The staff were super friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. Room was cleaned daily and promptly. All necessary amenities were included. It was a short walk to every where. A lot of very nice restaurants near by. Grocery store was right next door, which was very convenient. I definitely recommend Riva Luxury Rooms, it was amazing.

The room was extremely clean, with a perfect location overlooking the Marina and next to the old town, shop right downstairs and restaurants within a minutes walking distance. The only complaint I can say is the rooms are on the first floor, and there are no lifts, but that is listed on the websites

The apartment is situated in an excellent location near the Riva, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay. However, we did not receive the specific apartment we had initially booked. While the staff was kind and polite, they placed the responsibility on the booking platform, which was a bit disappointing. With better organization, this could be an exceptional accommodation option.

The perfect accommodation for Split! Room was very modern and comfortable (especially the nice large bed). Staff were very helpful on arrival & friendly throughout our stay whenever we’d see them. The location as many others have mentioned could not be better. Right next to the taxi stand only 10min walk from buses & trains, right in the heart of split old town.

Great location within 10-15 of the main areas of Split old town and harbour. Mia was very welcoming and gave us a map with lots of great recommendations. Bed was comfortable and the fridge was very handy for keeping water/beer/wine during our stay. Room was good size and clean. Bathroom was good as well with a nice sized shower. Would recommend to couples or single travellers.

Returned home after a 4 night stay in split. After reading reviews we were expecting it to be noisy so we brought ear plugs just incase but wasn't at all (we stayed in a room without a balcony). The room was lovely and modern. Big TV with apps so you can sign into your Netflix, fast internet. Hair dryer (which was a tually a really good hairdryer), ironing board and iron, kettle and lovely big shower. The staff at the accomodations were lovely and helpful.||The location was perfect for the city. ||Will be returning to Riva luxury rooms next time I visit Split.

My sister and my niece and I stayed at Riva Luxury Rooms for 3 nights in July. Riva is more Air bnb rather than a hotel, so there was no Reception area etc. We were met by Mia who was very welcoming and very helpful in suggesting what todo, where to eatetc. Poor Mia also helped us up the 2 flights of stairs with our luggage (there is no lift).|The room was lovely - very big, clean, modern yet still charming. Our room had a little balcony off it from which we could see the water.|The best aspect of Riva was the location. It’s right in the heart of all the action, yet it is still surprisingly quiet when you are trying to get to sleep.|I would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed on quiet island of Solta for a week and wanted to spend a couple of nights in Split before flying home. This is a really nice apartment (room 2) with a sweet little balcony for two with a view. Very comfy bed, modern decor with historic stone walls blended in. Jar of help yourself coffee, tv, WiFi etc...|This end of town feels a lot nicer than the busy Diocletian palace end. Restaurants seem more authentic. |Two flights of stairs, no lift may be a bother for some.
