cheaply here.

We were recommended this restaurant by a local cafe owner as they no longer served food. We managed to get a table for two without a booking. The food was good we shared a salad starter and both had different dishes which we decent enough. I went for the lamb chops which were cooked with a rub. Lovely.

We were lucky enough to get a reservation for dinner tonight and I just have to say this has been the best meal we have ever tasted in Italy during our whole trip. The staff was friendly and the food was so flavorful. I’m so glad I was craving a meat dish and got the beef filet because the mushroom sauce made the perfect touch. We got the gnoncci as a Primi and the tomato sauce makes the Gnoncci melt in your mouth. Even the wine was great!

Yelp
Must come early for their dinner service or make a reservation ahead for groups 4+. Dinner starts at 7:30pm, come 5-10min ahead to wait for the line. This restaurant even had the locals coming here so better be early! We were welcomed with champagne on the house to help warm up during the cold rainy day in October. As starter we tried the smoked octopus and the stuffed squid. Highly recommend the latter one as it has a very unique stuffing - prawns, zucchini, mozzarella cheese, all of which sat on the yellow sauce made out of yellow cherry tomatoes. The smoked octopus did indeed tasted crispy. My favourite is still the stuffed squid. This one is def worth every penny! To eat, you cut into the squid so each bite is a stuffed squid ring! My main was the traditional seafood pasta. Aside from the big langoustine (big shrimp), mussels and clams, it also had one rare cockle to my surprise. The pasta flavour was nicely balanced with the seafood, not too heavy as there's no cheese in there. We ordered house wine white and red. Both are pretty good although the white paired very well with the smoked squid and seafood pasta. For dessert, we had the lemon caprese topped with dark chocolate ice cream. The latter had a more or less brownie texture but it went very nicely with the lemon cake texture and red house wine. This restaurant is def a gem within Ravello. We didn't try the pizzas here but saw many patrons ordered that for takeout. Also heard the sea salted sea bass was a good dinner feature item.

Yelp
Situated in the small town of ravello this restaurant brings you to nonnas place. It's homey and the staff is super friendly and treat you like you're a guest in their home. They are so attentive and while the food was not spectacular it was fresh, simple and delicious. I got their gnocchi which was perfectly cooked and paired with a tomato sauce their calamari which was better than any calamari I've had in the states and my friend had their bolognese. Everything was good nothing extraordinary for Italian food in Italy, however their service is why this place gets 4 stars.

Yelp
Very good food. Had fried eggplant and mozzarella cheese with tomato sauce and lasagna. Service was great.

Yelp
That was by far the best pizza I have ever had. All the ingredients were fresh and amazing. The spicy salami with the basil and cheese and dough so fresh. OMG that was soooo good. Wife had the pear salad and the as also delighted. Thank you so much.

Yelp
Best restaurant in town. Not to be missed. Make a reservation as it is one of the only I see turning people away as walk-ins.

Yelp
Make sure the restaurant is open when you want to eat there! As my group was finishing lunch, the restaurant was closing for a few hours between lunch and dinner. Lunch had some high and low points. Being the eternal optimist, I will start with the high points. Excellent and cheap wine! For .75 liters, my group paid under $10. The Margherita pizza was perfect! Great bubbly and charred crust. It was the best pizza of Italy so far! The octopus appetizer with potatoes was lovely. Okay items were the gnocchi and seafood ravioli. Easy to find by Villa Rufolo. Look for signs around there.

Yelp
Service was outstanding! The white sauce lasagna was unique and very good. The pizza was good, just have canned mushrooms, so don't expect fresh.

Yelp
Delicious fish, pasta, salad and pizza! The best place to visit when at the Amalfi Coast!!

Yelp
The food in Ravello has made quite the impression on me. It can be described as humble, full of fresh ingredients, and relatively inexpensive. I dined with my family at Ristorante Vittoria on Good Friday and believe it was one of the best meals I had in Italy! We started with the mixed salad. A light refreshing mix of romaine hearts with arugula and traveso. The peppery lettuces blended very well with the crisp romaine. A simple mix of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper made the salad go from simple, to delicious! For entrees we ordered a margarita pizza, steak, and 2 salt crusted bass. All the entrees were so simple, but tasted so dressed up. The fish in the salt crust was moist, tender, and wonderful when topped with arugula and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. While the steak and the croquettes paired wonderfully. Humble ingredients that were wonderfully prepared and seasoned to perfection. The pizza was so simple, but incredibly tasty. We ate every last drop of the food put in front of us! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Ravello!

Yelp
Worst, Worst, Worst!! We were flying for almost 8 hours from NYC, USA. We got there at 10pm on Thursday 7/ Sep/17 And we were looking for food. This restaurant was recommended but when we got there, at 10:30pm an old lady told us they were closed, but they just sat down a couple that came at same time that us. This old lady was rude with us and it was clearly she didn't want to serve us, but we still don't know the reason. Maybe because we were Americans???? Maybe because we were tourist???? Maybe because we were not dress up???? After a long trip, the only thing we wanted, was FOOD, even if she said " only take out" we were not writing this feedback, but she was rude. We waited outside to see if they sit more people and another couple came in and they were having food. Please DONT Go to this restaurant!!!!!

Yelp
My friend and I walked by this restaurant and noticed how busy it was. We immediately put ourselves on the wait list after reviewing the menu. The seafood was very fresh, the pulpo was meaty and juicy. The entire meal was delicious , we even got a bottle of wine for around €30.

Yelp
Was in Ravello off season. This restaurant was on the square and had good reviews so we tried for lunch. Amazing delicious food. Tried a few things. Pizza terrific. Fried fish beautiful and delicious. Lasagne sensational. Homemade pasta with eggplant sooo good. Be warned. Everything closes in the afternoons so we were there at 12:15 when they opened.

Yelp
We decided to have our last dinner in Ravello at Ristorante Vittoria. The waitress greeted us with a small welcome bread and champagne cocktail. Couldn't have asked for a better meal with great service and wonderful ambience. It is a small ristorante, so make reservations a few days ahead and expect it to be a loud scene.

Yelp
While visiting Ravello, my husband and I ate dinner at Ristorante Vittoria twice because it was so good. The first night we were in a hurry to make a local concert and the staff was accommodating while still maintaining impeccable service. Grouper was outstanding. The next visit we tried other menu items. I had the white lasagna which was very good. I also ordered the filet. I hadn't tried beef since the seafood in the area always sounded so good AND we get fabulous steak in Montana. It was only ok. If I went back I would opt for something else. Again, the service is outstanding. Overall I would say this is the best restaurant in Ravello.

Yelp
I can't recommend this restaurant enough, especially if you are gluten free. They gave me multiple suggestions for naturally gluten free items as well as items that could be made gluten free. I got the grilled octopus on potatoes to start and the sea bass. The sea bass ruined all other fish for me it was so good. They crusted it in what I think was salt (and maybe a potato starch?) and baked it to perfection. They served it up table-side for a wonderful presentation. My husband got the chicken and was sorely jealous of my dish. There were no gluten free/dairy free dishes so I can't speak to any of those, but I made my husband get a dome with ice cream in the middle after I saw another table get it, he said it was heavenly. One more note: we got there right when they opened for dinner and 10 minutes later they were turning people away until 2 hours later, so make a reservation if you can! Alternatively you can order for take-away. We saw about 20 pizza head out the door while we were there, so they seem very amenable to that, and I know several of them were gluten free.

Yelp
Have a reservation, even non peak season, as you won't be seated even if first in line

Yelp
Great food, wonderful and freindly staff, allowed us to eat without reservations, very accomidating. Had a great meal and wine.

Megan B.

Yelp
We loved this place. It was authentic, affordable, and delicious. Definitely get the house wine- can't beat that deal and it was yummy! We also had the lasagna, cannoloni, and the diavolo pizza. All three were delicious and I wish we could eat it again! We slipped in without reservations when they first opened, but I would recommend a reservation.

Janynne N.

Yelp
Amazing food in Ravello! Wished we had more time to go again! Bruschetta, diavola pizza, manzo and lasagna were INCREDIBLE!

Anna B.

Yelp
Very nice place, they give you complimentary food and drinks (small, of course) while you are waiting for food. House wine is quite good as well

Hawthorne A.

Yelp
There's really nothing wrong with this place: the food is good if not adventurous and the staff is good at their job. We enjoyed our experience but it seems exclusively for tourists and it lacked the authenticity we were looking for. Not the fault of the restaurant or its staff at all. Go here if you're looking for a straightforward experience with no surprises but there are more original options in Ravello.

Yelp
Fabulous pasta, pizza, and seafood at reasonable prices. Friendly service, too. This place is tucked away a bit of the main square. It was recommended to us by a Ravello native and it was perfect. Great wine selection, particularly of local Amalfi wines starting at 15 euro a bottle (with a house wine for 9 euro) -- this place is a gem!

Oliver K.

Yelp
They took us in on a busy night without reservation, essentially creating space for us. Great service and food, very affordable (especially the house wine!)

Alyssa M.

Yelp
My favorite meal in ravello. Go figure I got the recommendation from a local not trip advisor. It gets busy so reservations are needed. They gave us a drink and ricotta stuffed zucchini flowers on the house and we thought both were great. We got the steamed mussels house wine then anchovy pizza and meat filled gnocchi. All were wonderful and reasonably priced for the area. Wish we could go back for more.

Dan H.

Yelp
Food was pretty good, service a bit slow (in that typical European style, they left us alone at the end of the night - took us 15 minutes to get out bill.) lovely casual experience just off of the main square, and the welcome drink and free amuse-bouche was a nice touch!

Fang H.

Yelp
My luck continues with amazing food on the Amalfi coast - we actually didn't do much research when we forced ourselves upon this gem. The hillside of Ravello was a bit chilly once the sun is down so we picked a decent looking restaurant (that we can sit inside) right next to the main Piazza in Ravello. It is very close to the entrance of villa Rufolo. I am not sure how Italians eat their three course meals and yet manage to maintain their figures - I have been doing only starter plus primiti (starch) or secondi (protein) I have not yet managed the whole trio because, well, I needed to save room for dessert... So I started with a calamari carpaccio, not exactly sure how they congealed the calamari together and then shaved them to these thin delicious lemony and olive oily slices - the point is they are amazingly delicious, it comes with some greens so it was a great starter. Oh wait - while we were waiting for our food, there were complimentary blood orange mimosa and fried zucchini flower with ricotta cheese and ham stuffed inside. Mimosa was refreshing, the fried zucchini flower must be in season because it was awesome! For my entry I ordered lamb - of course they didn't ask how I liked it, because the chef only does it the right way! And let me tell you, it is probably the bestest lamb I have ever had! So tender and juicy, just the right amount fat with perfect seasoning - completely eliminates the gaminess of the meat! I ordered a glass of house red - had no idea what it was except it was delicious and perfect with the lamb, I will probably go again and figure out what it is tonight ;).. The lamb came with some delicious baked potatoes, again perfectly seasoned and I finished it all despite my attempt to try to cut down the carbs! My friends had pizzas, the artichoke one was really good - the portion is big too, so we had some pizza leftover for breakfast...too full to test desserts...

Yelp
Arrived very late after a concert in Ravello. such nice people! Restaurant was closed but they let us order a pizza to go, delicious!

Craig B.

Yelp
Good food, really attentive staff that feel like they want to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend to people whilst staying in Ravello.

Tomislav P.

Yelp
The staff is friendly and nice but the food is mediocre at best. Our pasta was nothing special and pizza was ok but nothing more than that.
