Riva Beach Resort

Kiran pavitra and prince were very nice people who made the service exemplary. Food options are limited but tasty. Heritage room are best suited for family. Super delux and below are best left to single or couples. Property is great, with good greenery multiple facilities and great ambience. Breakfast buffet needs major improvement. It was a serious disappointment. Feedback was provided. Hopefully they will improve.

Kiran, pabitra, siraj excellent hospitality in the dinning lounge ! Especially for the dinner menu, hotel management can keep fresh fruits or fruits salad as an option! Excellent sun rise and sun set view from the beachside , just 200 mts from the main aqua pool area. I love the thai curry and sticky rice from the menu. Goan fish curry is epic👌and for vegetarian there are ample of options to choose especially if you have kids who will enjoy the kids menu. Hasle free and super safety with family here at riva beach resort. I wish to stay once again with them ! Forgot to mention about the gym and boxers club which is great and maintained so well !

We opted for dinner including option.The buffet had a good variety of food with fresh and flavorful options. Everything was well-prepared and regularly refilled. Overall, it was a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. Special shout out to Kiran, pavitra and Siraj for the wonderful service. Regarding Riva resort its the best experience we had in goa.We are definitely visiting this place again for the wonderful experience and caring staff.

It’s always a great experience staying at Riva Beach Resort. Every visit is pure pleasure and truly wonderful. Whether it’s the housekeeping staff like Ms. Dipa, our ever-helpful cart driver Sameer, or the amazing team at the breakfast table — Diptesh, Kiran, Priya, and Anil — everyone gives their 200% to make us feel homely and special. A special thanks to Divya, who manages everything so beautifully and always goes the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Love you, Riva! Looking forward to many more stays.

Karen housekeeping asked us for a review. So here we go. The wooden cottage room is where we stayed! The room is large but needs a bit of upkeep. The bathroom has no shower door making the whole place wet and super uncomfortable to use. The bed or its mattress was broken/lopsided. Making it very difficult for the person on the right side of the bed to sleep. TV & Internet were fantastic. Linens and pillow also get a thumbs up! The property is in a great location. Bang on a gorgeous beach. Breakfast was good but their coffee machine wasn’t working well. Watery espresso tasteless coffee. The staff are the real heros here. They were all very courteous and seemed like they would go out of their way to make a guest happy. Some infrastructure upgrades and room audits would make this place even better.

The service provided by Anil and Kiran was excellent. They were polite, attentive, and ensured that all our requirements were met promptly. Their courteous behavior and pleasant attitude made the dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. They demonstrated good knowledge of the menu and served the food efficiently with a smile. Such dedicated service truly enhances the overall experience and is highly appreciated.

We went for a offsite in Goa and stayed at Riva Beach resort for three days , the property is situated just right at the beach with a very wonderful view from the infinity pool. I had the heritage room for myself , which was secluded and was quiet . The rooms were spacious and had a touch of history to it. The food was yummy and the desserts were the cherry on the cake making it a savoury.

We stayed here for 4 nights in Christmas vacation. The resort location is great if you are looking for a beach property. Their hospitality is amazing. Although resort was full house all the facility were provided seamlessly. We would like to mention Mr Ganesh, Ms Kiran Ms Sikha and Mr Mausam for their exceptional services and accommodating our special need for Jain food.
