This place was a little disappointing, very close to restaurants, cafes, and the pool in southbank. Staff were extremely friendly, but the place needed a bit of an upgrade. It has a lot of potential.
The room was just ok, the level from the room to the toilet was different, and I stubbed my toe like 3 times going to the toilet at night. We were put right next to the bin area so our room stank, and we could hear people putting stuff in the bin. Also, the bin truck came at like 4 a.m., waking my 2 year old up.
The food wasn't great.
With some renovations, staff training, and a change of food menu, it could be a great boutique hotel.
