The space showcases modern dining concepts, curated retail, local art, a butcher, and a full bar and brewery. The current vendors include: River Street Ranch, Fermentation Farm, Vaquera, Mendocino Farms, The Market by the Meat Cellar, Rodeo River Street Food Hall, Common Thread, Free People, Hobie, McConnell's Ice Cream, and more.
River Street Marketplace is a 60,000-sqft community destination, located in the Los Rios district, the oldest neighborhood in California, the marketplace maintains an elevated agrarian architecture, broken up into smaller buildings designed around a central green. This place is made for families with the open-air plan and communal tables. The nearby ranch offers a petting zoo, train rides, and activities for kids.
Parking is $2/hour and they currently do not validate. However, when my husband and I went to check it out, they did not charge us, maybe because the lot was full and eventually emptied out later in the evening. We will return when more stores open up.
