We were aboard the Ilma for a one week cruise from Athens to Istanbul. It was a perfect cruise! The crew anticipated our needs and were friendly and helpful during the entire trip, from check in, to days spent on the ship, to disembarkation. The ship has a very modern and luxurious interior, and the rooms were so well insulated that we could hear hardly anything outside our rooms. Food and drink were elevated and professionally executed, with lobster, caviar, and venison included in the standard menu items. Each dinner was like being at a high-end restaurant. The ship was not crowded at all. Every port of call had options for shore excursions. I would definitely recommend Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection to anyone looking for a luxury cruise experience.

An Exceptional Experience Aboard the Ritz Ilma Yacht From the moment we stepped aboard the Ritz Ilma, we were blown away by the elegance and attention to detail. Our cabin was spacious, beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable — a true sanctuary at sea. The service throughout the yacht was top-tier, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience. Our first stop in Sorrento included an unforgettable private dining event at L’Accademia, where we made our own bread and pizza, shared the experience with new friends, and enjoyed fresh salads and cheeses. It was a highlight of the trip. The ship is remarkably smooth — you hardly feel any movement. We had to change our dinner reservation after indulging a bit too much, and the concierge team handled it effortlessly. The onboard Wi-Fi (powered by Starlink) was excellent — fast, reliable, and far better than expected at sea. The gym was well-managed, the restaurant hostesses were always welcoming, and the concierge team was incredibly helpful and personable. We’re already looking forward to our next journey with Ritz-Carlton Yachts — we’ll be boarding the Ritz Lumina in March for a voyage from Hong Kong to Japan. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently completed a five-day cruise aboard Ilma. We both think this was the best vacation experience of our lives. Ilma is a beautiful ship and everything (suites, restaurants, fitness center, spa, pools, etc.)is first-class. All restaurants were outstanding and we especially enjoyed dining at Setu Su Ilma. My wife has dietary restrictions and the chefs and servers were very accommodating to her needs. The Ladies and Gentlemen that make Ilma a first-class experience is who we will most remember about our voyage. What an amazing group of people. Sorry if I leave anyone out or if I misspell any names, but special thanks to our Suite Ambassadors Christian and Ian who made us feel at home, Rui the restaurant manager who always knew where we were (the cheeses were great), Arlin who got us off to a great start on our first night, Viraj who helped plan our dining experiences, Ann and Vivian (hostesses at Tides) who were there to greet us with a smile and their friendly personalities, Queenie from Guest Services, Allesandra and the Chef from Memori, and Carlos from the Fitness Center. Thanks also to Zachary and Caroline for all of your help in planning our cruise. We look forward to our next voyage.

I am on my second transatlantic cruise with the Ritz Yacht Collection. I did a transatlantic crossing with them in Nov 2024 and a good majority of amenities/living areas were closed for construction. They were even asking guests to move cabins due to it. Completely unacceptable! While the staff are beyond courteous and helpful, to not TELL the passengers that this would be happening is inexcusable. Many complaints by the passengers and rightfully so. They should have set our expectations BEFORE the cruise that this would be happening. Heard NOTHING so we were captive on what I call "the construction cruise from hell" for 12 days. I did enjoy the ship (what was open for us), but complained mightily. On this transatlantic, April 2025, they have ONCE AGAIN closed one of the nicest living areas and 2 hot tubs. Woke up this morning to find that out! No warning, no annoucment to the few (19) guests on board. Clearly, while the Ritz Yacht Collection talks a big game, they have a real problem with communication to passengers. Additionally, we had 2 port days when people were off the ship. Why couldn't they do it then?? Let us know before the cruise that some amenities will be closed during the trip. Fooled me twice, won't happen again. Beware that at least on transatlantic cossings they look at guests as collateral damage for not warning guests, either before on once we are on the ship. Poorly they can't properly manage expectations. They knew for weeks if not months that this will be happening without letting passengers know either on the daily calendar or app. Beware of this issue with them. Fooled me twice, won't happen again!

I had just submitted my review on the Ritz Carlton Survey that was emailed to me and I somehow forgot to include, perhaps the most important Man-Of-The-Hour himself, the wonderful and amazing FABIO!. Without this Gentlemen's experience and his caring way of delivering to his guests, making each and everyone seem like instant family, I doubt the Envrima would be what it is without Fabio. His boundless positive energy, his way of making simple moments magical, is quite a gift. For all the wonderful things I have to say about Envrima, it must all be a reflection on this Genius of the High Seas. Thank you Fabio, for making our journey as amazing as it was.
