River Bistro

Decided to eat here for lunch. Close to the river, outside and indoor eating, we chose outdoor. Service was good although there was a 3% service charge when we got the bill. The mixed salad was good but came with boiled eggs, not listed as an ingredient, fortunately I am not vegan. The pork and rice was also good with chopped chillies, beans and a fried egg. With 2 beers and a gin and tonic the bill came to nearly 16 dollars. Cards were accepted.

Restaurant open 24 hours a day✅ Service staff very nice and friendly. Food is also good, but the menu is smaller and the prices are a bit touristy, so the prices are a bit high 🙃 I eat most of my breakfast and lunch there.

I enjoyed fast and friendly service. The club sandwich was average at best and didn't look like the picture. The location is great however, there is no control over the begging. A short lunch and i was approached 4 times.

Excellent location, right along the riverside. A great place to enjoy a beer ($1) and people watch. Food was well presented and we were served quickly. They have many different types of cuisines (western, Asian, Mexican, etc.) Offers English menu and accepts credit cards.

I called in for a drink and something to eat, the location is excellent, right on a busy corner so you can sit and watch the action. I ordered a cocktail, reasonably priced. I reviewed the menu for sometime but decided not to order anything. My reason for not ordering food was due in part to the number of items on the menu. 538 menu items, yes some were drinks. But I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like, that’s way too many food items and combinations. It made me nervous for the cleanliness of the kitchen area.

I found this place to be quite a gem. Nice and open, airy and spacious. Beer came in a cold glass. Everyone with 1 star is complaining the egg white was runny. Cook an egg yourself, then, I say. Have these people never been to a bar before? 24 hour one, at that…

Cambodia draft beer is very cheap (1 glass = $0.75, Jug = $3, Tower = $10) Highly recommended menu is Garlic bread 👍🏻 Kapow rice is a fried rice with basil 🤣 If you have a lot of time to enjoy this city, please come here!
