Its a very beautiful property away from tourists trap places of north goa. Stayed for 4 nights for part work part relaxation trip . The resort is very well maintained and its uniqueness is its accessible to a private beach and a small river. The only downside is that there are no markets or decent restaurants at walking distance. If you have a vehicle then would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

The view was breathtaking, the location is right on the best sea beach, and everything — from the rooms to the food — was simply fantastic. I had a truly wonderful stay at Riva Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, Impressed by the warm hospitality, clean and well-maintained facilities, and the overall peaceful ambiance of the property. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special mention goes to Bilal from the housekeeping team, who truly made my stay exceptional. He was extremely courteous, prompt, and attentive to details.

Good resort to be in north Goa, property is amazing. Lush green with walkways for length chats or just to stroll in nature. Amenities are mind blowing, the gym is so well equipped and the ambience is great. Spa facilities are nice too. Masseuse are quite qualified. Rooms could be maintained better, while everything outside is great rooms we’re not very impressive. Furniture was old and broken and not maintained at all. Food could have been better, very basic. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family staycation. Catagory was Super Deluxe room. It's swimming pool view room on ground floor. Room was ok in size. Ac drain water leaking from cealing continuesely and floor remains wet. Kids was with me and I was worried not anyone could skid. Toilet, bathroom was clean but very small in size. Somehow it was problematic. It's premansoon days and raining outside, i demanded for umbrella to hotel but feels they are not willing to serv us. Although they are supplying every others who demanded for umbrella. Both 2 days I'm unlucky to enjoy umbrella ride. Generally I don't bother with these small issues but response from frontdesk like Riva is not acceptable. Bearkfast was complimentary and have number of items including cooked, baked, boiled, sprouts, drink and all. The taste was ok and not good. (I tried puri sabji, italy sambar, upma, aloo paratha but didn't like taste). I want to add one more thing I ordered Veg biryani in room service and it was awesome. Location and Landscape of resort is really great. River is there between resort and sea. Wooden bridge connect them. It's a wonderful bridge. They are having 3 pools. They are well maintained. Overall we all enjoyed much and I recommend to book this property neglecting small issues.

Service could be improved slightly, especially considering the premium pricing, as sometimes the staff response felt a bit slow. However, Anita and Rajesh’s warm hospitality truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this resort offers great value for those willing to pay a little extra for quality, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. With its cozy rooms, excellent food, stunning beachfront location, and caring hosts, it’s definitely a place we look forward to visiting again.
