Came here for the Christmas boat parade. The PA system needs work as the speakers east of the finish line cut out through most of the performance. Farmboat was pretty cool

Great visit for our family of six. Brought our 4 kids, ages, 8-13. Everyone met the weight limit for all the attractions. Min weight limit is 55 lbs for some things. We did everything with no waits for most things. Staff was very friendly. Lunch was pricey. $105 to feed our family. Big portions, but they ate most of their portions. Generous serving of fries come with meals that come with fries. Wish they had kid's meal options. Meals were around $11-$13 for most. Rafting trip was excellent. Gunner was a great guide and we had a great experience. Plan for having the right shoes. Chacos or Keens are good for most things. They sell river shoes for $20 if you don't have any. Lots of places to explore that I didn't see mentioned online. There's a bounce area for kids, a small zip line for kids and a nice playground and ropes course for littles. There was a cool Nerf Sports area, but none of the guns worked. All my kids enjoyed kayaking on the river. The huge ropes course was awesome and the huge slides are accessible by tons of stairs. Tubing was really fun, but some of our lighter kids kept getting stuck and their limbs were too short to push themselves back into the current. The family rafts are better for them. The surfing area was closed due to a tournament when we were there, but we were allowed to "surf" in the current of the rafting river. Would be nice to be able to go rafting more than once on a trip if availability exists, but I didn't see any pricing for that. Overall, we'd totally do it again. Safe environment to let our monkeys try new things. Well done, OKC!

We drove to OKC from Dallas and it definitely was worth the trip. We tried almost everything except the ski area. The water rafting was great all the instructors were friendly and willing to help us with anything. We rafted with Horacio and he showed us a great time! The one downside was the closed in SLIDE after the rope course gave us an unpleasant scrape/burn. Definitely didn’t feel safe. There should be more water stations.

Google
Prices might be a little high, but a fantastic venue and a wonderful time on some gnarly man-made rapids. Well worth the money. Also would highly recommend attending the Red Bull Rapids event in 2023 if they have it here again - it’s free!

Google
Great variety but I bought season pass for my son after being told that they were open until 7:30 for season pass holders. more thanTwice the surfing was shut down early for staff training and a family reunion. Our taxes paid for the project and not for wealthy corporations who shut it down for their own priviliged enjoyment. Especially frustrating when school started and it's only open in weekends. Then special events close it Management told me that it was listed as closed on the website. I was lied to because we looked and saw no closing. We only saw June 28th closing early. We are frustrated because we drove a long way. The facility is excellent but Management has poor communication skills.

Came from Dallas for a bday weekend. Jr was our raft guide and we highly recommend him. The park was very fun and not too busy.

Google
Fun time whitewater rafting and completing the ropes course! We missed out on tubing because it didn't open until hours after we arrived. For planning purposes, I wish we had known tubing didn't open with everything else so we could have made the most of all the activities. Overall, a great time and would recommend it to others!

Google
This was an awesome experience, I went there with my wife and had a lot of fun on the rapids rafting course, we did it twice. Alex, from Australia, is the best guide ever, we ended surfing in the raft everytime we could and laughed our heads off! Super fun, you don't want to miss it!

Yelp
We took our 20 students on a class trip, and it was a very good afternoon. The fajita lunch option was tasty, and when mealtime was over, the drinks and cookies stayed out for us to demolish! They had a nice welcome on the view screens for us. I recommend that you ski before doing anything where you get wet. The workers were just lovely, friendly people. They were so helpful to me and the students when we were learning how to surf. I really want to give a shoutout to an employee named Hannah, I think. She really went above and beyond to help my student feel comfortable after wiping out while surfing, even sharing a story of something that happened to her. She said it was her 5th year working here. Quite outstanding. And the fact that she could take the time to do that says so much about the rest of the team she worked with. Everyone must be very trustworthy, professional, dependable. If there was any kind of workplace drama, the guests would never have a clue! The whole flowrider team made it really fun for the students, encouraging them to try new challenges and tricks. It was a special time. Well done!

Yelp
First of all, hiring illegals is wrong. Having people who barley speak english and chant their home country on the raft is awful. The pricing is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!! The tube ride was maybe a minute long which was such a let down. Why not make it a an infinite loop? The rafting was decent and we had a few rounds. Def thought it was unlimited rafting for $120 that we paid for two of us but we only were allowed one time. The surf station only has 2 slots so the line was so long we got out at some point. Why only have 2 slots? To top it off y'all don't take cash! Who does that? We will never come here again and will steer everyone we know away. Absolute scam of a park.

Yelp
Awesome family friendly bike park love it had a lot of fun and super easy track to learn

Yelp
I visited the waterpark for my bday. The water sports are great for adults, everything else is pretty much aimed for kids. The metal slide gave me a minor burn and was not pleasant. I think I paid $70, which you're pretty much paying for the raft and tubing. It would've been A LOT better if they had snowboarding. Not too crowded which was great.

James W.

Yelp
We had a great time at Riversport OKC. The whitewater rafting and tubing were so much fun. Our guides Junior and Emi were great. There is so much to do And the staff was very friendly.

Yelp
We had such a great time here. Make sure to set aside at least 4 hours to go though most of the things. The rafting instructors are amazing a very knowledgeable. We also got a chance to do the sky trail. It was nice. Next time we go back we will do some of the flat water rafting and def tube some more. $10 for a locker. I suggest grabbing a locker inside if you're not going to keep your items in the car. We tried an outside locker it it had a bunch of bugs in it . We definitely will be going back next time we're in OKC in the summer.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Sure a few of the things we wanted to do were closed, but there were so many options. The location was nice and open, the environment was clean. The staff was helpful. I like the open concept of going to whichever activity you wanted to do. I liked that you could do an activity several times! We had a blast with a big group!

Yelp
As a native Oklahoman and outdoor enthusiast, I am beyond happy to see something like this brought to Oklahoma City! Riversport offers tubing, whitewater rafting and kayaking, surfing indoor skiing, flat water kayaking and park boarding, and a lot more! In June 2023, we paid 59.95 for a day pass allowing us access to everything but the surfing (not working at this time). First encounter was a rough one as the front desk workers were not completely knowledgeable of how to get access to lockers which given it was our first time we didn't either. We started the day off doing the tubing both with the family tube and single. The single tube resulted in alot more flipping out and into the water. Remember to float! Don't try to stand up. We enjoyed the rafting alot but they only allow you to go one time with the day pass. After this one visit I am definitely considering a season pass, it'll be worth it after about 4 visits!

Yelp
This place was a fun adventure in the hot temperatures. So 3 stars let me explain. The River rafting it self was a blast! The guy running the line and teaching the rafts was super kind and made sure that he paired groups accordingly. Our guide was Tony and he was very knowledgeable and encouraging. He was calm and as we turned from side to side instructed us in the proper techniques so we wouldn't fall in. The rest of the park was not great, I felt like it was run by summer hell who were not trained. Nobody could really answer questions and the desk to check in took forever. I did not feel confident that if we fell in while paddle boarding or kayaking that they could have helped much. I wanted to zip line and I had downgraded one of the raft rides, I asked if you could zip line because that was the second activity I wanted to do, I was told that I could but it actually made it an upgrade. So, pay the 79.99 if you want the maximum activity. I bought the 54.99 package. The food system was not very sanitary and the guy mixed up the ordered and the customers were standing over the orders while looking for theirs and touching trays. The poor kids was sweet but he did not know what to do, I'm not sure if it was a training issue or a short staff issue but he appeared new and unaware. So all said-the River-raft and tubes seemed the most knowledgeable and educated/trained the rest was enjoyable but just on your own, we were not knowledgeable on the other water activities so next time we will know better. You do get life jackets and helmets. They are sanitized.

Yelp
Came here with the family, it's my second time. The first time the zip line was open, but it was closed this time. This time we came as a family and did surfing, tubing, sky walking, went to the kids play area and did river rapids. This place can be expensive, but we got a discount. It was a great way to spend a day.

Yelp
there was this guy named tommy that took me rafting and he saved us and told us many things. I love Tommy #TheGreatTommy #TommyTheBest #AlwayChooseTommy

Yelp
This place is so much more than I imagined. It's great for kids. There's a huge playground with a zip line, bouncy floor, reaction game and more. Then there's an adult zip line and a massive tube slide. But wait, there's more.... There's a bike "pump" track and a dog play area. But wait there's more... there's a rafting area. You'll have to see it to believe it.

Yelp
I signed up for one of their Discovery classes - Discover Kayaking. Is Spears wanted to go kayaking but hasn't done it and it was so fun. At first I keep pulling to the right and they showed me what I was doing wrong and so I corrected it and got going there right way. They keep coming to explain how to do things better. By the end, I felt like I could really do this and I can't wait to come back. P.S. Gus and Audrey are great teachers.

Yelp
Super fun spot! Especially with family and friends! Friendly staff! A lot of fun activities like tubing and rafting and kayaking and ropes course. Highly recommend going once to try everything!

Yelp
Great place to create memories whether on a date, having a family day or bonding with the team! Rafting was a blast! Great way to bond with others. However, if you don't listen to instructions don't go because this is totally a team activity. Just sayin'! Tubing was another fun activity. You have the choice to go tubing by yourself with a group of 4. We did the group one, twice! The sky zone is a good way to test your trust and face your fears. The best part are the 3 different slides! If you enjoy small rollercoasters or mini thrill rides, you'll appreciate the slides. Zip lining was closed due to the Oklahoma winds and we didn't try the kayaking this time but we have done both in the past and enjoyed the activities. Fun things for everyone to do...oh...and be prepared to get wet! Wear closed toe shoes but bring flip flops, towels and water to have on hand afterwards. You can rent lockers for $5 or $10. Check online for discount tickets or subscribe to their emails to get notified of seasonal/holiday discounts. So what are you waiting for? Go have some fun in the sun!

Yelp
We went here on a Monday and they were surprisingly busy. However they are able to manage the lines well. The staff is super friendly and very professional. We went to the wrong line for the surfing because we didn't know the difference. We found out when we were next in line and the staff politely informed us of the line difference after we took our turn. Everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing and the place is very well run. The two complaint we have are (1) the rides are not all open at 11 am. Some of them open at 12, 1 or 2 and (2) the black run was closed so the tubing experience was not as fun because of the shorter run. Our suggestion: we wish they have a swim area where people can just lounge and soak in the water if they don't want to do any of the activities but not just sit on the benches.

Yelp
This review is based on our time at the pump track and mountain bike skills course. This a free area at riversport OKC. If you only plan to stay in the bike area be sure to tell the parking attendant, because it is free to park in this area. This is a great family friendly bike park to visit. There is a small bike track that worked great for my toddler and his strider bike. The pump track is great and wonderful for practice when the Yukon BMX raceway is closed. The area that has mountain bike features is also a great practice area. The only downside, there is a TON of broken glass EVERYWHERE.

Yelp
Totally thought this was a water park with a bunch of activities to do... we paid for the day pass to do whitewater rafting, SUP and kayak. The girl at the counter didn't have any answers to any of our questions. There's no real direction on where to get anywhere and most people were not helpful and didn't know anything. The whitewater rafting is a single loop that you do a total of 3 times. It was fun, but had higher expectations that there was more whitewater and different loops to make not the same short one over and over. Then the SUP and kayaks were closed for the day. They weren't willing to refund us so we basically paid for the day pass to spend 45 min there. Pretty lame park, better for kids than adults. Not worth the money.

Yelp
We had a fun day yesterday skiing, snowboarding, rock walk climbing, using the slides and obstacle balance course! The staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Richelle L.

Yelp
If you've never been to the Regatta and Paddlemania Festival, mark it on your calendar for next year! Its a relaxing fun event to watch and cheer on the competitors. I spent two days out here and must say all staff and competitors are happy to share their knowledge of what is happening and where is the best vantage point. Watching kayakers drop 20 feet off a bridge into the white water and race to the finish line was amazing. The Build Your own Boat event stirred the brain cells to action trying to come up with a boat that would make it down the rapids, cardboard is not it! Laughter, excitement and a friendly atmosphere made this the perfect event!

Yelp
I had never been here before but live nearby and purchased a season pass in wintertime when they were half off. So far, I've found it to be an excellent value. I come here all the time. The gym is outstanding and has everything you need. The rowing machines are really nice with video screens where you can row through various rivers around the world. The gym is never busy or crowded. Many times, I've been the only one there. Their Facebook page is a valuable resource for finding out what is going on around Riversport. They post events like family free rowing classes, outdoor movie nights and special events and competitions. Rafting and tubing are my favorite activities to do there. The tubing is a real experience - it's definitely not some ho hum lazy river. One thing that has really stuck out to me and keeps me coming back is how friendly and nice all the staff is. Sometimes at gyms and places where you are new and don't know anything the employees are not as welcoming or helpful. This is not the case at Riversport. Everyone I've met there has been super helpful and encouraging to me in trying new things. I just visit on my own but I feel like this would be a great place to go for families with older kids or teenagers. If you have a membership you can bring a friend free on Mondays and my 12 year old niece loves it here. There are many different activities for all ages and skill levels and the equipment there is top notch. I would never go out and buy something like a One Wheel, but with my Riversport pass I can try one out whenever I want. They also have sailing classes and kayaks and all sorts of cool equipment available to use. I've found Riversport to be an excellent value for what they offer and if you live in Oklahoma City you should definitely take advantage of this unique and exciting resource. II

Beth S.

Yelp
They said they are open on the weekends but the day we went a Sunday they were closed. No explanation of why. Very disappointed.

Heather H.

Yelp
Prices are through the roof here! So I'd suggest if you get the "Day pass" go EARLY and get your moneys worth. We went later in the day so we pretty much payed $58 bucks per person to go down the river maybe 4 times LOL it's literally a 3 min run down stream.....HOWEVER,We did have a blast!! Luke and Ryan made sure we had a safe and unforgettable experience during our tubing adventure. PLEASE follow their safety instructions because you will need em. Those guys were AWESOME!!! If you're going to visit OKC I definitely recommend this park! My only regret is not going early and spending the day. We missed out on a lot.

Yelp
I'm from Orange County and there is nothing like this out there! The river was clean, refreshing and service was friendly. The location is impressive and nice! My BF and I chose paddle boarding and sadly the board that I got didn't have a sail so it made it hard to paddle board the entire time. We told the people at the front desk about it afterwards and their response was "oh yeah, the sails are just disappearing" -- just a TIP: make sure your equipment works before going out. Other than that, we had a great time! Food: N/A Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Decor & Style: 5/5

Yelp
What a great place. This idea is similar to the white water park in Charlotte North Carolina but it's right on the river and incorporated The area is beautifully planned and has lovely buildings The landscape is manicured and lots of paths to walk or bike Restaurant on site for food White water is super fun and good guides Climbing and slide Worth a day pass Super asset to Oklahoma City!!
google avatar

Jodean G.

Yelp
My 1 star is not bc of any major issues... Only problem I have is paying 80 dollars a piece... To slide down a slide and play on a inflatable for a few hours in between two 15 minute white water rafting sessions. I can go to a gigantic amusement park or water park or as in Louisiana, I can get both at blue bayou for 40 dollars. 80 dollars is a rip off for the lack of amusement. One extra large playground, white water rafting... Only can go twice if you pay 50 for 80 you get to go twice and a zip line. I don't see how you charge the price of major amusement parks with attractions from city park. Rip off! Don't waste your money. Go to the water park here or frontier city.

Yelp
It's rare that I take the time to write a review, but this felt necessary. My husband and I purchased season passes to Riversport OKC in May. We both love being active outdoors so it seemed like a good investment. However, we've had a few unsatisfactory experiences here that have tarnished this place in my mind. 1 - The disorganization. Granted, the website has been redone and is now easier to understand. So that's a plus I guess. But every time we've tried to paddle board there has been a long wait and no clear way of discerning whose turn it is. This is incredibly frustrating, as we bought passes thinking we could use the equipment more or less at will. 2 - The general run down vibe of the place. The rafting attraction is neat, and the new surf machine is fun. But the rest of the park feels run down. The grounds need some major attention. 3 - The danger of the rapids. Our experience today is the major reason that I don't think we will be renewing our passes next year. As a person who loves adventure and who believes we live in an overly-coddled society, I'm comfortable with the idea of calculated, healthy risk. But my experience on the tubing activity today went beyond taking a "fun" risk. Let me preface this with saying that I don't remember NOT knowing how to swim. I have always been an extremely strong swimmer, I know how to surf, and I've lived and worked on boats. I am not afraid of the water, period. While waiting in line for the afternoon tubing experience, my family and I were watching other visitors going down the tube rapids. In a span of about 30 minutes, we witnessed at least 4 injuries that drew blood. The worst was a man who flipped off his tube and was thrown about in the rapids. When he walked past us on the way up, he had a bloody nose and large, bloody scratches all over his body. The other injuries we witnessed were cuts, scratches, and red abrasions. When it was our turn to tube, the first ride down went ok. My husband flipped and banged his shin on the concrete bottom of the rapids, but he was fine. We decided to go again. This time, I flipped. No problem, I thought. "Nose up, toes up" like the guides tell you. Fine, but as the water carried me downstream, my legs, shins, and backside scraped along the concrete bottom. I tried to keep my feet up, but doing so made me scrape along the concrete. I couldn't stay on my back because water was rushing into my nose and mouth, causing me to swallow water and cough. As the current carried me, I was terrified of slamming into one of the blue barriers, or going down a rapid and slamming into the concrete floor. I had no control over where I would end up as I floated down the river. Eventually I was helped out of the water by a staff member, but the whole experience was frightening and painful. I have a large "raspberry" on my hip where I was dragged across the concrete bottom, as well as several small cuts on my legs. As I said, I am not afraid of water and can swim well, but the shallow water and the many potential underwater collision points make this a terrible place for tubing. The management really needs to re-evaluate this activity before someone gets seriously injured. Seeing multiple people come out of the water with bloody injuries should certainly be a warning sign that perhaps this attraction is less "controlled adrenaline seeking" in a moderately safe environment and more likely a thrill attraction that is poorly managed with too much risk to guests.

Yelp
I've attended events at Riversport. They host live music and food trucks sometimes. This is a great view of the district and waterfront activities. I recommend trying white water rafting or participating in some of the other fantastic outdoor activities the district plays host to. But, if you're like me and enjoy watching, this is a great place to do that, as well!

Yelp
This place has a lot of cool things to offer, when everything is open. They had half the adventures closed. It's hard to pay $50 when you can't do half the things available. The lines were really long for everything that you could do. My kids got passed over several times while the employee allowed it to happen. They had to wait double due to that fact. And not to mention it's 100 degrees. On the white water rafting the guide got lost trying to find his boat and took so long that the kids were only able to go around 2 instead of the 3 times they were suppose to. Way to celebrate your 14th birthday.

Yelp
I really enjoy this place (for the activities, only). Today is my second time here and sadly I'm inclined to leave a less than positive review. The rafting crew/guides are great. The Big Water Grill is abysmal. My group arrived about 1.5 hours early and decided to grab a quick bite before hitting the rapids. After waiting over 1 hr for (2) burgers to be made, I went back to the counter and asked about my order. I was within 10 minutes of my rafting reservation. I was informed that they hadn't begun making our food and it would be another hour. I wasn't alone at the time there were three other groups who were missing food. The kitchen staff is inept and management needs to reevaluate their priorities. I came back in after my rafting trip (1 hour later) and the mounds of problems seemed to compound. The odd thing is the food court area wasn't busy. I think the staff might not be trained well enough to handle customer service. Please fix yourselves.

Yelp
We did a double date today and although the only really fun thing we did was the rafting, it was so much fun!! the two people that made this entire thing so much fun was beth the bartender, her personality and everything was amazing, so glad she works there and then 100% Carter who was our raft guide. He made the experience so much fun and that was definitely our favorite part of being there. I wish it was a little longer to raft but all in all it was such a fun experience! i can't wait to go back

Yelp
Planned a weekend birthday trip here with my family. It was fun. But not $50 fun. We did the Riversports Day Pass in order to do the rafting. Make sure you bring proper shoes! Thank goodness I had water shoes that I got on amazon for $13 because to rent one of theirs is $8. Rafting was fun. We got to go around 4 times. BRING CASH TO TIP YOUR GUIDE! He "surfed" us and that was the highlight of the experience. The belt that brought us to the top broke down so we waited until they got it going again. Wanting to zip lining but no one told us we needed a special harness to do it so we did the skywalk just to go down a slide. Wanted to go back but it was a 2 hour wait at that point. Waiting to go kayaking was disappointing. That area was unorganized. We stood around to wait for a kayak because they only had very few since they rented it out from class. But got skipped by someone who came after us (didn't have an epic pass to even skipped us). It's because they don't have a line to place people in order.

Yelp
Shut down the park both times we attempted to go. They don't give refunds. A waste of money and time driving there.

Yelp
My family went last night for the "Floating Films" showing of Jaws. We had a great time and the venue was really well managed and put together. Our biggest issue was that we kept floating down stream so you have to paddle and maneuver your way back. (Sometimes disrupting others) I think if they threw a rope across the middle of the pond, each raft/inner-tube could grab on to it and we wouldn't all be readjusting all the time. Or maybe rent out little anchors? I don't have all the ideas just thought I'd mention it. Otherwise it was a great night and neat experience. Thank you for hosting it.

Yelp
We waited for 1 hr and 20 mins for food. Then they closed down the grill when to many people showed up. This place is horrible.

Yelp
White water rafting for the first time today, the guides are great and it's so much fun! There's also a rope obstacle course and a slide or drop to go down, we will definitely be back often to be here and just have a great time, so worth it. You can also rent stand up paddle boards and kayaks to cruise around! Great for summer activities, also there's a kid section.

Allison I.

Yelp
Had a wonderful day at Riversport doing their rapid rafting for two. Our guide was Tom and he was so helpful and energetic and made our experience the best it could be!

Maria H.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE, no one is following CDC rules, none of the staff members are wearing masks and there is no hand sanitizer for guests to use. While waiting in line to check in I noticed many different employees looking lost or unsure of what to do. I can only assume this is due to poor management. After feeling unsafe due to the lack of precautions in regards to COVID 19 , my family and I decided to leave. I will be reporting this business to the health department.

Yelp
Basic words of advice are come early, bring plenty of money, and wear CLOSE TOED SHOES. I am severely under-impressed (and frankly quite frustrated) with this facility, management, and experience. I came for a birthday party, and our plan was to each purchase the $50 rafting, tubing, boarding, and movie floating deal... with the option to add zip lining for $10 more. We arrived at 4pm on a Friday, but all the rafting spots were sold out. We purchased a pass for tubing the rapids between 5pm-7pm for $21 (included floating and movie). Zipline was $19 on its own, but that side closes to new riders at 4pm -- so we missed that window. We were also informed spots on the rafts could be reserved in advance online for an additional $5 each. Summer all-inclusive passes are also available on the website for ~$160-ish per person. A huge lack of information & communication between staff and patrons was a frustration for me and a complete let-down for a family of four that did not get the memo about the shoes. #YelpReviewsRock. The family actually had the news broken to them by a guy (maybe staff member?) walking a dog while they were in gear (life jackets & helmets) holding inter tubes. **Firstly, make sure to visit the front desk, sign the electronic safety waiver, and receive a wrist band for your purchase. Lockers are available and quite spacious to hold personal belongings, but you must get a token from the front desk each time you need to re-lock your locker. If everything is on time (rafts ran over 20+ minutes into the tubing session which delayed us from entering the water), you'll follow the crowd to grab a life jacket and helmet--- NOTE: I needed a kids helmet b/c the adult size slid over my eyes during the rapids. Once geared up and standing by the water, staff member noticed our puzzled faces and gave us the run down about grabbing a tube, walking across some bridges to get to the tubing entrance, and exiting the water right back where we were standing. He included safety notes: if you fall out of the tube, keep your toes up and do not try to stand in the rapids. Float to a calm spot and let the staff help you into the tube or out of the water. My actual experience: carried the tube and entered the water just fine. Enjoyed the first stretch of rapids, then flipped on the big drop. No worries, it was fun! Staff member instructed me to swim to his side, stand, and jump back into my tube which he was holding for me. The next bit of rapids was also fun, but the river bend had so much dead current that I became trapped. I paddled a wall to attempt a push-off back into the flow, but in the end had to just let the current find me. Finally moving again, the last obstacle was a drop which just-so-happened to be half occupied by a stalled raft! I smacked into it, flipped out of the tube again, and swam (with water up my nose) the 80ft or so to the concrete bank to a chorus of staff members shouting "grab your tube!" I swam vigorously to my drifting tube and gave it a good push toward the bank, then realized the current was pulling me and the tube past the exit point. The staff threw me a rope and helped me out with an undertone of disappointment that I let my tube drift away. I FELT THE TUBE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY WELL BEING. But I'm tough and I paid for two hours of tubing so I got back in line with an attitude for improvement. On run #2 I still flipped out of my tube at the two drop-offs, accept this time the object occupying the second drop was a young girl on a stalled boogie-board. I crashed into her flipping us both into the water but recovered my tube and exited the water as the staff expected. Again, no "are you ok?" or "how was it?" or "great job!" from the staff... just the feel of running cattle and I was a heffer. This was the end of my tubing adventure by choice. I decided to sit on the patio with my drink and wait for the movie to start in anticipation of simply floating in the water.... but alas, the movie was cancelled per a forecast of rain that never actually fell. Good points: The Water Grill was the highlight of my experience. Mic Ultras for $3, and they let me purchase some in advance and kept track of my tab which saved me from managing a bucket and/or running my credit card multiple times. The burger and fries basket ($8) was really tasty and plenty filling. The sound from the live band was good, so it'll be interesting to see what acts they can attract. We played a bit of corn hole (with abused bean bags) on some grass next to the patio. Guests could also freely walk around the river to get the best view of friends on the water. I will repeat my disapproval in the communication for new comers to have a safe and informed enjoyable experience. I did not see any obvious manager walking around checking on guests. For the facility having been opened for a couple seasons now, I feel there are still significant kinks to work out. At this point, I can not say I will return.

Yelp
We had such a great time here that I bought 2021 season passes. The best part is by far the white water rafting. Every single guide we had was fun and knowledgeable. Staff overall were friendly and impressively accommodating! You cannot expect to go to a place like this without a few minor scrapes or bruises. There are a lot of activities here to choose from even though a lot of them were shut down during Covid. You do spend some time waiting in lines to tube or surf. We cannot wait to go back! Looks like they are adding new activities.

Yelp
All I can really review is the zip line because that's all I did and it was great. It is some work getting to the top so be prepared. There is plenty to do here for kids and active people. There is not much here in the way of food or drink, so put a ice chest in your trunk. There is probably a snack bar somewhere but I didn't see it. This is a good place to kill a half a day, so check it out.

Yelp
I am very torn on my rating. I wasn't impressed with the additional activites aside from the water rafting. Climbing ropes and sliding down metal slides in this heat was a big no. We chose to grab lunch there and I was disappointed that the salad I wanted "wasnt in stock" as apparently they are shipped in and not made fresh there. So settled on burgers and they were good. Free ice cups so don't buy the bottled water and save yourself a few bucks. The training session and river rafting was really good and fun. It was more work that I anticipated so if you are low fitness and activity, don't sit in the front and possibly think twice. Additionally, wear a good swimsuit-I would suggest women wear swim shorts, not regular bottoms. Sliding back and forth on the raft, I had an instant wedgie in all crevices if you catch my drift and had to apologize to the guide if there were any Sharon Stone moments. After rafting, we hung out to do the tubing. Not at all what I expected. You have to carry your tube halfway uphill up the rapids to put in and the water is pretty low on the thrill level with some dead space. At the end, you drop down but I got caught in the backcurrent and endedup flipping out-nose full of water! OK, so thats just how it goes, no big deal. But there were kayakers there and one girl I guess thought she would help me but she actually whacked me in the face with her kayak. First foul. Glad I had a helmet on. The second and more sereious foul came when one of the guides tried to pull me out. I swam to the side and he said he would help me out. I asked, "are you sure?" because it was a tall concrete wall. Another guide says oh yes, he is a viral young man. Well as I tried to walk up the wall and him pull me out, I slipped and BAM hit my shin on the ledge of the concrete. Had they just let me float down a little, I could have just walked out on my own. So I am bleeding, my leg is swelling up and his response? "Its not an adventure if you don't have proof". I was so pissed off by his smartass remark and fact that it happened at all. I signed a waiver for the rapids, not for the staff stupidity!!! The sweet girls at the concession grill got me a ziploc of ice. I told guest relations as an correction of errors moment for the future and they acted like they could care less. So, great time and fun....yes. For the actual rafting. The rest I was pretty displeased.

Yelp
Riversport pass = best summer fun!!! Kayaking, paddleboarding, zip lining, ~13 miles of walking/running/biking trails, obstacle course in the sky and fun games for the kids! Movie nights in the park are a fun new summer addition. If you're not a part of their Corporate rowing league then you're really missing out on some of the most fun in downtown OKC!! Love the community feel you get from being a part of the boathouse and their competitively fun regattas! Lots of construction on the coast which means fun things are ahead. Chesapeake & Devon boathouses both have some lovely event rooms for you party people! Can't say enough good things about the Oklahoma River!

Yelp
While this potentially could be a super fun place, they will up-sell you to their Riversport+ pass and then cancel most of what you paid for with no offer of apology, compensation, or rectifying the situation. We purchased the Riversport+ pass for $80 a person, and booked our rafting excursion several weeks in advanced. When we arrived they canceled the speed slides, rumble drop, changed the weight limit on the zip lines so children couldn't do it (attributing to high winds, which was questionable). Also, they don't inform you that to do the second rafting route for you have to book the two trips separately...so when we showed up we had one booked but they were sold out for the rest. So basically paid for two trips and only allowed one. Never did they apologize or offer to downgrade our passes and refund the difference or anything. It was a very disappointing customer service and experience. There were multiple ways they could have made it right and chose to do none of them.

Yelp
I will say our WW raft guide took great care of us and our young child. The guide told me not worry about it that he was in good hands. Our son got off the boat with who he thought was his new best friend. We enjoyed the day, however opening at 11 am is not great ( maybe a holiday thing). We waited in line for an hour to get day passes (we will buy online next time). By the time we did the ropes course it was 20-25 min wait to ride the zip line which was extra $$. We did not stand in the line because we had a rafting experience schedule at 1:45. After the raft trip the line we were told the zip line was full for the day and the line was still over a 20 min wait. We enjoyed the activities that we did do an will return I'm sure. But for day activity $250 bucks ($40 of which we didn't get to use) is a little steep. Better planning on my part is why not 3 star.

Yelp
We went with a group of 6 on a Saturday. We wanted to paddle board and arrived around 11. We paid, put our stuff in a locker and went outside. When we got to the dock area to get paddle boards we saw a group of people waiting. There was no instruction given from the employees so we hopping in to the "line". We didn't see any paddle boards for a while so I went to speak to an employee in another area. They informed me that they only have 6 paddle boards total and it may be a pretty long wait. It was hot outside and we were told that the only free water available was the bathroom sink. No water fountains... After waiting for a while we decided we were never going to be able to paddle board because the 6 boards were already in use and not coming back for a while. We ended up kayaking despite having paid to paddle board. Overall, not worth the money. The river is smelly. They don't inform you what equipment is actually available when you pay and you could be (unknowingly) waiting a long time in the sun for your turn. The lack of a free water source was also disappointing and unsafe given the heat. Will not be going back as this didn't seem like COVID-related challenges....

Yelp
This review is only for the non water activities. I wanted to love this place and the concept is fabulous. However, overall I think it is very expensive for what you get and is in desperate need for a face lift. Pros: Easy parking, friendly employees, clean bathrooms, & nice location. Looks like you can bring you own food / snacks and water bottle. Cons: parking is $5 (seems this would be included in the expensive price of things already), limited concessions for outside land activities & kid area, MUST HAVE proper shoes or you'll pay a fortune for the right strapped shoes (no one advised us we could rent shoes so we paid $36 for water socks) quite a bit of the land equipment was broken and run down (trampoline, and things in kid's area) if your child is taller than 48" you'll be charged an adult fee!!! (48" is about the age of a 7-8 year old), zip line does not run in "high" wind" so call ahead if this is something you really want to do or you will be disappointed. It was an ok visit and our kids had fun but I would not go back unless the price was lower. Overall a very expensive ticket for what you ultimately get. $39.99 - Adult Day Pass $29.99 - Youth Day Pass(48" & Under) The land activities this pass gets you: In the Boathouse District * SandRidge Sky Trail * Sky Slides * Rumble Drop * Extreme Air Jumper * RIVERSPORT Bike Park * Sky Tykes * Kids Zip * Cloud Bounce * Adventure Climb * Climbing Wall

Yelp
So I stopped here with my boyfriend randomly; spur of the moment as we were leaving OKC. BEST decision ever! We had a blast rafting and doing the obstacle course. All staff was friendly and it was reasonably priced for a day pass. If you live heights the obstacle course is for you (I'm terrified, but it was still pretty fun). You can't go wrong kayaking; we were warned the water was not something you wanted to swim in. The water rafting was the highlight of our experience for sure; we were given a crash course on what to do and the guide made it a truly memorable experience. 100% recommend.
