I seldom give low ratings, but this time I felt truly disappointed. My girlfriend and I purposely took a Grab car to this shop to purchase their products, as we wanted to support local brands and bring the items back to Malaysia. However, from the moment we entered the shop, we did not feel welcomed at all. We felt intentionally ignored. I am not sure whether it was because of how we were dressed or if the staff have selective customer preferences. We were not informed that there were shopping baskets available, and no staff approached us to ask if we needed any assistance. They didn’t even mention anything about the receipt until we asked. In the end, we only purchased a few items that we thought were acceptable. Overall, the shopping experience was disappointing and has made us decide not to return for future purchases.

It's good to support businesses that prioritize local goods. These shops offer unique finds you won't see anywhere else. Plus, knowing you're helping independent artisans and help in preserving traditional techniques.

my go to for most of my household goods! I also love that purchasing here helps support small local businesses from all around the country. Prices aren't too steep either :)

The seller was very knowledgeable on what they're selling, its uses, where in the Philippines it came from, etc. I wasn't even then one asking. Some other patrons were asking, and I was just glad to hear everything while browsing throughout the store.
