River Bistro

I’ve been living in Phnom Penh for 22 years, but this is my first time dining at River Bistro Lounge 😀. I ordered the American Breakfast, and it’s definitely something I’d come back for. River Bistro offers a wide range of Western, Asian, and local dishes, along with an extensive selection of drinks—and they’re open 24/7. A great spot any time of day.

Here open 7/24h . Service staff very friendly. Food is also good taste , and the foods prices are a bit high 🤭 ahh , it's normal because here's riverside🤗 .

Great location on the corner with nice indoor and outdoor seating options. I ordered the beef , bacon cheese burger , which came with fries for $7. It was a large portion but the taste was off. Not sure why it tasted slightly on the sweet side. Maybe they did not add salt to the meat patty. And the bacon or something in there tasted chewy rather than crispy. But the service was nice, americano coffee was nice ($1.50), and they do have a wide menu selection. Just can’t say I enjoyed the burger as much as it looked in the advertised photo.

Showed up to get lunch and have a couple beers while waiting on my afternoon flight. Before I could even walk into the restaurant, the hostess or waitress refused my service due to having 2 pieces of luggage with me as I explained. She was exceptionally rude, unwelcoming and even the other patrons who understood the situation were upset with her position. I lived in PP for 6 years and I can promise you that there are many other restaurants that are gems compared to this piece of gravel. Honesty, I do not think this review will matter, because the entire riverside is killing restaurants for hotels and parking, so it may only be a matter of time before this place is bought up by a hotelier.

We wandered in attracted by the first floor balcony, had a couple of drinks & ordered amok & morning glory. Tye meal was superb; the drinks pedestrian. We were on a holiday and did not mind that the waiter never bothered us by asking is we needed another drink 😬. We were willing to go find her

Excellent location, right along the riverside. A great place to enjoy a beer ($1) and people watch. Food was well presented and we were served quickly. They have many different types of cuisines (western, Asian, Mexican, etc.) Offers English menu and accepts credit cards.

I called in for a drink and something to eat, the location is excellent, right on a busy corner so you can sit and watch the action. I ordered a cocktail, reasonably priced. I reviewed the menu for sometime but decided not to order anything. My reason for not ordering food was due in part to the number of items on the menu. 538 menu items, yes some were drinks. But I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like, that’s way too many food items and combinations. It made me nervous for the cleanliness of the kitchen area.

Restaurant open 24 hours a day✅ Service staff very nice and friendly. Food is also good, but the menu is smaller and the prices are a bit touristy, so the prices are a bit high 🙃 I eat most of my breakfast and lunch there.
