Be aware photos arent realistic. Apartments are old, dark, with strange humidity smell. We booked their apartment for one month and the quality was low. I asked to change apartment to another one for extra charge, but they didnt contact me and after one week only wrote that they dont have free ones. We found much better place to stay and lived earlier than our booking was ending. They called and say they will return money for that week we didnt stay, but we didnt get any money return in 14 days. They said that is long process, but I believe they didnt want to get bad review in airbnb and drag the time. At the end instead 580 eur they send us 68 eur. Unrealable company. Dont rent their apartments.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at Ritzy Room for the past five years, and the transformation this property has undergone during that time has been nothing short of incredible. The design and décor have evolved with such elegance and class—it truly feels like a luxury escape right at home. The pool was already a standout feature when I first moved in, but somehow, they’ve managed to enhance it even further. It now offers an even more relaxing, almost surreal atmosphere that makes it easy to forget the outside world and simply unwind. Maintenance and upkeep are consistently top-notch. The property is always well cared for, and any issues are addressed promptly. The staff deserve high praise for their hard work, professionalism and kindness, which makes living here even more enjoyable. Braden has done an exceptional job with the property, and the addition of Jenn to the office has only elevated the experience further. Together, they’ve created a truly outstanding living environment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ritzy Room to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-maintained, and beautifully designed place to stay. It’s more than just an apartment—it’s a lifestyle.

We stayed here for a couple months and the place was nothing but lovely and the neighborhood is very safe, quiet and walking friendly , it is located 10 minutes from downtown by car, 5 minutes from la fiesta market, 5 min from planet fitness. And the white rock lake is only 15 minutes away if you are nature, sports and fishing fan. I recommend it and definitely will comeback here for our next trip to Dallas

Jenn DeLeon is a God sent and is an amazing manager of this property. She’s very responsive compassionate attentive and most of all caring. Since she has arrived, this property has become 1000% more appealing and feels like home.

Ritzy Room’s greatest asset is Andrew. Andrew is passionate about the properties he manages and enjoys the gift of dealing with different people from all walks of life he encounters through Real Estate. Andrew promptly understands the importance of user experience and will truly try to make everyone happy as much as possible. During my stay at one of their properties. He was my go to person. I moved from out of state and had the confidence of signing a lease in one of their properties even before seeing it in person. Andrew is super knowledgeable of the DFW area and environs of each property too. Thank you!

The RitzyRoom properties I've seen are surprisingly glamorous and in great condition. Andrew helped us. He answered any questions quickly, and handled any issues just as quickly. I would no sooner email a document and text it was heading his way, than he would text he had received it. It is incredibly rare to find that commitment and work ethic, and my husband and I were grateful for his help.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Andrew at Ritzy room. He was very timely with responses and went out of his way to Solve a challenging moment that came up when I had to switch properties. My insurance adjuster forgot to notify Ritsy of my extension. He worked quickly to solve the problem which involved his time up to 11:30pm that evening. I am very grateful.
