Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I don’t know why your doors were closed when we came during your open hours. It was really great to have the people working in there just stare at me with no acknowledgment as to what’s going on. Stellar job you guys are doing

I ordered a concrete, $8 and it wasn’t even filled to the top . When I asked them to fill it a little more they gave me an attitude .

Came in at about 5pm and encountered a very impatient and insensitive man working there who REPEATEDLY asked my aunt that is clearly blinding (hence one eye that doesn’t move) “Why she cant see the screen since they look the same age” when we informed him its due to blinding from cancer he showed no real remorse and we immediately lost our appetites and left. He was clearly rushing us and there weren’t even any other customers at the time. Someone should train him better on how to speak to people.

Delicious soft serve, they call it custard. Its very heavy. I would say its more of whipping texture.

Wow. Wow. Wow. The new owners have really put their heart and soul into making this the greatest Ritas experience possible. The ice and custard is great but the customer service is tremendous; I walked into the store for some ices and walked out in tears - a completely new person, with my faith in humanity and frozen desserts restored. Can’t recommend enough.

Look up the location it says it opens at 9:10 PM on Saturday, I went and the location Neva opens I even waited 20 min after 9:10 PM and the location still did not open smh bad advertisement on timing

If you never want custard visit this location! The same sign has been on the wall forever I just assumed they forgot to remove it but nope "sorry no custard today " as always

Went to Rita's today and very disappointed. Ordered 3 milkshakes asked for large size, they looked like smalls. Also ordered three different flavors all tasted like foamy milk without any flavor. Cost $23 and my family threw them away.

WooHoo is right! this place is awesome its sweet inside you order at windows the place wants to give you that outside feel with ivy covered walls and benches to sit and relax and enjoy your frozen treats (kosher in the house) they have ices soft serve yummy ices in flavors such as lemon cherry cotton candy amores the big bright menus are every changing video screen showing the treats they have ices they have ices with frozen custard , they have ices blended with custard plus regular ice cream its all so good their frozen custard layered with ices is my personal favorite can't decide on a flavor they have ice flights ...yup like a beer flight but with ices service is friendly they have speedier service at the not tasting window its all good I love this place as with this neighbor hood parking can be one big fat hassle the ices gods were smiling down upon us that day and we found a spot on the street not to far away don't forget to bring quarters

Customer service is awful. The girl told us after she charged us that he shake would take ten minutes to make, when we asked for a refund she had a huge attitude and then talked badly about us to other employees

My eldest son said that I had to try cherry ice with ice cream or frozen yogurt...either way it was absolutely delicious

The creaminess of the ice cream/ yogurt is Divine!! I have to pace myself or I would go every day. The place is nice and clean, and the people are great. They seem to know I need time to get my order right. The more I think about it , the more I want some! Gotta go!

Pretty sure the staff at this location need some customer service training and instruction on phone or uber eats orders which they continually offer and then cancel. Its not that hard folks. So lame.

The only reason I gave it one star was because the ice and custard is always good. However, as for customer service, last night was probably the absolute worse I ever had experienced. The workers were really rude and were not helpful at all. We asked a simple question and the girl at the front turned and was talking about us right in our face to her coworkers behind her. Besides all of that, the store was a complete mess. There were empty cups and spoons all over the establishment. The floors were sticky from the ice. The garbage was overflowing into the floor. The staff didn't seem to care to clean it up. Never again will I ever return to this location. Management needs to step their game up.
