You really cannot expect too much from a campsite. If you are looking for comfort this is not it. A hotel would be better. The mattresses have dipped and the blanket has a musty smell. Shared toilet and bathroom are clean most of the time but cleanliness is not as good in the morning or evening during peak period. During summer, a lot of people will camp in the garden so it can be quite noisy. If your room is facing the garden, then you are quite unlucky. We were woken up by the talkings of the campers at 5.30am during one of the nights. There were a lot of houseflies in the kitchen as well. But if you are able to accept a basic accommodation with an affordable price point, then this is for you. The location is good and comes with a great lake view. There are no fans or AC but the weather is cooling enough at night. Receptionist was helpful so that was a plus point.

It's located opposite of the river from the Interlaken railway station. You have to walk or take a taxi to get there as there is no public transport. The walk is 10 minutes from the railway station. It has a mix of all types of accommodation. We stayed in a double-bed bungalow similar to a cabin type. There are seating areas outside the room. There is a common kitchen and toilet area too. Common toilets are separate for boys and girls. You can enjoy the river view in the morning and evening. Views are beautiful too. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We did a late check-in but it was easy as hotel staff already messaged us about it.

The hotel staff is too bad, no check-in instructions were sent, no check-in, full fees were deducted, and cancellation was not allowed. Booking said check-in time was 15:00-18:00, but check-in was not allowed after this time, and no refund was given. It was really a gangster practice

Beautiful little bungalow in hostel/campground facility. Very comfortable and funky accommodation with shared bathroom. Friendly staff. Short walk to the train station, very close to the sites in Interlaken. The site is pretty congested but we had nice privacy and a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay when visiting Interlaken. Only 10 mins to get into town. Beautiful position on the river. The rooms were pleasant, comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. Double bunk beds with no side or end rails on the top bunk are not a good idea though. This needs a re-think. Other guests were noisy and inconsiderate. A large group of students arrived and ‘took over’ the whole kitchen and seating area at meal times which again isn’t a great idea as there aren’t enough facilities to accommodate this and was overwhelming. Overall good value for money, staff were lovely.

Room is ok for a hostel. There's a decent kitchen and decent wc and shower. But the most striking aspects are, 1. The location! It is on the bank of the lovely green-blue river which you can keep looking at for hours. And it's 10 min walk from the Interlaken Ost station, though actually right across the river from it. 2. The ambience! We stayed on the weekend, and coming from India, have never seen such a lively ambience as here , with many people dancing and partying till 10 pm (they stopped promptly as per house rules). We subsequently stayed at 3 mute hostels at Zermatt, Geneva and Barcelona, but they didn't have such an electric ambience. Go for it!

Only stayed for one night, the room and public spaces were clean but the overall feeling was not good, especially the attitude of the staff was extremely poor. At 8:30am we needed to go on a parachute ride so before that we needed to go to the staff to check out and store our luggage. I know it's intrusive because the staff are not working yet and we've been very careful to knock on the door and ask, but your attitude was so bad that we just asked if we could store our luggage and you kicked us out, slammed the door behind us, shouted that you're not working yet, and told me how to check out and store my luggage. We are consumers first and tourists second and the experience was terrible either way.

Best place in Interlaken by far. This is High value for money, people saying different have too High expectations for a camping site/hostel. We highly enjoyed our stay here, Nice clean rooms, great facilities with Kitchen, Living room, showers and toilets all shared, But maintained clean and nice. Would highly recommend staying here, location is convinient 5min walk fra train station.
