Nice small hotels with only about 8 units. Right on the Saigon River. It is located in back streets so a little hard to find, but nice and peaceful. Nice deck overlooking the river. Simple, but good breakfasts. The air conditioner in my room barely did the job - it could have been a bit stronger.

Amazing. Great change after spending time in District 1. It's peaceful, lovely, staff are so fabulous, just great. We had garden view room, stunning. Breakfast on the Saigon River was lovely. Wake to a distant rooster and sounds of the property slowly coming alive. An oasis in the city! 10/10

Beautiful and quiet place just in front of the river. Very charming with the woody decor and light.
The meal is delicious, but we were a bit disappointing to know it's from SNAP cafe food, we were expecting something unique (hence I remove 1 star).

The restaurant attracts a good amount of creative workers. It’s a little far away from the city center so there’s always spot available. In the backyard close to Saigon River, there are coffee tables that are suitable for working. It could get pretty hot throughout the day since there’s no AC outside. In the evening, make sure that you have insect or mosquito repellent. The price is reasonable.

Love this lovely Cottage. I especially enjoyed having breakfast and reading during sunset on the deck facing the river. However, I wasn’t able to have good sleep for all the three nights. The soundproofing wasn’t good. I could hear clearly the neighbors switch on / off the lights in the middle of the night. And unfortunately there was a construction site nearby and they started their work early morning, before 7am. And there were some dogs in those construction sites and whenever people passed they barked. I was looking forward to escape from busy District 1 but turned out it’s not quite quiet as expected.
Anyway, the staffs were friendly and helpful.

Nice place to have a breakfast on a deck with a view of the river. The breakfast was good but rather expensive. The kitchen isn't on the property so the food took a while before we were served. The vibe made up for the wait. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms, lovely view and friendly staff. Very quiet and peaceful. The food served at the hotel's restaurant (breakfast/lunch/dinner) is very good. Will definitely come back!

Amazing, simply amazing place! It overlooks the river and there's a zen, calm, and peace that is rare in Thao Dien. The food is brought from nearby Snap Cafe, but the drinks are local, with some craft brews. Highly, highly recommended!
