We ordered this, wanting 2 bottles. My husband did not intend to subscribe, but somehow ended up with a subscription for two bottle every two weeks. We have repeatedly emailed the customer support line for help cancelling the subscription. We finally were able to cancel the subscription, but have 10 bottle of expensive, unwanted product. Their websites gives instructions for returns and refunds and an email address. We have sent 5 emails asking for instructions and return labels and have only gotten emails back acknowledging that they received our email. The fact that they have not phone number indicates poor customer service. I would not deal this company again and do not recommend ordering online from them.
After posting this review I received an email from Ritual Zero Proof stating that our charges had been refunded.. The refunds have been credited to our account.
