River Street Savannah Georgia

Love River Street! But I don’t like all the cargo ships. Wish that could stop. But the shops and restaurants are great. And the markets that open outside are wonderful for locals and tourists. Lots of photo ops and historical sites and monuments.

Awesome place. Lots of eateries and restaurants. Kudos to Savannah, they have maintained the history and old city vibe.

Great place. Very old/historic place. Be cautious when walking on stairs and the streets. Beautiful area. We will definitely be back.

Really active and busy boardwalk. Lots of restaurants, boutiques, upscale hotels and bars. There's something for everyone here. There are live jazz musicians playing their instruments, people selling unique items and people walking their dogs. Police patrol the area frequently to ensure safety which is a huge plus. Parking is a bit difficult because most areas are so tight and it's so busy due to people walking everywhere. There is a beautiful view of the water and the state line bridge that leads from Georgia to South Carolina.

Was a beautiful day, lots to do there, lots to eat, plenty of souvenir shops... as much walking around this historic area as you want... just have to pay for parking, then walk to your hearts content... plenty of touristy things to do!
