Riverstone Resort & Spa

This place is one street off the main drag. The accommodations are comfortable and well kept. They have covered parking. My kids love the lazy river. They have an indoor pool. They have a decent gym for a place that size. We have left our time here and would definitely come back. P. S. If anyone from the property looks at this my only recommendation to you is that you get mattresses which are more firm. These soft mattresses are killing me 😂

The property sits on a main road so lots of traffic but for the most part we did not hear that from our room. The balcony overlooked the golf course so was relaxing. The spa services were wonderful and staff was very courteous. The room was clean outside of a minor spot of dust here and there. I hardly heard my neighbors. No smoking allowed in rooms so my friend with allergies didn't have issues. It's pretty central to most everything. I loved our stay.

Enjoyed our 3-night stay at this resort with our daughter’s family (total 4 adults/2 small children). Great location near DollyWood attractions and golf course; terrific accommodations for the location/price. Two-bedroom condo was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, and staff was very pleasant. Super spacious with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a front screened-in patio (what a neat feature!) and a back patio that stretched from living room to Master bedroom! Beds were extremely comfortable, although I do wish that the pillows had been a little less “dense”. Bathrooms were super clean with ample towels. Even towels for the pool were right there in the room. Condo had apartment-sized laundry equipment, vacuum cleaner (to clean up after the toddlers), iron & board, blow dryer…all the “things”. Fast elevator to upper floors, and common places (hallways, sidewalks, parking lot, garage, all clean and tidy. We did not have time to use the pool or lazy river (sigh!). We will absolutely return to this resort!

Sadly was there for only 2 nights but honestly the best 2 nights in a hotel ever. It was an amazing location really close to all the attractions in pigeon forge. The lazy river they have is an amazing experience the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing as well. I recommend this resort a lot and would love to come back.

Riverstone Resort & Spa – Excellent Stay for a Small Family We stayed at Riverstone Resort & Spa for a week and were initially skeptical since it was our first time booking through Airbnb. But from the moment we arrived—after a long drive from Michigan—we were pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk felt just like a hotel lobby, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We received our keys, pool access cards, and a helpful resort map without any wait. We had rented a condo for around $1,000 for the week, which housed myself, my wife, and our young son. As soon as we opened the door with the provided code, our son even said, “It smells really good in here!” The place was spotless, well-organized, and stocked with essentials like soap, towels, dishwasher pods, etc. The condo included: King-size bed Two-person shower Full-size fridge and freezer Stove, oven, microwave, and coffee pot Washer and dryer (super convenient) Small living room with TV Mini balcony Tea kettle and basic kitchen tools Everything was extremely accommodating and very clean. This unit worked great for the three of us, but larger families may want to check the layout and space. The resort itself is easy to walk around, with direct access to the river and some nearby shops. Downtown is also walkable if you’re up for a bit of a stroll. We loved The Old Mill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool, hot tub, and kids’ play area were nice and well-kept. There’s also a playground, a grill for cookouts, and a lazy river—which was great even if you had to occasionally shoo away a duck or two! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this resort—especially for small families. We booked our condo through a host named Carla, and based on our experience, I’d recommend renting from her if you can. I can’t speak for the other units, but ours was wonderful.

Omywow people!! My fiance and myself came here for a short break from work and just relax for a night or 2. That quickly became 6 nights. We loved it!! Very cool rooms. It's more like a condo and a huge bathroom and we had a 6th floor room which had a balcony with a pretty view of the mountains. They have a wonderful staff. Definitely not like some other places we have stayed. We slept in on what was originally our departure day...and let me tell you instead of banging our door down like the others or blowing the room phone up. They let us sleep and never acted like we had been a problem at all with what was to be a late checkout. I loved this place so much I now refer to it as "My House" ...And did I mention they have a SPA... Massage and a whole outta this world pampering experience. If you haven't already and want to stay in a 5 star establishment in my opinion with great staff and overall amazing experience then this place is your next stop..

What a view! We had an amazing stay at Riverstone. The condo was clean, cozy and had all the necessities we needed to cook for a family and relax. Washer dryer in unit. Lazy river was warm and the pool was clean and refreshing. Our unit had a balcony which we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. My older daughter slept on a pull out couch and enjoyed a fireplace on a timer for ambiance. The bed was very comfortable. Close to lots of action and Krispy kream donuts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riverstone Resort, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! We originally booked a two-bedroom suite with two king beds, but to our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade to a stunning four-bedroom, four-bath suite. This generous gesture truly made our stay feel special. The amenities were top-notch. The heated lazy river was a fantastic way to relax, and we loved that the indoor pool and hot tub were open 24 hours, allowing us to unwind at our leisure. Everything was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. I would wholeheartedly give Riverstone Resort a five-star rating! The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and fantastic facilities made for an unforgettable getaway. I can’t wait to return!
